AQI Hydros Club Hotel

I wanted to thank you all for the warm hospitality and care during my recent stay. Everything was well-organised, and I truly felt welcomed and looked after throughout my visit.
From the comfort of the room to the helpfulness of the staff, every detail made a difference. I especially want to express my gratitude to Deren from Guest Relations her kindness and genuine support made my experience even more special.
Thanks once again for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to visiting again soon.

I Stay 8 nights on this hotel late in April 25 and was wonderful Stay.
My propose was relax and see another culture than mine(portuguese).
The weather was great, not too much heat but enough to get a sunburn. This hotel its between mountains and sea so the views were fenomenal.
A lot of pools, very nice deck above sea, private beach, a lot of activities for every kind of guest and the Spa...
Everyone of the staff was wonderful but Tony and Nüriz from Spa welcome guest are amazing.
The buffet, pool bar, coffee bar and other facilities were 5 stars.
WiFi works very well all hotel.

We stayed at this Hotel in Kemer with family and friends in late October, and it has been a fantastic experience overall. Despite some windy days, the weather was warm enough for sunbathing and swimming. We opted for the bungalow rooms, which are spread nicely across the property. The rooms are well-equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle for tea or coffee. The only downside was the lack of extra toiletries like conditioner, but we were provided with cozy slippers and bathrobes, which was a nice touch.

Our room had a balcony, offering a lovely space to relax. The food was diverse and delicious, with themed evenings almost every night, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The large territory is perfect for walks, and we especially enjoyed the citrus trees—lemons and oranges, which we could even pick and eat. The oranges and mandarins we tried were delicious!

The beach is pebbly but has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and there’s a pontoon where you can sunbathe and jump directly into the sea. The sea itself is breathtaking, with stunning blue hues and a backdrop of mountains, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, nature, and relaxation. Highly recommended!

A great hotel, with tasty food and friendly animators; especially Diana and Aymane are pretty funny. The kids animators Mila and Daria are also quite fun to play and talk with. I’m fascinated by this hotel, never had such an experience at a hotel in Türkiye.

Nice and comfortable hotel which is situated close to the beach.
Clean and well kept with a very good and helpful service who took care of us.
Food was tasty with a wide range of dishes and themed dinners.

Very energetic animation team with cheerful days and evenings especially Gabi - thank you very much for excellent sport and dance classes, we had so much fun!

The hotel will have really nice food and the activities are great. The animation team is very guler-faced and wonderful people. There are different activities available every day and they are very fun activities. I recommend that everyone participate. I am very grateful to the animation team, but I would also like to thank Muhammad, Diana and Kelly for their interest and interest. I recommend the hotel to everyone. I think it is a good place in general but it really comes down to your expectations.
If you are a perfectionist to some degree like me you will find a lot of problems (inefficient processes, missing information, quality issues), but even when setting the bar very high, it is still acceptable overall.
If you just want to have a calming vacation in an—in general comfortable—hotel, it is a good and recommendable option.

There are a plenty of food options, a rather big venue with trees to walk around, comfortable rooms, various activity options ("animation").

I gave some feedback and it is nice that they are open for feedback (they have a mobile "feedback point" sometimes), but I think they are not perfectionist but only want to improve in the most important areas (and it can be fine since they are not a luxury hotel.)

For your information, I have heard much Russian, Polish, and Turkish words from guests. Some German and other languages, too. We could manage by speaking English, but do expect some language difficulties.

Would I go back? Yes, but only on a cheaper price, which means I think I would expect more value for my money.

A very enjoyable experience, lovely staff and service. The room was always very clean. The hotel was right on the beach with a pier that went out over the crystal clear water. There was a wide range of food choices that catered to everyone along with an all you can eat buffet. The entertainment team were very inclusive and offered loads of experiences such as archery, water polo and volleyball. There was also almost always a live performance every night, I personally got to see a Mongolian acrobatics show that was unbelievable. All in all would very much recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday.

Went here for a week for friends and entertainment staff in particular have been amazing and extremely welcoming. All inclusive has also been great with the unlimited drinks and food being of a high standard. Will definitely look at coming here with my family and friends again in the future

We stayed at hydros from 10 to 17.07. I enjoyed my stay but there were some things that I didn't quite like. For example: the staff told us they will bring our baggage to our room and we waited like 40 minutes, I know that there is a lot of people here but they could just told us that the wait is that long (mind me we were in the trip since 2 am and we were there at 1 pm, we got our room at 2:30 pm and our baggage like 3:10 pm so we were really tired and we wouldn't be mad to bring our baggage ourselves). The other thing that we didn't like was drinks. The only good drinks was paradise, Cuba libre and cool pool. Other drinks were just not good, even the paid drinks were not so tasty. There were also not enough barmans so they were almost always big queues. Besides those little inconveniences this hotel has many good sides. The food is delicious, everyone will find something for themselves. The room was cleaned every day. The animations also were great and there were a lot of them (2x aqua cycling, aqua volleyball, darts, mini disco and many more). Lifeguards are also a big plus, they always reacted really fast and also there is a lot of them. Of course one of the biggest pluses is the sea which is really really close. There are a lot of sunbeds but unfortunately if you want to lay on them u need to "reserve" them before breakfast because if you want to do that after, you will find none (people reserve more sunbeds that they need :( ). If I would want to come back to Turkey I will definitely pick this hotel.
