3 star hotels in Kayseri

It’s quite noisy in the room since windows are not so much sealed and there are a lot of cars outside and railway station where coming trains are horning a lot… The room seemed to be clean but there was some garbage and a cigarette in the bin from previous guests… However, the breakfast was really various and it was okey to stay there just for a night.

I would give even more stars if I could. I arrived in the middle of the night at 3am with no reservation and still getting a room was no issue. Wonderful and uncomplicated experience that I would recommend 100%!

It was a great stay, i mean if you compare the price, this hotel is superb. They provide many positive and compulsory things that good hotel should have eg. 24 hour reception (better inform the hotel in advance if you arrive to hotel late), elevator, good location, Turkish Buffet Breakfast, and clean room. The reception can speak English as well. If I have a chance to go to Kayseri, it will be yes...

The service from the reception is excellent with a smiling face. It may be 3 stars but the service is 5 stars. I have seen many places with 5 stars and poor service. I don't know the name of the gentleman at the reception, but he was a very kind and smiling person who really understood the service industry. I will definitely recommend it to all my acquaintances who will pass through Kayseri from now...

Hospitality compassion even I experienced in the first hour because the manager offered me money when I had no money in my pocket and the dinner was really longing I hadn't tasted this in a long time

Have a pleasant stay in this hotel for short trip, and they give us good recommendation for the taxi driver (Murad) he took us to a trip around Cappadocia and Erciyes with affordable price.

Hotel is okay, breakfast is good and personnel is very kind and helpful! Taxi stand in front of the hotel. Our taxi driver Murat was so kind to bring us to Goreme and back to the airport. Even with some photo stops on the way! Thank you for the service!

Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms are tiny, price was comparable. There were beds, a hot shower, and it was clean. Breakfast was very nice- typical Turkish buffet. Fresh juice. Best budget hotel in the area. Stayed here for 2 nights. Its far from any attractions around but 10-15mins from airport. Good service, food was okay. Beverages are bit expensive. Good choice of breakfast. Offered early checkin which was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

At the entrance, 2 people greeted us, a man and a woman were so interested that it was very clear that they loved their job. I did not have a parking problem in the city center as the location. I came to Kayseri for a short visit, even though it is my own house, I chose Ulger Hotel, it was my first visit and I was really satisfied. I see this place as a family and I hope to come back and stay for a few days before I go. It is a wonderful hotel that I would recommend to my expatriate brothers and sisters. Regards, Gencay

Hotel didn't have a shampoo or any hygiene supplies. We came in April for skiing. Hamam is nice, there is massage available but low season had none Hotel was clean, room smelled nice, staff very nice and helpful Rooms have more Beds then needed :)

I like this place, price is equal quality. In rooms very warm, fine food. It's close to station Tekir, 7 minutes going up. It's possible rent ski and snowboard here. Staff speak: English, Russian and of course Turkish.

We really enjoy the time here. They pick up us in the airport and drop off to Capadocia. The staff was special, they really help us in all that we needed, special with the language :) BURHAN CHIEF is an absolute gem, made us so happy with his presence and help every time that we needed. We had a great time in the hotel and ski resort , and especially the bingo activity at the hotel - Bolu mangal with animation chef Burhan and Mr. Necati . We diffently come back again to erciyes Hill hotel.

Its a nice, budget type hotel situated in a town which is called "the gate to Cappadochia". As my intention was to visit Cappadochia - I stayed here. I do recommend this hotel.

You can not ask for more!. Excellent location, good breakfast !. If you are interested in tourist places, this hotel will be great for you. In cleanliness and attention they have a 10 !. Great wifi, they have smart TV so I could use Netflix without problem. Good price!.
