In principle, for the money, the hotel is quite decent.
Food: average, little variety, breakfast is weak, lunch and dinner are quite, from sweets and fruits: watermelon and pakhvala.
I advise you to check all the dishes you take for food, they may be dirty (they do not wash well). The biggest disappointment is that you have to cut the bread yourself, and this is just imagine how many dirty hands touched it in front of you.
Condition: average, the furniture is old, the rooms are more or less, the air conditioner works even after leaving the room, if you do not change the settings and keep it on for 24 hours, the room is always fresh.
Cleaning only if asked at the reception.
There are no beach towels. They give a set of whites in the room, they cannot be worn to the beach.
The pool is clean, plenty of space, few people swim, two slides.
The Internet is weak, if there are a lot of people, it is almost impossible to connect, there is no paid Internet. By the pool and in the lobby on WiFi.
The staff try their best, always friendly. At the reception, if you ask for something, in principle, they will not refuse anything, and if you give 1-5 dollars for the service, then 100% will be done in the best possible way.
Bar: beer and wine.
The coffee is perfect considering it's from the machine. Well, other sweet drinks, Pepsi Mirinda ...
The sea ... Clean, pebbly beach, there are few sun loungers and almost all of them occupy them from 6-7 in the morning. For a couple of days, I was lucky only once to come in the middle of the day and find 1 free one.
At the moment it is about 30 degrees Celsius, the water is very warm.
I used the services of a travel agency a couple of times, Pennsylvania (JoinUp) (I don't remember exactly what it is called) everything was cultural, clean and smooth. Excursions greatly help smooth out the mood of staying at this hotel.
I do not advise those who are squeamish and who love outdoor activities. Not much to expect from this hotel, but for € 325 for two, it pays off.
Oh yes, I forgot to warn you, look for aura resort hotel on the maps. It has not changed its name yet and do not confuse it, it is located in Kirish, and not in Kemer.
The only entertainment in the hotel is darts.
I wish development to this hotel. Nice and calm, just the right thing for a family.

We lived in the hotel for one day. The reception was good, the room was good. I liked the hotel. The staff are nice. A big plus for the pool. I would like to diversify the food in the dining room. Thanks! I recommend to stay.
