Worst hotel and horrible experience…to start with I booked 2 rooms, one for my 2 teenage daughters and one for rest of us…my daughters room keys were not working…they said whenever I need to go in their room just call them and they will open it with their master keys…we did that couple times and after that they made me feel like how many times do I have to go to my daughters room so I stopped asking them. Second the other room ( mine ) AC was not working and it was set on heat, we prefer room little cold and when we asked them they said bear with us for a night and then in the morning we will fix it..which they couldn’t for next 3 days ( our duration of stay ). They came up with solutions like please open your window and fresh air will come and room will get cold. We did it but still it was uncomfortable. Then they came with another explanation that it’s on central heat system and no one else is complaining then why are you. Another front desk was even ironically funny he said Sir I entered your room, I felt normal so why do you need cold AC and to top it off he said…I see you wearing black leather jacket outside so plz take it off when you are in room…they were mostly straight face and gave the impression that they don’t care much…most of them will not greet you except one person on night shift was genuinely empathetic… all in all very bad experience. Not recommended at all. Others might have had better experience but my vacation was kind of ruined for first few days until we changed the hotel.

We were greeted by Salih who gave us our room which he said that we were upgraded with a jacuzzi in our room. We reported it to him that it didn’t have a plug, he called maintenance and he told us he doesn’t have the part as it was Sunday all the shops were closed. During the week my husband chased it up with another Concierge, who had unapproachable face, never greet you when come in!!!! When my husband asked about the plug for the jacuzzi, he ignored my husband. Sleeping wasn’t easy for my husband and I, the fridge would go off every 30mins like a Jackhammer for 3mins. We would get woken by either the delivery man with his loud music and the cleaners making a racket next door. For breakfast we would sit outside to have our meal. On the 1st day, I had to take cutlery and napkins from inside to bring it to our table outside. Of the course of our stay, not once did someone come over to set our table. We both noticed a Russian couple wanted to sit outside and lady in charge quickly set their table for them. Overall this hotel is worth a 3*
