The hotel was lovely, with spacious, comfortable family rooms that were thoughtfully cooled before our arrival. The beach was decent, and the pier was a fantastic spot to relax. The food was varied and generally good, with plenty of dining options throughout the day.
The pool could be larger, but the aqua park was sufficient. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the staff. Their professionalism, friendliness, and excellent service truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience.

We spent a weekend in Swandor Kemer and we are very satisfied. The hotel is renovated, everything is new and clean. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds and pillows. The territory is not big but lovely, every place is easy to reach out. There is heated pool which was a big plus for us in the end of the season. Babies pool is also heated and there are lovely slides. Our daughter enjoyed kids club a lot. The food was perfect, great variety and very tasty. Great spa complex, we enjoyed hammam, salt room and sauna. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was a lot of Russians, especially a group of ladies from touristic operator who all the time insulted the hotel among themselves and discussing what they didn’t like there. It is a shame!
There are some points for our opinion that could be improved:
1. There is no gluten free corner, I hope the hotel will add it for next season.
2. Sweets look good, but all have very artificial flavors. Would be good to use more natural ingredients.
3. There are air fresheners in lobby and restorant area and they give very heavy and unpleasant smell. We couldn’t stay in lobby because of that smell.

We have stayed for 10 nights in September 2024 in block 7, room was excellent, calm, clean. Good food always available, that’s comforting when kids doesn’t eat well. Kids playgrounds are good. We have enjoyed our vacation and I would return to that hotel with closed eyes.

• The facilities and service quality were amazing.
• The common areas were well clean. The main restaurant is very large, amazing food, kid friendly and have sufficient service stations for peak hour.
• The beach was pebble beach so be careful if you have a baby.
• Kid friendly resort.
• The room size and amenities are okay. The room we stayed was not noisy from the entertainment at night.
Overall, this is a wonderful all inclusive experience for our family. Thank you the team and keeping up the good work.

We only returned from Swandor yesterday after a 10 day holiday. The staff were amazing! Gizem at the Swan restaurant was brilliant, everyone at the mini club was super friendly and caring. Loved each one of them. They took great care of my boys whilst i had some time for myself.
The location is an hour away from the airport which is a little far but we had a transfer which was not too bad.
The hotel itself is very nice but very cramped. The sunbeds were all gone the first day we arrived so we had to wake early every morning to guarantee our space. Dinner time can also get very busy.
Overall it was a nice holiday with lovely people and service.

This hotel is amazing it's run like a well oiled machine, I have zero compliants it's 5 star all the way, its like its own village, the restaurant is awesome, massive food selection for all tastes, there is a patisserie, shops, fridges all over the complex with water, water park, fresh beach towels every day, as many freshly whipped ice cream cones as you can eat, variety of slush puppies, no shortage of sunbeds, shades, spa and treatments are excellent, service is amazing, entertainment area is massive and as you take your seat at a table waitress will serve you. Highly recommend this hotel it's spotless. We had an amazing holiday it's worth every penny.

We would be on vacation with my friends here in July month, it’s been really great! İ like piar here, because this is comfortable for us and important, and really beautiful territory!! 2 pools, 1 pool for children. İmport alcohol, delicious cocktails. Funny activities, thank you, Entertainment team, for your funny mood and information. Its been our great vacation with your help!
