Very good rooms and good restaurant

The pool/spa area is not able to charge any service to your room so you must bring a credit card with you. The pool requires a swim cap (which costs 10tl at the spa) which would have been good to know before we arrived

I just fell it love with it. Beyond my expectations.

Wonderful rooms. Reasonable charges. Their staff is their strength. One issue, no vegetarian dishes in Resturant. Took out a point for that

The room I was given the first time was facing the road. I was upgraded directly when I changed rooms downstairs. The breakfast was really good, especially the Turkish honeycomb honey, which was very good

24 hour reception (better inform the hotel in advance if you arrive to hotel late), elevator, good location, Turkish Buffet Breakfast, and clean room. The reception can speak English as well

We had our breakfast at the hotel every morning, the breakfast menu was also very rich and everything was fresh and delicious :') The hotel has a shuttle service at 9 and 11 every morning to go to the Erciyes ski resort

We stayed at Divan City Kayseri for a ski holiday in Erciyes. We were absolutely satisfied with everything, the rooms were big and comfortable, the reception team helped us immediately when we needed anything

We used these shuttles to go to the ski resort. The hotel met almost all our expectations, we were very pleased with the skiing. If you are planning a holiday, you can stay with peace of mind

The hotel is not in the city center, but in front of the tram stop, you can get a Kayseri transportation card and go to the city center by tram or it is 15-20 minutes away by taxi

There were too many people staying for a ski holiday, so transportation from the hotel to the Erciyes Ski Center provides all kinds of support. I would definitely recommend :')
