The pool could be larger, but the aqua park was sufficient. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the staff. Their professionalism, friendliness, and excellent service truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience.
There are some points for our opinion that could be improved:
1. There is no gluten free corner, I hope the hotel will add it for next season.
2. Sweets look good, but all have very artificial flavors. Would be good to use more natural ingredients.
3. There are air fresheners in lobby and restorant area and they give very heavy and unpleasant smell. We couldn’t stay in lobby because of that smell.

• The common areas were well clean. The main restaurant is very large, amazing food, kid friendly and have sufficient service stations for peak hour.
• The beach was pebble beach so be careful if you have a baby.
• Kid friendly resort.
• The room size and amenities are okay. The room we stayed was not noisy from the entertainment at night.
Overall, this is a wonderful all inclusive experience for our family. Thank you the team and keeping up the good work.
The location is an hour away from the airport which is a little far but we had a transfer which was not too bad.
The hotel itself is very nice but very cramped. The sunbeds were all gone the first day we arrived so we had to wake early every morning to guarantee our space. Dinner time can also get very busy.
Overall it was a nice holiday with lovely people and service.
