Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels globally, my expectations were not particularly high when I made a reservation at this hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality. The warmth of the staff, the impressive dining options, and the stunning hotel room left me truly amazed. I wholeheartedly recommend it without hesitation.

This is the best hotel in Kayseri undoubtedly. Very polite, friendly and professional staff. Very clean rooms. Breakfast is good. It could also be better ;) Dinner at the roof was so delicious. I loved it. There is also another restaurant in the lobby and 24 hours room service.

Beautiful multistory building and the hotel staff were extremely helpful everything we needed they assisted us with from cab services to event planning. We had a great time in the Kayseri Loft Hotel. I totally recommend especially for those who come by car with a dog. You an park right next tothe hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are super comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed the local dished in the top floor restaurant with the beautiful view. The breakfast was excellente. I am sad we only had one night, I hope we can come back.

You will probably not find any better place in this very grey and depressive city. The staff was nice. Though i would avoid the restaurant - it was not good at all despite the staff trying their best. The menu has about 200 dishes to choose from, and i can guaranty you, the dishes are not fresh and not tasty. Some of these dishes have not been ordered for a year, and you are about to order it - imagine...

For the price, the food and service here is excellent. However, there is zero sound isolation between rooms and the "ski rental service" is a total insult, they must have been using the same gear for the past decade.

Quite good quality. Heaters are enaugh to keep rooms warm and comfortable. Hot water in bathroom at all times. Food is decent.
