First of all, we wanted to visit this hotel for our own experience, we didn’t want to go by other people’s reviews, as everyone has different options etc! But we were very disappointed, I had an incident on my first night and I was sent to hospital, i had stitches. The staff were not interested and weren’t very nice about it, this was very deflating and left me feeling very uncomfortable. It wasn’t until my last day there the manager asked how I was, but all week nothing, no one came to check on me to ask how I was, I was avoided the whole time. The staff at this hotel are not nice, they hardly speak English and never smile and make you feel welcome! The food wasn’t nice at all, a few things were ok but that is it, considering it’s a 4 star I expected more! The hotel its self is stunning, the views are amazing, the pool was clean and the kids had so much fun, also the rooms were clean. The staff at this hotel are really letting it down with how rude, unfriendly and unhelpful they are!

All the staff were extremely helpful, especially Tarik who went above and beyond to ensure that my family were provided with everything we asked for, without any complaints. He was very well mannered and always had a smile on his face, so definitely stood out. Will be booking again soon !

One of the most awful and disgusting 4-star services I have ever experienced.

The staff have absolutely no understanding of personal boundaries or respect for guests.

They behave vulgarly, shout, and treat you as if you’re at the cheapest street market.

No one speaks proper English. I had to explain myself like a woodpecker 20 times in a row, wasting my energy. There was no initiative from the staff and no desire to understand the guest.

Moreover, the hotel’s internet is very poor, and on the 3rd floor it didn’t work in the room at all. I had work calls, so I went to the pool thinking the Wi-Fi would be at least somewhat better there. I was lying on a sunbed, minding my own business, in the middle of work, when a staff member passed by and distracted me with some nonsensical greetings and attempts to start meaningless small talk.

Then the Wi-Fi stopped working completely. I went to the reception full of anger because after just one day of staying there, absolutely everything irritated me — wobbly tables at breakfast, the impossibility of doing anything myself because any entrance into the dining room was immediately met with questions like “What do you want? What do you need?” Every single time, I had to waste energy on pointless conversations instead of just walking in silently to get tea.
I had to explain my purpose every single time I came in.

It felt like I wasn’t the guest — it was as if I was visiting completely uneducated people.

So I went to the reception and said: “Your Wi-Fi is terrible, nothing works. Can’t you connect a proper internet and do at least something for the guests???”

The person at the reception did not speak English and didn’t bother to take the initiative to try to understand me. Due to the lack of internet, I couldn’t even use a translator.

I told them I urgently needed the internet because I had an important call and asked them to solve the problem.

Instead, the receptionist began showing emotions, refused to provide Wi-Fi, and even told me I had to check out immediately (it was only 11:10 AM). Can you imagine the absurdity???

I have a video recording of this incident showing how this illiterate hotel worker threw disgusting words at me and deliberately wasted my time instead of solving the problem.

When I repeatedly approached hotel staff asking for internet, no one helped.

Later, it was already time for me to leave for the airport and order a taxi. This receptionist refused my request to call a taxi, deliberately trying to cause me to miss my flight.

When I asked to call the manager, I was told that it was Sunday and there was no manager available.

Then another person came to the reception and solved the issue. He calmly listened to my request, provided internet, and apparently realized that his colleague had made a huge mistake by telling me to check out earlier than the scheduled time. He even offered to extend my room until 2 PM, but I refused because I needed to leave for the airport.
In addition — the whiskey is cheap, there is no champagne.
The food was okay, nothing amazing — just typical canteen-style food with variety.
There are mosquitoes.

Overall, friends, never stay in this place if you don’t want to waste a huge amount of time and energy soothing the staff’s egos. It’s like a kindergarten, full of infantilism, with no maturity at all.
I hope the receptionist is fired and never allowed to hold this position again. Such behavior is completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and disgusting.
A guest arrives, your internet doesn’t work, and instead of fixing the problem, I had to deal with rudeness and immaturity.
A terrible experience.
Below are the photos of the receptionist and his colleague, who also refused to help me and laughed at me. He found it very amusing to watch me try to solve the problem, and that entertained him.
And if you look at the receptionist’s smirk in the photo, you can understand everything immediately.

