The personel is very helpfull, special thanks to Sarp for his help for the spa booking and his availability. And last the spa, amazing moment with Dewa, thanks a million, it was the best massage I never had!!

Many museums, churches, historical houses, markets, mosques, the city fortress, shopping centers, and even the airport (just a 10-minute taxi ride away) can be reached on foot

This hotel offers the most breathtaking views of the beautiful city of Kayseri. From our room, we enjoyed a panoramic vista that truly highlighted the city’s charm

After dinner, when we go out to hang out and walk, we cross from the street which is in front of it. Based on what I see, it could be one of the best choices for staying in Kayseri

I have never been in such a luxurious hotel in Kayseri city. So I couldn't rate the rooms and services, but the location is perfect really, in the heart of the city

Food and service are excellent. Location is excellent for access to the highway or local sightseeing by foot. Parking is convenient and secure. We were pleasantly supprised to hear music from a neighboring club

The maid, housemen and all personnel are really personable and respectful. This hotel is located in the middle part of Kayseri city. You can go anywhere by bus and train

The pool/spa area is not able to charge any service to your room so you must bring a credit card with you. The pool requires a swim cap (which costs 10tl at the spa) which would have been good to know before we arrived

Wonderful rooms. Reasonable charges. Their staff is their strength. One issue, no vegetarian dishes in Resturant. Took out a point for that

The hotel itself is nice and new. The breakfast is rich and fresh. As others have mentioned, the staff are great here and the rooms are HOT. In winter they use central heating so you cannot adjust the temperature

Two problems: we booked our room directly at the hotel; when we called to confirm they could not find our reservation at all. Fortunately the lady on the phone was able to help us quickly and efficiently

The AC doesnt work in winter so you have to open your window. Being on a major road and in the flight path of the airport makes it a bit loud so bring ear plugs

Quite good quality. Heaters are enaugh to keep rooms warm and comfortable. Hot water in bathroom at all times. Food is decent.

For the price, the food and service here is excellent. However, there is zero sound isolation between rooms and the "ski rental service" is a total insult, they must have been using the same gear for the past decade.

It was a much-needed escape from the urban chaos. City One Hotel & Spa also boasts an excellent dining experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes

The hotel restaurant at the top floor was also good with really nice food both from the region and the rest of Turkey and a lounge section where we could relax with a drink in the evenings

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are super comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed the local dished in the top floor restaurant with the beautiful view. I am sad we only had one night, I hope we can come back

Me being foreigner and coming to Kayseri can be a little bit chalenging, but the hotel's workers really helped me with any problem i had. Good rooms, with very good view to the Erciyes Mountain and Ali Mountain

You will probably not find any better place in this very grey and depressive city. Though i would avoid the restaurant - it was not good at all despite the staff trying their best

We are family from Indonesia stay this hotel and all staff, room and everything is good For breakfast, i think is very different taste with Indonesian food

3) please clean the pool windows, such a nice view is ruined by the smudge on the windows Huge thanks to Mr Metin for the cakes on the house on our special celebration night :)

We were served by Sefa for lunch. Very friendly, kind, and speaks English which is a great plus for tourists. Fast service, clean and good food overall. I highly recommend

Even though there was no open buffet breakfast we received full breakfast free of charge, of course, but we just wish this would have been communicated to us in advance before we walked into an empty kitchen

We had the windows open all the time which meant more noise 2) since there was almost no one in the hotel, there was no open buffet breakfast, which makes sense

I've been staying for about 7 months

Beautiful, clean, quiet and peaceful place. The room I used was a single occupancy. The bed was creaking. There was air conditioning. But it was dripping water inside. It was not possible to close the curtains either.

The bathrooms were particularly nice with great shower and build in hair drier. The staff were happy to look after your bags for a few hours before we left. You can also buy breakfast there, though we alert in instead

24 hour reception which was great because we got there off the train at 3am. Clean large rooms, friendly helpful staff, insanely good value for what we got. Checkout was 12pm, also great because of our late arrival

Very central location & management was highly trained and kind to make feel us like we were at hone. hotel pretty clean also facilities was mote than enough for us

Also they offered to us shuttle to Erciyes SKI center everyday. It was a big plus for someone going ski vacation. Extra thanks to dear Emin Cheers!

Rooms get a 3 star because the rooms have central heating and can't be adjusted by the guest. Service was great, staff was helpful It is located 30min to the mountains

Nice hotel at an average price. Walking distance to Bim & A101 supermarkets. Room was clean for the most part, but they should clean the light switches better. Very nice breakfast which is included in the price

A once-respectable hotel day we stayed in when our regular hotel was over-booked. The amenities are very tired and the walls are very thin, allowing one to hear everything the neighbors are saying

The pide bread is really tasty. The only real complaint we had was the room was too hot. We couldn't open the window because of the bad air quality from coal usage in the area

Clean and welcoming. The breakfast was good as well. Needs soundproofing badly and blackout curtains. The room was bright even when it had translucent blinds and curtains.

Also, this didn't really bother me so I didn't even ask the staff about it but internet connection was weak. I didn't took an issue about it because I bought internet sim card for the tourists, that had 20gb

And 6 km from Airport I paid 100 lira only from airport to the hotel… my room was clean toilet clean, generous with breakfast and the breakfast area open all the time to make tea and coffee, the stuff are fabulous, they don’t speak English but they try their best to help you and understand you … im so happy I choose this hotel and i will always choose it if I decide to come to kayseri again

I figured with going to the mountain I have to have internet with me at all time and also Turkish people don't really speak English so google translator is a must. I would advise all tourists to do the same

Maybe I was just lucky with having a good room because I came there in spring during off season but if not and all the rooms are like that, in my opinion nobody can complain, at least for that price

Because there were many bad comments I expected something much worse but for this price (I paid 120 TL per night, what was around 7,50€ at that time) the room was definitely good enough

Lovely residence, good price. Especiall clean and warm place. Cleaning was done perfectly at every need. Only one minis star for low speed internet connection, which will be recovered soon i hope.

I came here from the USA for a business trip and let me tell you why I five-star this place: 1) Best location if you want to have a walk in the old city and enjoy it’s delicacies 2) Extremely clean rooms great shower and a very friendly receptionists 3) enjoy a chef made Turkish breakfast and forget about the bs of covid19

We stayed 2 nights before we start our ski holiday at Erciyes. The hotel was in the historical area and walking distance to the castle, open bazaar, church etc. The rooms were big, shower was large

Next time we plan to stay here and every day go to Erciyes for ski. Distance is about 20 min and 150TL taxi ride one way

Good breakfast, we had a small grass area outside our room and its is centrally located. Also, there is a nice cafe with local live music most nights behind the hotel

Bad was the shower door broke at some time so water went all over the floor

Rather tired little hotel right in the heart of Kayseri. It has adequate parking and a decent breakfast. Prices are passable. Room amenities are not great, bed was comfortable and WiFi was zippy.
