Crystal De Luxe Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Although we have stayed in Turkey several times, only in Istanbul 4 times, and passed through Turkey from Alanya, through Bodrum to Izmir and on to Bursa, this was definitely the best holiday in Turkey so far. We stayed in the hotel from 28.07. until 07.08. and we spent a magical 10 days. I can only express my gratitude to the entire hotel staff, from the maids and people who took care of hygiene, to the chefs, the bar staff, the animation team and the guest relations staff. I want to say a special thank you to the beautiful Mrs. Leila, as well as to the dear lady with blonde hair, whose name I unfortunately did not remember, who really tried to help and take care of the guests.
The food in the hotel was excellent, hygiene at a high level, the beach clean and tidy and the sea beautiful! The guys and girls at the bar are exceptional!
We used the Turkish bath and massage services twice, and we were very satisfied, too. Mr. Sadik i think, is a great character!
The entertainment program was quite correct, often exceptional.
All in all, we hope to come back again, and to be guests of this hotel again - İnşallah!

Such a nice experience with this hotel. If you don't want to pay a fortune for a week's holiday, then this is the perfect place. What made our days here so happy and full of joy? The food is varied and very tasty. Everything is fresh, the buffet line is always replenished. Free local drinks, but the quality is good, we drunk a lot of Prosecco and were never sick 😅. The hotel staff is very polite, responsive and unobtrusive. You really feel that they are trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel area is small, everything you need is compactly located there. The pebble beach is very small, but the clear turquoise water makes up for everything 😀
The hotel has a very professional entertainment team. During the day there are various sporting events, in the evening there is a show program.
Of the minuses, I would probably note the rather outdated rooms and the lack of wi-fi on the beach, but for me personally is not significant.
We are very pleased with the stay in the Crystal De Luxe and highly recommend it.

We styed at the hotel in May 2024 for 8 nights. We had 2 rooms, family and a standaard room.
Rooms are spacious. Family rooms look to the bar/ pool direction. In the evening it might be a bit noisy.
We enjoyed daily variety of food. All stuff is very kind and friendly.
Animation team was small but very friendly to the kids.
At the hotel there are few facilities for small kids

I stayed there 3 nights and honestly I can say that everything was perfect. Stuff was very friendly, there is too much options for food but most important thing was all food was delicious. Rooms are clean. Hotel has own beach. Highly recommended.

To say we had an amazing stay were would be an understatement.
We were here greeted at the hotel, and weren’t allowed to take our luggage upstairs outselves, they suggested we would go for lunch, since we had a long trip behind us.
Then we were greeted by employes who were súper friendly to our kids, even the kids felt welcomed. This was the main setting throughout our stay here. My son of 2 years old was getting fistbumped by almost every employe, and my daughter of 9 was invited to the kids club every evening.
Throughout the days we also had some conversations with the employees and some about personal stuff, however, none of the employees was weird about it, and while we had conversations, the employees never missed a chance to clean something or take a dirty plate with them.

The restaurant was always nice, the food was nice, even though i’m a picky eater. The discipline of the people who work here really shines through the niceness of the restaurant and lobby. It is SO clean.

Our room was cleaned everyday, and I tell you… that’s really nice when it’s 36 degrees outside.
We never had any worry about the cleaning employees stealing or something.

The spa is a story in itself. There works a bald guy, I cannot recall his name, but I hope he will still be there when we descide to go there again.

One of the things I always like to do when i’m on holiday, and theres a pool, is go underwater and see how clean it is.
I was suprised of how clean the pool actually was.
Later I saw guys cleaning the pool every night!

This hotel might be 6 stars. The discipline and friendlyness of the employees is absolutely and utterly fantastic.
In 2024 we might not be able to go, but hopefully in 2025 we can!

We were really bumped we only had 1,5 week, we couldn’t do everythint this hotel has to offer!

This hotel also changed my view of turkisch people, they are without a doubt one of the most friendly people on this earth.

We stayed at this pleasant resort hotel in the fall 2022. We haven’t encountered any issues during our short stay. Clean rooms, comfy beds, cheerful and professional hospitality, all day long activities and great food.

The resort has its own private beach with a nice small pier where you can access to the water either by jumping over the pier or by walking down the sea.

It was obvious that the hotel had been through a renovation as the place looked brand new interior design wise.

Tranquil atmosphere, proximity to the city center, and easy access to shops makes everything possible at your reach. The resort also has indoor and outdoor pools, a spa center and fitness room. The lobby has an open bar where you can enjoy hot and cold drinks all day long.

Open buffet is rich and offers a good variety of food.

The resort is also very convenient for families, as it has a small Aqua Park for children.

We planned our stay upfront through ets tourism company. The room rate was very affordable in the fall season per the amenities, food and beachfront that you’re paying for.

Food is perfect. All kind of meats on every meal, beef chicken fish also somethimes lamb and liver. And very good taste. Soft drinks are also high quality. Alotof kinds on meals deserts cheeses. Snack bar is the greatest i ever seen, also all kinds of meats on snackbar.
Cleaning is perfect. Everywhere is clean, whole otel
Quietness is perfect. I think rooms have sound protection materials. I didn’t hear single sound from any neighbour.
Helping is perfect. Everyone inside hotel is very careful and kindly trying to help about everything.
Location is perfect.
Pools are great. Slidings are enough.
