I just fell it love with it. Beyond my expectations.

The hotel itself is nice and new. The breakfast is rich and fresh. As others have mentioned, the staff are great here and the rooms are HOT. In winter they use central heating so you cannot adjust the temperature. The AC doesnt work in winter so you have to open your window. They provide everything you need and on top, the shampoos and everything were vegan labeled. There were also so many vegan options in the breakfast like vegan pancakes. On top, spa and hamam were amazing. In hamam, a very kind and skilled lady, Fereshteh, did the kese which is a traditional Turkish scrub. You should definitely ask for her service and try this treatment, it refreshes the skin perfectly...

Radisson Kayseri is good place for business as well leisure and the staff is very cooperative and amazing. All facilities are good and I like to thank few of the staff members who are more than amazing @maryam @burak @eyup @onur @fatima. I would request Radisson to change breakfast menu ,it's same from last two years.

A very nice and luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is near most of the historical and cultural landmarks.

Food and service are excellent. Location is excellent for access to the highway or local sightseeing by foot. Parking is convenient and secure. We were pleasantly supprised to hear music from a neighboring club. Access is from the lobby. Excellent band-Turkish pop that locals knew well enough to sing to.

Superb location ,, the staff is the best Rooms r clean n comfortable But although we asked for non smoking rooms the room was full of smoke cigarettes and smell I don’t know if there was a night club or a concert in the hotel but the music was really loud and until early morning Other than that everything was good

Here, this hotel is the place where we are attending a UK- funded learning workshop. The hotel is the best choice in terms of services, staff and location. Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels globally, my expectations were not particularly high when I made a reservation at this hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality. The warmth of the staff, the impressive dining options, and the stunning hotel room left me truly amazed. This is the best hotel in Kayseri undoubtedly. Very polite, friendly and professional staff. Very clean rooms. Breakfast is good. It could also be better ;) Dinner at the roof was so delicious. I loved it. There is also another restaurant in the lobby and 24 hours room service.

Beautiful multistory building and the hotel staff were extremely helpful everything we needed they assisted us with from cab services to event planning. The hotel is beyond to make sure the guest feel comfortable. Front desk assisted with balloon decorations flowers and I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Kayseri. Very nice rooms, with everything you need. Even plugs to connect your gaming console to the TV, WiFi was fast, a very nice bathroom. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the minibar was stacked. Very pleasant stay.

Nice place. Rooms are spread around well designed yard on several levels. Excellent design. There are two terraces for common use. You have tea, coffee, breakfast or dinner. View at day or at night is beautiful. Host can help you whit every detail that you need to make you vacation perfect. Host is excellent.

What a great experience...! I was very excited for this hotel, and it was beyond my expectation. Beautiful, clean and very confortable room/ bathroom. The location is perfect, and we were able walk to any restaurants or gift shops. Lastly, the view from the rooftop and the restaurant was magnificent. Every bit of it was very good. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds with fresh linnens that smell so nice and the same for bath towels. Rooms are very clean and highly hygienic it makes you feel relaxed. Even the breakfast was very tasty.

It’s quite noisy in the room since windows are not so much sealed and there are a lot of cars outside and railway station where coming trains are horning a lot… The room seemed to be clean but there was some garbage and a cigarette in the bin from previous guests… However, the breakfast was really various and it was okey to stay there just for a night.

I would give even more stars if I could. I arrived in the middle of the night at 3am with no reservation and still getting a room was no issue. Wonderful and uncomplicated experience that I would recommend 100%!

It was a great stay, i mean if you compare the price, this hotel is superb. They provide many positive and compulsory things that good hotel should have eg. 24 hour reception (better inform the hotel in advance if you arrive to hotel late), elevator, good location, Turkish Buffet Breakfast, and clean room. We enjoyed 4 days in My Live Hotel while we were on a ski holiday. They are lovely, honest people I ever met. They tried to find solutions to all our problems, even if they were not related to them, finding ski rentals for us etc. From now on our only favourite place in Kayseri is my Liva Hotel...

Incredible hotel work modern but very Turkish interior. The lift is glass and is operated through a touch screen that also plays videos. Rooms very comfortable and brand new. Breakfast was superb. I'd return to Kayseri just to stay here.

I think Kayseri's the cleanest hotel. I would definitely recommend that the sensitive ones in hygiene and sanitation will definitely prefer this facility. I had a bad experience in this Hotel, the personal was very unhelpful starting with the desk who gave me an inactive card and super slow service, personal in the restaurant dosen’t care about taking your orden, they were walking around the hallway not even mentioning that they did not speak English which made a little hard to order. Not bad... Not bad at all. But the rooms do all stink of smoke and BO. Not specific to this hotel, of course, that's basically Turkey-wide. The bar is decent and opens reasonably late. Not a bad place to go for a weekend on the slopes, particularly given the price.

We had a great time in the Kayseri Loft Hotel. I totally recommend especially for those who come by car with a dog. You an park right next tothe hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are super comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed the local dished in the top floor restaurant with the beautiful view. The breakfast was excellente. I am sad we only had one night, I hope we can come back.

You will probably not find any better place in this very grey and depressive city. The staff was nice. Though i would avoid the restaurant - it was not good at all despite the staff trying their best. The menu has about 200 dishes to choose from, and i can guaranty you, the dishes are not fresh and not tasty. Some of these dishes have not been ordered for a year, and you are about to order it - imagine...

For the price, the food and service here is excellent. However, there is zero sound isolation between rooms and the "ski rental service" is a total insult, they must have been using the same gear for the past decade.

Quite good quality. Heaters are enaugh to keep rooms warm and comfortable. Hot water in bathroom at all times. Food is decent.
