This hotel is really nice. The rooms are clean and super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and warm. The food is good! They have gym, and spa. We tried the massage and it was really good too 😁

September 2024 5* Stayed for 5 nights at this place on business visit. The hotel is located in the main downtown and everything is at walking distance. Tram station is located next to station. Rooms are spacious and building is new. This is my second holiday Inn property in last 10 days. Lobby is very nice and spacious. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Here, this hotel is the place where we are attending a UK- funded learning workshop. The hotel is the best choice in terms of services, staff and location. The maid, housemen and all personnel are really personable and respectful. This hotel is located in the middle part of Kayseri city. You can go anywhere by bus and train. Good location, clean rooms, good service, good breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. Half an hour drive from the ski center.

For the price, the food and service here is excellent. However, there is zero sound isolation between rooms and the "ski rental service" is a total insult, they must have been using the same gear for the past decade.

Quite good quality. Heaters are enaugh to keep rooms warm and comfortable. Hot water in bathroom at all times. Food is decent.

We had a great time in the Kayseri Loft Hotel. I totally recommend especially for those who come by car with a dog. You an park right next tothe hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are super comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed the local dished in the top floor restaurant with the beautiful view. The breakfast was excellente.
