Definitely not 4 star hotel.
No lifts and too many steps, no evening check in help with luggages (good luck if you go with family). No room irons! (Pay for each item they iron for you).
Pay for WiFi like its a hostel.
Turkey is going downhill, expensive and scammers everywhere - hotels to shops to taxis.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The staff seemed to be running a scam. We found this hotel in Bodrum through Agoda, and then a staff member named Marine called us, stating that only two standard rooms were available. She insisted that we book the rooms quickly. We specifically requested that our rooms be on the same floor since we were traveling as a family, but Marine didn't inform us that the standard rooms included two bedrooms and a kitchen.

When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered that the two standard rooms booked for us were in separate buildings far apart. This was highly inconvenient and stressful for our family. We repeatedly requested to cancel one of the standard rooms for at least one night or to extend our stay by a night, but they refused to accommodate us. Our children were uncomfortable staying alone in a separate building, so they ended up staying with us in one room for two nights.

The room conditions were unacceptable. There was no safety lock on the door, the kitchen window lock was broken, there was no internet, and there was no telephone to contact the front desk. This raised serious concerns about our safety and security during our stay. Additionally, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were subpar, adding to our discomfort.

The hotel's customer service was abysmal. Despite our numerous attempts to resolve the situation, the staff showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. They were unresponsive and unwilling to provide any solutions or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Furthermore, the hotel's amenities were severely lacking. The advertised facilities, such as Wi-Fi and direct communication with the front desk, were nonexistent. This lack of basic services made our stay even more frustrating and inconvenient.

Overall, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Our experience was marred by poor communication, inadequate accommodations, and a complete disregard for guest satisfaction. If you're considering staying at this hotel with your family, think twice. I would strongly advise looking for alternative accommodations to avoid a similarly disappointing experience.
