The hospitality we received from all hotel personnel was exceptional, making us feel right at home. The Radisson Blu Hotel also features a stunning Turkish bath, several massage rooms, and a well-equipped fitness center

It is an L shape, so you get a lot of light and views of the mountains and the city. What I loved about this room was the sliding door that separated the bedroom from the seating area

Many museums, churches, historical houses, markets, mosques, the city fortress, shopping centers, and even the airport (just a 10-minute taxi ride away) can be reached on foot

Of course, the one bedroom suite was much larger, with multiple storage spaces; including 2 walk-in closets. It has 2 toilets, a bathtub, and a separate waterfalls shower

Superb location ,, the staff is the best Rooms r clean n comfortable But although we asked for non smoking rooms the room was full of smoke cigarettes and smell I don’t know if there was a night club or a concert in the hotel but the music was really loud and until early morning Other than that everything was good

Food and service are excellent. Location is excellent for access to the highway or local sightseeing by foot. Parking is convenient and secure. We were pleasantly supprised to hear music from a neighboring club

After dinner, when we go out to hang out and walk, we cross from the street which is in front of it. Based on what I see, it could be one of the best choices for staying in Kayseri

September 2024 5* Stayed for 5 nights at this place on business visit. The hotel is located in the main downtown and everything is at walking distance. Tram station is located next to station

The pool/spa area is not able to charge any service to your room so you must bring a credit card with you. The pool requires a swim cap (which costs 10tl at the spa) which would have been good to know before we arrived

The hotel itself is nice and new. The breakfast is rich and fresh. As others have mentioned, the staff are great here and the rooms are HOT. In winter they use central heating so you cannot adjust the temperature

Two problems: we booked our room directly at the hotel; when we called to confirm they could not find our reservation at all. Fortunately the lady on the phone was able to help us quickly and efficiently

The AC doesnt work in winter so you have to open your window. Being on a major road and in the flight path of the airport makes it a bit loud so bring ear plugs

24 hour reception (better inform the hotel in advance if you arrive to hotel late), elevator, good location, Turkish Buffet Breakfast, and clean room. The reception can speak English as well

I had a bad experience in this Hotel, the personal was very unhelpful starting with the desk who gave me an inactive card and super slow service, personal in the restaurant dosen’t care about taking your orden, they were walking around the hallway not even mentioning that they did not speak English which made a little hard to order

For the price, the food and service here is excellent. However, there is zero sound isolation between rooms and the "ski rental service" is a total insult, they must have been using the same gear for the past decade.

! I was very excited for this hotel, and it was beyond my expectation. Beautiful, clean and very confortable room/ bathroom. The location is perfect, and we were able walk to any restaurants or gift shops

The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds with fresh linnens that smell so nice and the same for bath towels. Rooms are very clean and highly hygienic it makes you feel relaxed. Even the breakfast was very tasty

There were too many people staying for a ski holiday, so transportation from the hotel to the Erciyes Ski Center provides all kinds of support. I would definitely recommend :')

Hotel didn't have a shampoo or any hygiene supplies. Hamam is nice, there is massage available but low season had none Hotel was clean, room smelled nice, staff very nice and helpful Rooms have more Beds then needed :)
