I had a bad experience in this Hotel, the personal was very unhelpful starting with the desk who gave me an inactive card and super slow service, personal in the restaurant dosen’t care about taking your orden, they were walking around the hallway not even mentioning that they did not speak English which made a little hard to order. The aisle of my floor had an awful smell so I had to complain with front desk. Room service took almost 1 hour and 3 phone calls for one pasta.

Not bad... Not bad at all. But the rooms do all stink of smoke and BO. Not specific to this hotel, of course, that's basically Turkey-wide. The bar is decent and opens reasonably late. Not a bad place to go for a weekend on the slopes, particularly given the price.

It's a very nice hotel, the breakfast was great and has lots of variety and all the staff speak good English and were very kind and polite, the rooms were clean but were a bit outdated in terms of interior design

Really nice hotel, and available in terms of value. The service, facilities, rooms, everything was very good. The best choice to be hosted in Kayseri is with Ibis. For business, family, or solo trips.

Really nice hotel good value for money , the service is also really good, specially Mustafa from the reception was so helpful. Close to airport. It’s really clean as well. It is a nice choice for living in Kayseri and also you need to try traditional Kayseri breakfast

We had problems with the cleanness of the room. We arrived late on friday and when we arrived at to room, there were hairs inside the toilet. We thought that ok, they might forget the cleaning and we cleaned it. After that, we realized that the towels have dust on it and we threw them on to the floor. Next day, when we arrived at the room, same dusty towels were put back like they clean from the floor. The dust and hair residues on the towel was exactly same and it really ruined our night. In the end, if they don’t even bother to change the towels on the floor with the clean ones, they might be not bothering to change other things like bed sheet. Then we tried to call the reception however no one answered the phone, so I had to go the reception to get clean towels. The person at the reception was kind but they didn’t even say we are sorry about the situation. I stayed in lots of Ibis around the world, I am really sorry that we had a problem like this. It really changed the image of the Ibis and we will not reconsider to stay in any Ibis.
