I just fell it love with it. Beyond my expectations.

The hotel itself is nice and new. The breakfast is rich and fresh. As others have mentioned, the staff are great here and the rooms are HOT. In winter they use central heating so you cannot adjust the temperature. The AC doesnt work in winter so you have to open your window. The room is very small, and two large suitcases cannot be moved around. The sound insulation is not very good, and the crying of the baby in the lobby can be heard clearly. The hotel is not cost-effective. However, it is more convenient to park by car.

The hotel is very new and has its own parking lot. The room is large, clean and tidy. The service staff's English is not very good, so communication is a bit difficult. The breakfast variety is very rich and worth recommending.

I thought the service quality would be better if I stayed at a chain hotel. I didn't expect that there was no Chinese customer service staff, and the waiter couldn't even speak English fluently. The service attitude was very good, but communication was difficult.

Amazing front desk trying to help us set up food delivery app although communication was hard and not successful due to mobile number required. We end up go to nearer mall getting our dinner. Super comfy bed and super near to airport.

There was no swimming pool and the gym was a bit badic

It’s quite noisy in the room since windows are not so much sealed and there are a lot of cars outside and railway station where coming trains are horning a lot… The room seemed to be clean but there was some garbage and a cigarette in the bin from previous guests… However, the breakfast was really various and it was okey to stay there just for a night.

I would give even more stars if I could. I arrived in the middle of the night at 3am with no reservation and still getting a room was no issue. Wonderful and uncomplicated experience that I would recommend 100%!

It was a great stay, i mean if you compare the price, this hotel is superb. They provide many positive and compulsory things that good hotel should have eg. 24 hour reception (better inform the hotel in advance if you arrive to hotel late), elevator, good location, Turkish Buffet Breakfast, and clean room. Convenient hotel with better a la carte, easy-going staff and good spa. Hotel itself is approximately 10 years old; so cant complain about age, could be better maintained though. The hotel don’t have the rich Turkish spot, which is excellent so you know you are not going to be ripped-off.

The hotel has everything you need, the staff is friendly and helpful. The pool and saunas are very good. The food is amazing - very tasty and there are endless dishes to choose from. Also great are the shuttles that take skiers to and from the gondola lift - you never have to wait long as they seem to circulate non-stop.

I think Kayseri's the cleanest hotel. I would definitely recommend that the sensitive ones in hygiene and sanitation will definitely prefer this facility. 2nd time I visit this hotel. Overal ok hotel to stay, but I notice that the rooms aren't maintained not that well. That's a putty, since last year it was a great hotel to stay and now it's OK ish... Hope next year it will be better and not worse.

Needs a lot of improving in breakfast menu and reception..

The reason why I gave 5 stars is that no one should fall into such a hotel. When booking a room, it was said that only the television did not work. and when I entered the room at night, 20 pillows on the bed, no cover, no duvet cover, no faucet and no shower mixer in the bathroom. There is a broken room air conditioner and does not work.

The room wasn't clean enough and toilet had a problem, but I was too tired to complain.

I came to Kayseri for a short visit, even though it is my own house, I chose Ulger Hotel, it was my first visit and I was really satisfied. Hotel didn't have a shampoo or any hygiene supplies. We came in April for skiing. Hamam is nice, there is massage available but low season had none Hotel was clean, room smelled nice, staff very nice and helpful Rooms have more Beds then needed :)

I like this place, price is equal quality. In rooms very warm, fine food. It's close to station Tekir, 7 minutes going up. It's possible rent ski and snowboard here. Staff speak: English, Russian and of course Turkish.

We really enjoy the time here. They pick up us in the airport and drop off to Capadocia.
