Location: 55 km from Antalya airport, in Kemer, across the street from the beach.

Beach: private beach on-site public beach in 150 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade.
Food. Ultimate All Inclusive (24 hours)
Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, late snacks. Throughout the day, at certain hours, and offers a variety of light snacks, Turkish pastries, ice cream. When checking in, guests will be offered a traditional drink of the times of the sultans – Sherbet and Turkish delight – Jazeria. I stayed at this hotel and I feel as if I got scammed. The food at the buffet and restaurant were both awful. I enquired on the first day of arrival about making a reservation for the a la carte for my birthday and over the 2 days before my birthday I was sent from place to place with no direct place to go to regarding reservation. By the time I found someone who could actually help me,, I was told it was too late and my birthday was completely ruined. 5 star hotel? At most this place should be a 3 star at most,, I’ve stayed in multiple 5 stars in my time and this has to be the worst. As a young black woman, I felt extremely uncomfortable as I was receiving dirty looks, rudeness and people looking at me like I was an alien. The hotel staff were extremely rude and disrespectful,, and I was talking to them respectfully. Terrible experience honestly

This is a 5 star hotel probably based on the extra amenities as the food and service are similar to 3 star hotels I have been to before.
The hotel is well presented and clean with an indoor pool and a payable spa area. The staff are mainly pleasant and hard working, but service is not at a level I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Beware of a waiter in the buffet who is extra friendly as he became rude when his advances were rejected.
The food is ok and some snacks or meals are available 24 hours a day so there is always something to eat. I particularly liked the Mexican restaurant which provided a small menu (not Mexican) during the day. The lounge bar is a nice area to sit in with a big fish tank. There are bookable restaurants for the evening but only one of these was open, thanks to the very helpful blonde lady at guest services I was lucky enough to get a meal at the Italian restaurant which was lovely. As it was off season there were some places not open and very little entertainment. The rooms are large and soft drinks are provided in the fridge and are restocked daily. The bathroom had some damage around the door and the shower overflowed. The tv has quite a few English channels but these are mainly news. If you are British bring your own teabags as the tea in the buffet is not good. It was an absolute bargain price so still worth it.

It was 4-days stay but unforgettable. It was in April so hotel was not full. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, delicious food. We visited Turkish restaurant - excellent evning. We were 12 people together and thank you for the helpful staff that you manage to organise a table for us. The same in the main restaurant - big table for the group. Extra bar at the pool and in lobby with drinks (long list of drinks). Ultra All Incl on the highest level. Small beach but close to the hotel. Close to the small centre with shops.
I fully recommend this place. I haven't been to such a good hotel for a long time.
Tip: There is a little noisy in the evening - you are always a participant of night animations and disco :) - even if you are in your room.

Although we have stayed in Turkey several times, only in Istanbul 4 times, and passed through Turkey from Alanya, through Bodrum to Izmir and on to Bursa, this was definitely the best holiday in Turkey so far. We stayed in the hotel from 28.07. until 07.08. and we spent a magical 10 days. I can only express my gratitude to the entire hotel staff, from the maids and people who took care of hygiene, to the chefs, the bar staff, the animation team and the guest relations staff. I want to say a special thank you to the beautiful Mrs. Leila, as well as to the dear lady with blonde hair, whose name I unfortunately did not remember, who really tried to help and take care of the guests.
The food in the hotel was excellent, hygiene at a high level, the beach clean and tidy and the sea beautiful! The guys and girls at the bar are exceptional!
We used the Turkish bath and massage services twice, and we were very satisfied, too. Mr. Sadik i think, is a great character!
The entertainment program was quite correct, often exceptional.
All in all, we hope to come back again, and to be guests of this hotel again - İnşallah!

Such a nice experience with this hotel. If you don't want to pay a fortune for a week's holiday, then this is the perfect place. What made our days here so happy and full of joy? The food is varied and very tasty. Everything is fresh, the buffet line is always replenished. Free local drinks, but the quality is good, we drunk a lot of Prosecco and were never sick 😅. The hotel staff is very polite, responsive and unobtrusive. You really feel that they are trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel area is small, everything you need is compactly located there. The pebble beach is very small, but the clear turquoise water makes up for everything 😀
The hotel has a very professional entertainment team. During the day there are various sporting events, in the evening there is a show program.
Of the minuses, I would probably note the rather outdated rooms and the lack of wi-fi on the beach, but for me personally is not significant.
We are very pleased with the stay in the Crystal De Luxe and highly recommend it.

We styed at the hotel in May 2024 for 8 nights. We had 2 rooms, family and a standaard room.
Rooms are spacious. Family rooms look to the bar/ pool direction. In the evening it might be a bit noisy.
We enjoyed daily variety of food. All stuff is very kind and friendly.
Animation team was small but very friendly to the kids.

I stayed there 3 nights and honestly I can say that everything was perfect. Stuff was very friendly, there is too much options for food but most important thing was all food was delicious. Rooms are clean. Hotel has own beach. Highly recommended.

Their massages are expensive from outside and they don't have any drinks except water. They lie “Normally it is 65 euros, it is 45 euros for you” which means 1500 liras. It’s 750-1000 lira outside. When it comes to performance, I've had much better services for half the price. The narrative is marketed very well but the staff at the spa are totally unprofessional. I asked to focus on medical massage and back, it switched to classic massage view. A few times he applied more pressure than he needed and it hurt. It was very heavy handed and I regret it.
