Reviews
You read all these reviews stupidly we did not…
The STAFF -
Not much English spoken but generally they all really nice and friendly, we had no issues all wanted to help when asked etc young guys on the bar and the floor curly hair very nice, Russell outstanding. And tall slim guy who rode a bike. Very nice too.
the FOOD -
nothing is labelled making it very hard to know if you’ll like it or if it’s contains any allergies. No chips were served the whole time… all very cold seems like it was cooked on the many cigarettes they smoke. “The fresh fruit” tasted frozen and not fresh in the slightest.
No butter with the bread at lunch or dinner. When asked i was told its a “breakfast item”
The menu behind reception is massively overpriced and defo contains a 50% tourist tax. Again arrives cold and full of pickles… ( in everything)
THE ROOM - shocking absolutely no one we had the broken door. ( difficult to open too) - bath moudly and dirty. Room is dusty, balcony fits 1 chair very small.
We had 3 single beds, hardly any space for suitcases and getting dressed was a challenge.
The bath leaked when we showered every day soaking the floor. And I mean SOAKING!
The BAR -
Hardly a bar, some dirty and very dusty glasses on display and 1 beer on tap and cola all served flat and mostly dirty glasses given.
Bet you a tenner you wouldn’t find it by yourself because it’s soo unbar like,
THE ALL INCLUSIVE -
Contains
- 1 beer, cola, lemonade, red wine, white wine and some watery juice. ( half didn’t work)
- Food served for 1 hour at a time breakfast , lunch and dinner,
No vitamin bar. No club, no shop like advertised,
THE GOOD BITS -
- The lift is great thou very nice mirror and fast!
- The pool is really stunning but doesn’t get a lot of sun due the building all around.
- locals shops 5 mins walk max!
- The town is 5 min drive ( 5 euro or get uber )
- Some of the staff lovely none were bad,
- The spa very cheap ( although cheaper in the town)
- Nice sauna, Turkish bath and my massage was 5*
Overall would I come back here again? - NO SORRY LADS. Xoxo
Also if you do come - LEARN RUSSSIAN!!! You’ll need it xoxo
I had a wonderful stay at the Great Nar Hotel with the all-inclusive package. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was excellent with plenty of variety, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended and I’d definitely stay again!
Food is somewhat poor and not sure if at all hygienic.
Too many guests for pool and loungers..and for restaurant. Beach is 2kms away and quite shoddy.
Germans and particularly Russian guests must be used to this poor offering..don't cater for English.
Staff friendly enough whilst managing this dire offering. Would I return or recommend? Not a chance!
Special thanks to all the staff at the Rainbow Spa Center: Ferdinand and his team, Ibrahim Umid. This is undoubtedly one of the best spas in Kemer. A true professional. The rooms aren't exactly new, but otherwise, everything was great. We loved the price. 😊😊👍👍👍👍
For those planning to stay here, I recommend renting a car or using a taxi, as there are no regular public transport options nearby. The hotel offers shuttle service to the beach, but it operates only at specific hours. If you kindly ask, they can also drop you off at the city center.
If you are traveling on a budget, I would definitely recommend this place. It’s a great option for an affordable and comfortable holiday.
Avoid this hotel like the plague!!!
Sons father visited this hotel 17/06/2025. Had his clothes phone and money stolen from his room by staff and the hotel reception and manager refused to talk/answer questions and continuously hung up telling us to never ring the hotel again and to communicate using watsapp all whilst he was reported missing to the turkish authority!! As soon as they knew police were aware he was missing they kicked him out and left him to fend for himself! Extremely rude refused to communicate with the booking team and british police! A group he met whilst there were assaulted by the staff and arrested then released when it come to light staff were at fault, wasnt all inclusive atall.
-Poor choice of food
-2 different drinks the rest you have to pay for!
-no drinks after 10pm
-told to constantly keep noise down like ot was a funeral wake!
-Some of the people that were at the same hotel at the time came home covered in bites suspected beg bugs!!!
Customer service shot to bits! The place needs shutting down, disgraceful
Staff smoke cannabis at night. Stinks out the reception area. I was also physically assaulted by one after having a verbal confrontation regarding our treatment at this hotel. I was punched to the face from staff who does the massages. They then phone police on me, who speak Turkish not good English and was arrested for around 6 hours. After gaining CCTV the police realised me asking if I wanted to raise charges against the staff. I just wanted away from this place. Most horrible people, and most horrible time.
