I have never been in such a luxurious hotel in Kayseri city. So I couldn't rate the rooms and services, but the location is perfect really, in the heart of the city. After dinner, when we go out to hang out and walk, we cross from the street which is in front of it. Based on what I see, it could be one of the best choices for staying in Kayseri. Kayseri is truly full of mysteries in terms of distinct museums and ancient towns.

A very nice and luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is near most of the historical and cultural landmarks.

Food and service are excellent.
Location is excellent for access to the highway or local sightseeing by foot. Parking is convenient and secure.
We were pleasantly supprised to hear music from a neighboring club. Access is from the lobby. Excellent band-Turkish pop that locals knew well enough to sing to.

If you are a motorcyclist do not stay here. The 'secure parking' is not secure, it seems to be in a general underground car park cordoned off by a couple of cones and some plastic tape. It also looks dark, and much of it is a building site.
In addition, the staff were very unwelcoming, I think because I was on a bike. From 9am they called my mobile and room several times asking me to leave.
Lastly, the restaurant on the top floor looked good but the quality of food and delivery of what was in the menu was poor. For instance, I ordered hummus with a traditional bread. What I got was standard sliced brown bread you can buy at the shop. When I asked the waiter for the correct bread he said that the bread I had was all they had.

Superb location ,, the staff is the best
Rooms r clean n comfortable
But although we asked for non smoking rooms the room was full of smoke cigarettes and smell
I don’t know if there was a night club or a concert in the hotel but the music was really loud and until early morning

Good hotel in central location. We booked this hotel despite few very negative reviews. We had clean and spacious room, we also used sauna and pool. Breakfast is fresh and good variety of food.
Overall - very satisfied with hotel and amenities.
Two improvement suggested:
1) hotel & room temperature needs to be reduced - this is also mentioned in other references;
2) it's time for renovation, especially bathrooms.

Oldish hotel that needs renovation. Central location. Good breakfast. Nice service. Good pool and hamam. Early waiking from nearby mosque. Room temperature difficult to manage

very friendly and helpful front desk-staff and delicious breakfast. Loved everything about the hotel, the location, the hotel staff and comfort and it all offered in the hotel. I would definitely stay here again without thinking twice.

Perfect location great breakfast great customer service great housekeeping same day laundry services . Shortfalls I’ve to go reception to reset my key card everyday for 5 days each time it’s not working . Check fridge if the plug is unplugged 😂was wondering why our water bottles are warm . The front staff reception Tugba and Aksu been so helpful and making sure our needs are met . Thanks for wonderful hospitality.

Perfect location in the city center with a great Mount Erciyes view and a gorgeous swimming pool.
Nevertheless the standard is far from 5 stars except for this very huge swimming pool available also at night.
Pricing is higher at the desk than on a simple Google search.
Price was invoiced 87.35 € instead of 71.50 € (77.56 US$).
It's not fair nor honest.
The room was super warm impossible to tune at less than 27 c°.
The safe did not work because of batteries not checked and replaced.
You need to call the staff to open your own bottle!
The lobby is super huge but no activity and no life inside. Reception is cold and robot processing while room attendants are kind and smiling.
At the same range and with a better deal and service, Radisson Blu really makes a difference in Kayseri.
