Everything about this hotel was splendid! My friends and I stayed for a few nights and had an amazing time. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious, and the rooftop view was stunning. Our room was very clean, as was the bathroom, and the bed were all comfortable.

Our stay in Istanbul was just wonderful thanks to Sultanahamet Cesme Hotel. Their rooms were clean, well-appointed, and generously sized, and the bathrooms clean and also spacious. We really enjoyed the comfy mattresses and extra pillows, and had no issues with the aircon that kept our room cool all day and all night. Really loved the classic, old school vibes from the building itself, the marble stairs were gorgeous.
The view over the bosphorus from the rooftop terrace was stunning, and was a fantastic place to enjoy the hotel's delicious and complimentary turkish breakfast buffet. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer - definitely the highlight of our trip.

During our three-night weekend stay, my wife and I encountered numerous issues at the hotel. On the first night, we were relocated to a dirty hotel due to a supposed leak in our room. Throughout the remaining two nights, we were shuffled between different rooms without any clear explanation. Despite my daily requests to speak with the manager, I was continually assured that they would come and address my concerns, but no one ever followed through. The lack of accountability and customer service was disheartening, as there was no effort made to provide any compensation. Given this experience, I would advise others to stay clear of this hotel due to their untrustworthy behavior, especially since the individual behind the counter, who happened to be the hotel owner's son, was unable to effectively manage the situation.

This hotel is fantastic! The owner and their family are incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring all your needs are met with a smile. It's conveniently located near attractions and surrounded by numerous dining options. Overall, it's superb value for money. Highly recommended!

This hotel is really nice. The owner and his family are absolutely lovely and they all go the extra mile to cater for all your needs and so friendly. It is close to all the attractions and surrounded by a huge number of restaurants and cafes. Breakfast on the terrace every morning was the highlight of our stay, the breakfast is a traditional Turkish spread, simple and very tasty. Great wifi which is really important if you have teenagers like me 😊housekeeping is really good the only thing is that the area is a bit hilly. I highly recommend this hotel its great value for money and we will definitely be back 😊

I was staying in this hotel for only 5 days but they had amazing hospitality and they are very very very kind people. Room service was great no complaints what so ever. It was also within a great price range and n the last day they offered us a complementary breakfast.

The hotel is well situated, in the historical centre, 5 minutes walk from Blue mosque. The room was very clean and spacious. Delightful staff who couldn't have been more helpful, very smiley and friendly. The price is rather correct. Beautiful view from the terrase on the roof...We made a good choice.

I got the ground floor room which wasn't so good... it was smelly and dark and really noisy ... BUT after I spoke with the staff I asked for change of room so I was upgraded to a bigger room on the second floor...
Bare in mind that There's no lifts if that makes a difference for you...
Breakfast is nice and the view from the terrace is ok, not so bad.
The replacement room was clean and nice.
