Nice hotel, clean, not far from the center and Kayseri Castle.

Overall, a normal hotel for the money. Stayed for 2 nights. Come and spend the night. The only thing that bothered me was that they smoke in the rooms. There was an ashtray on the table (at least in ours).
Breakfasts are ok. Not a cornucopia, but we didn't leave hungry.

Despite the numerous no-smoking signs, I was given a room that reeked of smoke, as if it had been smoked in for years. The smell was so overwhelming that I couldn’t sleep. When I tried to get some fresh air by opening the window, I discovered that my room faced a busy street, which was noisy all night long. As a result, I barely got any sleep.

We enjoyed 4 days in My Live Hotel while we were on a ski holiday. They are lovely, honest people I ever met. They tried to find solutions to all our problems, even if they were not related to them, finding ski rentals for us etc. From now on our only favourite place in Kayseri is my Liva Hotel...

The room was clean and cozy, just a bit noisy, but I apreciate that i made a mistake booking one day on advance of my arrival without aknowleging my mistake. They understood that and when i was leaving the day after( as i arrived at the hotel one day after the booking) they offered me to stay the second night for free

Super clean and nice hotel. Polite and helpful staff . Comfortable room with TV, kettle, two cups, spoons, tea bags, hairdryer , shampoo and shower gel. It smells good , I enjoyed how clean it was ! Dark curtains make it comfortable to sleep at night and they protect from light. Building is modern and it looks like taken a good care of. There’s a tiny balcony with a glass door , you can see mountains from there. There’s additional separate small bed-light in case you want to read before sleep, I appreciate this . Hotel is quiet and we could have rest and enjoy our stay.

A nice hotel in tactical position (6km away from airport), comfortable and well cleaned rooms.

Comfortable and clean room. Only issues are the noise from expressway and that twice the staff entered my room without knocking.

Nice, small hotel with Cristal clean rooms and nutritious breakfast. Very supportive and helpful personal. Really appreciate my stay there

Incredible hotel work modern but very Turkish interior. The lift is glass and is operated through a touch screen that also plays videos. Rooms very comfortable and brand new. Breakfast was superb. I'd return to Kayseri just to stay here.
