Imported alcoholic drinks, fresh juices, Turkish coffee, ice cream, all drinks and food on the beach, room service (08.00-00.00) - for a fee. All drinks and food after 23.00 hours paid.

The hotel is nice, the beach is amazing, staff is friendly, food was always fresh and tasty. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is that most of the information is in russian language and all the hotel services are focused specifically on russian tourists. The staff is speaking only Turkish or russian, so, as a tourist from Western country, I experienced difficulties in communication. Also the travel agency (Novaturas) representatives were speaking only russian or Turkish - another minus. It seems that all the service is only for russians or russian speaking tourists. So the travel agency could note that this hotel is popular among russians or that the staff of the hotel does not speak any other language. So all in all the holiday was nice but I felt uncomfortable because of hotels' concentration on russian tourists.

I stayed in L'ancora beach hotel twice this season: in April and in June. It's a nice hotel, very close to the beach and not far from the city centre. Big variety of food. Thanks to all the hotel staff, always polite, smiling and ready to help. We also want to thank people who organised a short trip to the leather shop 'MEFI'. We had a lovely time there (people who accompanied us in the shop were very polite and had a great sense of humour). We even bought something for ourselves. The Spa was also amazing. We had a great time there. The massages were relaxing and helpful. Thanks to Sabina. And our special thanks to massage therapists Ibo(Ibrahim) and Metin.

I came to this hotel for the second time because of the super good accommodation, because of the pleasant service at the reception, I especially thank Emre, he is very nice, the food is very tasty, in a word, everything is at a high level 100%! 🥰👌❤️🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷❤️

Rooms we had were good, some are a little less so (based on position / size / view)
Food was very good. Not anglicised, more Eastern European, but I didn’t go there to eat what I can at home! The food was of a consistently good standard, considering the venue and all inclusive offering.
Service was good, friendly and flexible. Staff all approachable although English was a little basic / lacking. Russian however was strong, which was great for most in my group.
Bar and drinks were ok. What is included in the all inclusive package at the bar isn’t clear, which takes a bit of working out. What there is was good for me and my group.
Down side (and why it’s a 3 star review) is the horrendous, incessant and inescapable music every evening until at least 11pm, later on Friday and Saturday. If you have kids, they won’t sleep and probably you won’t either. If you’re up for a boozy holiday with mates, the music doesn’t go on long enough. This was a really confused aspect of the hotel that they need to rethink. This feedback was matched by others in the hotel… the music can be heard EVERYWHERE in the hotel, so if you want sleep, you’ll just have to wait.
If they fix the music part, this would be at least a 4 star review, so I hope they do. As is, I would recommend for a short stay, due to the lack of sleep you’ll get.

Nice place to stay in!!!!We stayed with our friends in L'ANcora Beach hotel in September 2023. Friendly staff.... esp barmen in the bar Barossa who did fire show in the evening.:) Big variety of food, snack bar, Caffè. Nice lounge music, dj every evening. Beach is 1 min from hotel. We had comfort room with stunning mountains' view. Room wasn't very big actually but cleaning was done every day with changing of towels and beddings. There is a massage available there and shop where you can buy turkish cosmetics. Also there is nice good people Irina and a guy from Baku who are advertising leather, very friendly and positive. We had a lovely time there. RECOMMEND!!!!!

All the best for the Lancora Hotel. We stayed there for the past 7 days. Location, kitchen, beach, rooms, absolutely everything is perfect. and most of all, I would like to say all the best for staff, it is too little to say that they are are too kind, I was glad about it most of all, I would especially like to thank the restaurant manager, Mr. Muaz, who helped us in everything, he even made me a special tea for my throat and chased the doctor to give me some antibiotics if possible. absolutely everyone is wonderful, even absolutely everyone entertained my child because they liked her a lot. 5 stars for lancora hotel and we will definitely come back again.

Firstly they tried to fob us off with the smallest room in Turkey and blamed On the Beach for advertising the wrong room. They wanted an extra £240 for the room we had booked. We paid an extra £110 after 3 hours arguing but after we posted a review on TripAdvisor they promised to refund the 110 if we took the review down. They have not repaid it and the credit card company have taken it up. It was supposed to be all inclusive with an extra charge for eating and drinking on the private beach, the truth is you pay full price for anything on the beach. We had trouble with water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom and the day after that we had to have cockroaches removed. Over 90% of guests were ill mannered Russians and the menu was very much prepared for them. We won't be hurrying back.
