The hotel restaurant at the top floor was also good with really nice food both from the region and the rest of Turkey and a lounge section where we could relax with a drink in the evenings

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are super comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed the local dished in the top floor restaurant with the beautiful view. I am sad we only had one night, I hope we can come back

Me being foreigner and coming to Kayseri can be a little bit chalenging, but the hotel's workers really helped me with any problem i had. Good rooms, with very good view to the Erciyes Mountain and Ali Mountain

You will probably not find any better place in this very grey and depressive city. Though i would avoid the restaurant - it was not good at all despite the staff trying their best

We are family from Indonesia stay this hotel and all staff, room and everything is good For breakfast, i think is very different taste with Indonesian food

The personel is very helpfull, special thanks to Sarp for his help for the spa booking and his availability. And last the spa, amazing moment with Dewa, thanks a million, it was the best massage I never had!!

Many museums, churches, historical houses, markets, mosques, the city fortress, shopping centers, and even the airport (just a 10-minute taxi ride away) can be reached on foot

After dinner, when we go out to hang out and walk, we cross from the street which is in front of it. Based on what I see, it could be one of the best choices for staying in Kayseri

I have never been in such a luxurious hotel in Kayseri city. So I couldn't rate the rooms and services, but the location is perfect really, in the heart of the city

Food and service are excellent. Location is excellent for access to the highway or local sightseeing by foot. Parking is convenient and secure. We were pleasantly supprised to hear music from a neighboring club

September 2024 5* Stayed for 5 nights at this place on business visit. The hotel is located in the main downtown and everything is at walking distance. Tram station is located next to station

The maid, housemen and all personnel are really personable and respectful. This hotel is located in the middle part of Kayseri city. You can go anywhere by bus and train

The pool/spa area is not able to charge any service to your room so you must bring a credit card with you. The pool requires a swim cap (which costs 10tl at the spa) which would have been good to know before we arrived

Wonderful rooms. Reasonable charges. Their staff is their strength. One issue, no vegetarian dishes in Resturant. Took out a point for that

The hotel itself is nice and new. The breakfast is rich and fresh. As others have mentioned, the staff are great here and the rooms are HOT. In winter they use central heating so you cannot adjust the temperature

Two problems: we booked our room directly at the hotel; when we called to confirm they could not find our reservation at all. Fortunately the lady on the phone was able to help us quickly and efficiently

The AC doesnt work in winter so you have to open your window. Being on a major road and in the flight path of the airport makes it a bit loud so bring ear plugs

Quite good quality. Heaters are enaugh to keep rooms warm and comfortable. Hot water in bathroom at all times. Food is decent.

For the price, the food and service here is excellent. However, there is zero sound isolation between rooms and the "ski rental service" is a total insult, they must have been using the same gear for the past decade.

The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds with fresh linnens that smell so nice and the same for bath towels. Rooms are very clean and highly hygienic it makes you feel relaxed. Even the breakfast was very tasty

This year, of course, is worse than last, but I'm sure this is due to the pandemic. Everything was over the top last year. But this year we weren't hungry anyway. I liked the restaurant in the hotel

There are large windows to the floor, it was very beautiful and pleasant to eat and watch how it falls outside the window. The only thing that bothered me was the noise outside the window

We had our breakfast at the hotel every morning, the breakfast menu was also very rich and everything was fresh and delicious :') The hotel has a shuttle service at 9 and 11 every morning to go to the Erciyes ski resort

We stayed at Divan City Kayseri for a ski holiday in Erciyes. We were absolutely satisfied with everything, the rooms were big and comfortable, the reception team helped us immediately when we needed anything

We used these shuttles to go to the ski resort. The hotel met almost all our expectations, we were very pleased with the skiing. If you are planning a holiday, you can stay with peace of mind

The hotel is not in the city center, but in front of the tram stop, you can get a Kayseri transportation card and go to the city center by tram or it is 15-20 minutes away by taxi

There were too many people staying for a ski holiday, so transportation from the hotel to the Erciyes Ski Center provides all kinds of support. I would definitely recommend :')

Transportation to the ski center takes 35-40 minutes by shuttle from the hotel. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and we reached the hotel easily by taxi

A sales policy that generally appeals to Russian and Polish customers… The hotel's shortage of staff was striking, for example, as soon as we arrived, the hotel's electrician greeted us

It was interesting that at the end of the 5-night stay, 200 liras per person was requested for the two plates including some salads and fruit ( I will post that pic!)my wife and child bought for dinner before they set off

I think that the staff should be more careful while sharing their free thoughts about the facility to the customers. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained

The manager apologized to us for this situation, said you are right, and ordered us a massage. It is necessary to appreciate the brain vision of the hotel owner

It was close to the ski facilities, but the shuttle company they used was rude. the meals don’t meet our expactations and should definetly be improved
