Food. All InclusıveAll inclusive: Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, afternoon snack, local alcoholic and soft drinks (10.00 - 23.00).
Imported alcoholic drinks, fresh juices, Turkish coffee, ice cream, all drinks and food on the beach, room service (08.00-00.00) - for a fee. All drinks and food after 23.00 hours paid.
On the hotel territory: 2 restaurants , 3 bars, 1 conference hall (60 persons), 1 outdoor pool , beauty salon , SPA center, medical services, Laundry, elevators, mail services, safe Deposit box at reception (extra charge) and wireless Internet in the lobby (free)

My husband and I stayed at the L'ancora Beach Hotel in October 2024. The hotel is quite large and has its own beach. The hotel is located near the Kemer Marina.
We had a Double Comfort room. The room was not large with a balcony, but it had everything we needed. But the refrigerator almost didn't work. The room was cleaned every day. So there were no problems with that.
The main disadvantage of this hotel is that it was impossible to sleep because of the loud music that could be heard from our hotel and two neighboring hotels. It was noisy every day from evening until midnight!!! Even earplugs didn't help.
The beach is pebbly, it was quite painful to walk. It was especially problematic to get in and out of the sea. There were quite a lot of people on the beach from early morning.
It was always crowded during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was varied and quite tasty. Especially turkish sweets. Drinks at the bar were free, but you had to pay for imported alcohol. The juices were bad, apparently, they were heavily diluted with water.
There is a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, but it is located right in the middle of the hotel, in the dining area. So it would be uncomfortable to swim in it. The water in it was cold.
The staff at the hotel is friendly, the waiters are welcoming and helpful.

I stayed here with my family for three nights, the staff were very nice and helpful, especially the friends at the restaurant are excellent, the location of the hotel is very good, the foods are delicious , I recommend it.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor. The bar staff/cleaners all work tirelessly all day in immense heat and always have a warm and friendly smile on their faces. Special shout out to Omer, chef of the restaurant who was amazing and looked after us all extremely well and nothing was too much trouble for him. The food is delicious, good variety and some of the nicest dishes I have eaten in a Turkish hotel. They have snack times throughout the day, so you never go hungry. The bar staff/cleaners all work tirelessly all day in immense heat and always have a warm and friendly smile on their faces. They work from morning to night and will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Thanks to a kind gardener who caring plants with lot of love and dedication, hotel has the most beautiful garden in Kemer.
The private boat trip and jeep safari are both amazing experiences. Entertainment twice a week and a very short walk to a small shop and a beautiful beach sidewalk lined with restaurants and a small shopping area for souvenirs and clothing.

The advantage is that it is in the center of Kemer and is within walking distance to everywhere. The rooms are cleaned regularly every day, sheets and towels are changed, the food variety is sufficient, all kinds are served and delicious. The staff is incredibly good and helpful. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every day. It is very good to be right by the sea, but the beach is pebbly. I definitely recommend it. Thanks for everything.

The hotel is nice, the beach is amazing, staff is friendly, food was always fresh and tasty. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is that most of the information is in russian language and all the hotel services are focused specifically on russian tourists. The staff is speaking only Turkish or russian, so, as a tourist from Western country, I experienced difficulties in communication. Also the travel agency (Novaturas) representatives were speaking only russian or Turkish - another minus. It seems that all the service is only for russians or russian speaking tourists. So the travel agency could note that this hotel is popular among russians or that the staff of the hotel does not speak any other language. So all in all the holiday was nice but I felt uncomfortable because of hotels' concentration on russian tourists.

I stayed in L'ancora beach hotel twice this season: in April and in June. It's a nice hotel, very close to the beach and not far from the city centre. Big variety of food. Thanks to all the hotel staff, always polite, smiling and ready to help. We also want to thank people who organised a short trip to the leather shop 'MEFI'. We had a lovely time there (people who accompanied us in the shop were very polite and had a great sense of humour). We even bought something for ourselves. The Spa was also amazing. We had a great time there. The massages were relaxing and helpful. Thanks to Sabina. And our special thanks to massage therapists Ibo(Ibrahim) and Metin.

I came to this hotel for the second time because of the super good accommodation, because of the pleasant service at the reception, I especially thank Emre, he is very nice, the food is very tasty, in a word, everything is at a high level 100%! 🥰👌❤️🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷❤️
