3 star hotels in Kayseri

It’s quite noisy in the room since windows are not so much sealed and there are a lot of cars outside and railway station where coming trains are horning a lot… The room seemed to be clean but there was some garbage and a cigarette in the bin from previous guests… However, the breakfast was really various and it was okey to stay there just for a night.

I would give even more stars if I could. I arrived in the middle of the night at 3am with no reservation and still getting a room was no issue. Wonderful and uncomplicated experience that I would recommend 100%!

It was a great stay, i mean if you compare the price, this hotel is superb. They provide many positive and compulsory things that good hotel should have eg. 24 hour reception (better inform the hotel in advance if you arrive to hotel late), elevator, good location, Turkish Buffet Breakfast, and clean room. The reception can speak English as well. If I have a chance to go to Kayseri, it will be yes...

The service from the reception is excellent with a smiling face. It may be 3 stars but the service is 5 stars. I have seen many places with 5 stars and poor service. I don't know the name of the gentleman at the reception, but he was a very kind and smiling person who really understood the service industry. I think Kayseri's the cleanest hotel. I would definitely recommend that the sensitive ones in hygiene and sanitation will definitely prefer this facility. The traditional dishes prepared in the restaurant were great. It is also superior to other hotels in the field in terms of price / performance. Thanks to hard working professional staff.

I had a bad experience in this Hotel, the personal was very unhelpful starting with the desk who gave me an inactive card and super slow service, personal in the restaurant dosen’t care about taking your orden, they were walking around the hallway not even mentioning that they did not speak English which made a little hard to order. The aisle of my floor had an awful smell so I had to complain with...

It's a very nice hotel, the breakfast was great and has lots of variety and all the staff speak good English and were very kind and polite, the rooms were clean but were a bit outdated in terms of interior design

Not bad... Not bad at all. But the rooms do all stink of smoke and BO. Not specific to this hotel, of course, that's basically Turkey-wide. The bar is decent and opens reasonably late. Not a bad place to go for a weekend on the slopes, particularly given the price.

Really nice hotel, and available in terms of value. The service, facilities, rooms, everything was very good. The best choice to be hosted in Kayseri is with Ibis. For business, family, or solo trips.

Really nice hotel good value for money , the service is also really good, specially Mustafa from the reception was so helpful. Close to airport. It’s really clean as well. It is a nice choice for living in Kayseri and also you need to try traditional Kayseri breakfast

The reason why I gave 5 stars is that no one should fall into such a hotel. When booking a room, it was said that only the television did not work. and when I entered the room at night, 20 pillows on the bed, no cover, no duvet cover, no faucet and no shower mixer in the bathroom. There is a broken room air conditioner and does not work.

The room wasn't clean enough and toilet had a problem, but I was too tired to complain.

At the entrance, 2 people greeted us, a man and a woman were so interested that it was very clear that they loved their job. I did not have a parking problem in the city center as the location. I am so pleased that I recommend the hotel to everyone, clean attention, excellent rooms, spacious spacious beautiful, 1 night stay in this hotel, where we stayed for 1 night. I came to Kayseri for a short visit, even though it is my own house, I chose Ulger Hotel, it was my first visit and I was really satisfied. You can not ask for more!. Excellent location, good breakfast !. If you are interested in tourist places, this hotel will be great for you. In cleanliness and attention they have a 10 !. Great wifi, they have smart TV so I could use Netflix without problem. Good price!.