So I have just gotten home from spending a week at this hotel. Whilst we had a nice holiday as a family. I must leave this review to help others. Here's go's Upon arrival at 8pm, our room wasn't ready, leaving us waiting for 2 hours to check in. Finally when we got to our room, there were only 2 beds for myself and 2 children. I was told I would get another bed but did not. I asked reception, who said they would sort again and did not. I ended up sleeping on a bed base for the first night. I complained again in the morning with little success. In the end, I told the love holidays rep who got this sorted. Whilst some of the food is lovely, the food is not labelled, and very samey. It's a guessing game as to what you are eating. They do chips for breakfast but not for dinner. They dont advocate enough for fussy children. There were never any proper cups for drinks, and they ended up with paper cups that are hard to hold with a hot drink. The bar is only run by 1 staff member, which means you have to wait ages to get a drink. Then, when you get to the bar, you have to hope they haven't run out of the drink you wanted. The drinks are limited, and most of the staff don't speak English, making it difficult to get what you have actually asked for. The hotel is based at the top of steep hills, so expect a difficult walk if you want to venture to the small town. I booked this hotel in the belief it's near bodrum when, in fact, it's an hour away. Do not get a taxi it costs far too much. There is a local bus that will take you to bodrum, which you can sort with reception. It's only 120 lira each for each way. The entertainment is very poor. The best you will get is really loud music on repeat and maybe a little kids' dance and a quiz if you're invited to do it. The kids club was pretty much a bit of face painting and water polo, which the adults played as most kids couldn't do it due to it being in the deep water. The drains around the pool are loose, and my son fel in one and hurt his leg. However, despite the above, I have rated 3 as I have seen much worse, and the kids generally had a good time. Whilst I wouldn't go back to this hotel, it was an experience for us all. The hotel overlooks some beautiful views and is located in a quiet area. I would highly recommend the hotel looking into putting on better entertainment for the children and night entertainment, labelling food, looking at staffing levels on the bar and ensuring there is always enough drinks at the bar at all times. Lastly, making sure all guests have clear guidance on how to get to bodrum (putting it up on the wall). These minor changes would make a significant difference to people's experiences.

While we had really nice reception staff, there was a lot to be desired for a 4* hotel. The food looked like mush most days with no labelling. No eggs, sausages, yoghurts or fruits apart from watermelon slice and apples. Coke ran out so we only had pepsi. Most mornings no milk for the coffee and the coffee tasted awful. The pool area is a sight, don't get me started!. You can just about get a lounger or chair on the terrace. We spent most of our time outside the hotel and ate out most days as we didn't enjoy what was being offered by a 4* service. The barbq day was a little better bt half of the chicken came off raw in the middle. Nice location, some decent staff, but DEFINTELY NOT a 4* by any means

Really looked forward to this family holiday but massive pros and cons. We arrived without our second room so my husband and I spent the first night sleeping on the floor. The second night they expected us to do the same. This was quickly resolved with reiteration of the fact that it was entirely unacceptable. We expected to receive our money back for the second room or at least a further day for our inconvenience to compensate because of our late flight. This was agreed and then we were asked to pay another 140 euro plus. We of course refused and the room was then granted. We spent a great deal of the week fending off a member of reception staff who would not leave our eldest daughter who is 22 alone to the point that he actually said he wanted to collect her on his day off and also gave his number to us to pass on (which was obviously binned). The supermarket in the hotel changed prices on numerous occasions trying to rip us off and there was not the entertainment promised every night though the guy who provided it was lovely and tried to be accommodating together with his girlfriend. The manager of customer services claimed to be the manager of the hotel but when a young women was so intoxicated that she was begging the closed bar for vodka he did nothing when 3 bar/other staff led her away. Another bar staff member said that they had all just gone for a cigarette break and a different assistant manager searched high and low for them all but did not find them; we only saw one of the staff return with his shirt untucked and zip undone and did not see the girl again all holiday. The customer service manager was asked for help at the time but ignored requests as was too consumed by chatting on pool loungers with young girls. We met new friends whilst away and it transpired that their 17 year olds daughters data had been accessed to find her via social media and she received various friend requests from male staff members. The pool was also closed for a day because of faecal matter and it took other holiday makers to tell us about this as they had not put up tape or notified us and we and our children were in the pool. There was a rude older gentleman on the bar who was short with our son and refused to give him the soft drink he wanted - not because it wasn’t available but because he couldn’t be bothered making the children mocktails. We also spent numerous times without drinks that should have been available. That said there were staff who were lovely and obviously just tasked with a difficult job given what was happening around them. They showed incredible customer service communication and profession which outshone those who hold positions of experience and responsibility as well as maturity. The love holiday rep Gus was amazing together with the entertainment man and his girlfriend. He went above and beyond to try and help and was a true gentleman and very polite. Would we go again, sadly no. It was also very clear that senior male staff mem

I am writing to express our disappointment regarding our recent stay at Roseira Beach Resort at Gulluk, Turkey, from June 21, 2025. Upon arrival, we were assigned a bedroom with a faulty door. The door could not be locked from the inside, posing a significant security concern as strangers could potentially enter while we were asleep. Additionally, the door lock required manual tapping to secure it when leaving the room, instead of automatically locking upon closure. The reception staff were not helpful. After several sleepless nights and repeated follow-ups with the manager, the issue was eventually resolved. I also noted an issue in the restaurant where food items lacked labels or descriptions, making it difficult to identify what was being served. Furthermore, the food variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was insufficient. While the housekeeping lady was friendly, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Lastly, the hotel's location is very far from Bodrum town centre. The cost for a taxi journey was excessively high at €45-€50 for one trip. Traveling by bus took 40 minutes, and sitting on a bus in such hot weather without air-conditioning was very uncomfortable. However, I would like to commend two aspects of our stay. First, the service from the restaurant staff, particularly Aydin and his colleagues, was exceptional. They were consistently polite, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Second, the air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent, providing much-needed comfort during temperatures that reached up to 38°C.
