Istanbul Holiday Hotel

On web site rooms look perfect,But reallity was bed.rooms no windows, or fake one were behind was electric countpower,bed 180 cm long, breakfast buffet russian style, even no place to sit.we will complain to agency not recomand

My recent hotel experience was utterly nightmarish. The pervasive ant invasion created an atmosphere of repugnance, the breakfast was a culinary catastrophe of epic proportions, the toilets were in a lamentable state of disrepair, the non-functional AC left the room in a stifling condition, and the walls, astonishingly thin, provided no insulation from the cacophony outside. This hotel was an unequivocal disappointment, marked by an unfortunate confluence of deplorable conditions.

Not welcoming and helpful staff att all! The receptionist once booked us a taxi 4times the real price (the driver was his friend or something). The location and breakfasts are the good things about this hotel. Not a good and reliable Wi-fi. Air conditioner was not strong enough for a small room. The lobby was also hot all the time. The elevetor was broken for the whole time of our visit! The fridge was not working well, I asked them to fix it but they never bothered to even check. They use a kind of detergent with an extra chemical scent that was extremely annoying and made one of us sneezing the whole time. Will never book again!

Lost item in the hotel.

I am Farida Jaber, we stayed at Hilton Hotel Istanbul.We checked in on 22nd of October and checked out on 26th of October. I left my black jacket on the sofa in the waiting lounge facing the reception prior to leaving the hotel on 26th of October on my way to the airport at around 2 pm.

I called the hotel 10 minutes after my leaving the hotel and your staff CONFIRMED to have located my jacket on the sofa and assured me that it will be placed in the storage for me to pick it up once I return to Turkey.

The jacket is black leather, Karl Lagerfled. It is expensive

You are requested to ask your staff to look for my jacket in the store area. I believe the item will be found easily as your employee confirmed he will put it at the store until I return to collect it once I am back in Turkey.

My husband is in Istanbul and staying at the hotel now. I am looking to hearing from you soon that you located my jacket. I note that this is reputable hotel and items do not get stolen from the store area. I believe this an extremely dangerous situation because it effects the reputation of the hotel and will be labeled as untrustworthy, irresponsible , unaccountable, I will wait for your positive response . I.checked the reviews online and am awaiting your reply about my experience in the hotel on all social media available on sites
