From location point of view, the place is good, close to 3 important tourist attractions, at 10 minutes away from a train station and of course the sea view. Also they have a little market right beside them which is opened non-stop. From this perspective I really recommend.
From service point of view, besides the fact that the room had it's own problems, no laundry has been changed in 5 days and no room cleaning.. they changed the towels and provided shower gel and shampoo everyday two days.. otherwise, no service provided. :( We were not able to choose our room ( I don't know if this is the hotels politics or only this one) and payed around 40 euro extra for sea view.. and we were placed at the lowest level :(
The staff from reception were communicative, you can buy sea tour from them and sim cards (every store had a different price for a sim card and the hotel had the cheapest one so we took from them).
Overall, I give it a 3, because of the location :)

The worst decision I made.
after spending 4 nights in this hotel, on the last day a hotel staff entered my room and stole €400 from my bag. I realized it at the airport when I was counting my money. I asked them to check the cameras and the hotel admitted that someone steal but they did not return my money. never go to this hotel

If I can rate 0 star, I will.
I booked a triple sea view room for four days, but they didn't give us the room I booked. After we argued with the reception, the staff saied that they will give us a room better than what I odered starting from the second day. He also unlocked the room without the guest's permission in order to show me what the room looks like. However, this room still looks worse than what I booked from Agoda not to mention the violation of customers' privacy.
P.S. The staff confessed that the photos on Agoda don't match the reality. The bed isn't clean.
If you read the comment, I highly recommend you find other hotel with higher floors if you just want the sea view. Actually, lots of hotel have their restaurant on the terrace(roof), so you can enjoy the sea view while dining, don't bother to find a sea view room.

A great hotel to stay in. Very friendly and accomendating managers .Room 501 had a breath taking view to wake up to. The lady sultan who was on houskeeping duties some days, was very nice and helpful. Not all house keeping collegues had the friendly accomdentinng approch which was a let down on the day we had to check out. Other than that me and my three collegues enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

I was there with my family for 4 nights and I'm not happy with the choise i made to stay in this hotel.
Hotel very dirty, bathroom smell terrible.
Old and rubish equipments.
The only good in this hotel was location which was just cross the street of Sultanahmet blv.
I definitely don't recomend this hotel.
Dirty dishes on breakfast table and very small place for breakfast.

Spent 4 nights in this hotel. It's great place with very good location. Hagia Sofia, blue mosque and most of other beautiful sites to visit while in Istanbull are just around 10 min walk from hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and they are very helpful, specially if you need organised tour they can arrange it for you. There is restaurant in hotel with good food and it's great place for Turkish coffee as well. Also there is small market available just next to hotel. I enjoyed my time staying there and I recommend it to everyone.

Good view for some rooms. Rooms require refurbishment and good cleaning. There is a restaurant close to the apartment called "Marbella Cafe and Restaurant" avoid it and never go there.

Friendly staff, thanks to them our holidays, more perked up, the hotel's own has a small grocery store for shopping, very close to Sultanahmet Square, a great time-saver at breakfast enjoying a beachfront awaits you. Seatanbul Thanks !
