The hotel is situated in the center of Kemer. Nice grounds. The rooms are small, fully renovated in 2007. Recommend for youth rest and for young couples with children.

Consists of two 4-storey buildings and three 3-storey blocks.

Beach: own pebble beach, in 100 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

Lots of potential but the hotel doesn't know how to care for customers. Entertainment focused just on Russian children. My twin girls felt let down. Staff can't and don't understand English. You ask them for a towel and they bring you pina colada.😂 very Russian oriented hotel sadly. Food and drinks are really good, you can't fault that. They could improve putting on more high chairs as we have problems enjoying our meals and nowhere to put our twin girls for a meal. A couple of Ikea high chairs would solve the problem for many families with small children. Great location, lovely room but there is no customer service in mind sadly. The hotel could be outstanding if management cared to improve it. We had a nice time but it could be much better. Thank you anyway. X

The housekeeping lady woke me up to ask if I was ready to check out, but two hours before the checkout time. This was the only downside, everything else being above average.

We had a wonderful and cheap holiday with my girlfriend. Turkish food is delicious. The cocktails are very stylish, the food and beverage staff is friendly and helpful.

Our first time visiting Kemer was extra-special due to the great customer service at the hotel. The bar staff (Azad) along with the waiting staff and managers (Musa) were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

We were transferred here because the hotel we actually booked was closing down. We were told it was a better hotel but I couldn't agree, really. Good points Rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. Beach was a 2 minute walk. Town was a 10 minute walk. Food (apart from breakfast) was decent. All inclusive food and local drinks. Plenty of sunbeds around pool. Bad points Only one bar that closed at 11 pm. The horrible Turkish pop music played at high volume ALL day and night. The staff only spoke Russian and Turkish fluently. Barely understood any English so we were practically ignored. Guests were 99% Russian (Antalya is the preferred holiday destination for Russians). Breakfast was not worth getting up for. Beach was shingle and pebbled and sunbeds were packed so tightly you had no space. And that's if you were up early enough to get one. Hotel pool is unheated so even at 27° daily temperatures it was to cold to swim in. The Terrace bar is not a bar, it's a coffee machine and juice machine. There's only one beer served so if you don't like Tuborg you're out of luck. WiFi isn't free although for us it was as we had free WiFi at the hotel we booked so they had to honour that.

I was on vacation with my parents from July 25 to August 1. The hotel is nice, and the food is good, but the rooms were not clean. There is a green button in the rooms that, when pressed, should signal the maids to clean the entire room. However, after they cleaned, everything was still the same—dirty floors, stones and sand in the bathroom, and towels that had not been changed. The only thing they did was tighten the bed, which remained dirty. While the service and food were commendable, the cleanliness was a complete disaster.
