A very nice and luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is near most of the historical and cultural landmarks.

Food and service are excellent. Location is excellent for access to the highway or local sightseeing by foot. Parking is convenient and secure. We were pleasantly supprised to hear music from a neighboring club. Access is from the lobby. Excellent band-Turkish pop that locals knew well enough to sing to.

September 2024 5* Stayed for 5 nights at this place on business visit. The hotel is located in the main downtown and everything is at walking distance. Tram station is located next to station. Rooms are spacious and building is new. This is my second holiday Inn property in last 10 days. Lobby is very nice and spacious. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Here, this hotel is the place where we are attending a UK- funded learning workshop. The hotel is the best choice in terms of services, staff and location. The maid, housemen and all personnel are really personable and respectful. This hotel is located in the middle part of Kayseri city. You can go anywhere by bus and train. It’s quite noisy in the room since windows are not so much sealed and there are a lot of cars outside and railway station where coming trains are horning a lot… The room seemed to be clean but there was some garbage and a cigarette in the bin from previous guests… However, the breakfast was really various and it was okey to stay there just for a night.

I would give even more stars if I could. I arrived in the middle of the night at 3am with no reservation and still getting a room was no issue. Wonderful and uncomplicated experience that I would recommend 100%!

It was a great stay, i mean if you compare the price, this hotel is superb. They provide many positive and compulsory things that good hotel should have eg. 24 hour reception (better inform the hotel in advance if you arrive to hotel late), elevator, good location, Turkish Buffet Breakfast, and clean room. The reception can speak English as well. If I have a chance to go to Kayseri, it will be yes...

The service from the reception is excellent with a smiling face. It may be 3 stars but the service is 5 stars. I have seen many places with 5 stars and poor service. It's a very nice hotel, the breakfast was great and has lots of variety and all the staff speak good English and were very kind and polite, the rooms were clean but were a bit outdated in terms of interior design

Not bad... Not bad at all. But the rooms do all stink of smoke and BO. Not specific to this hotel, of course, that's basically Turkey-wide. The bar is decent and opens reasonably late. Not a bad place to go for a weekend on the slopes, particularly given the price.

Really nice hotel, and available in terms of value. The service, facilities, rooms, everything was very good. The best choice to be hosted in Kayseri is with Ibis. For business, family, or solo trips.

For the price, the food and service here is excellent. However, there is zero sound isolation between rooms and the "ski rental service" is a total insult, they must have been using the same gear for the past decade.

Quite good quality. Heaters are enaugh to keep rooms warm and comfortable. Hot water in bathroom at all times. Food is decent.

Very nice rooms, with everything you need. Even plugs to connect your gaming console to the TV, WiFi was fast, a very nice bathroom. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the minibar was stacked. Very pleasant stay.

Nice place. Rooms are spread around well designed yard on several levels. Excellent design. There are two terraces for common use. You have tea, coffee, breakfast or dinner. View at day or at night is beautiful. Host can help you whit every detail that you need to make you vacation perfect. Host is excellent.

What a great experience...! I was very excited for this hotel, and it was beyond my expectation. Beautiful, clean and very confortable room/ bathroom. The location is perfect, and we were able walk to any restaurants or gift shops. Lastly, the view from the rooftop and the restaurant was magnificent. I will definitely come back , and will recommend my friends!!!

Every bit of it was very good. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds with fresh linnens that smell so nice and the same for bath towels. Rooms are very clean and highly hygienic it makes you feel relaxed. Even the breakfast was very tasty.

Hotel didn't have a shampoo or any hygiene supplies. We came in April for skiing. Hamam is nice, there is massage available but low season had none Hotel was clean, room smelled nice, staff very nice and helpful Rooms have more Beds then needed :)

I like this place, price is equal quality. In rooms very warm, fine food. It's close to station Tekir, 7 minutes going up. It's possible rent ski and snowboard here. Staff speak: English, Russian and of course Turkish.

We really enjoy the time here. They pick up us in the airport and drop off to Capadocia. The staff was special, they really help us in all that we needed, special with the language :) BURHAN CHIEF is an absolute gem, made us so happy with his presence and help every time that we needed. I forgot my contact lens liquid and there are no pharmacies around here as it is a place of absolute leisure resort...
