Plus - Great location , its own beach access and lovely pier. Decent food selection.

Minus - we haven’t been able to sleep (at all!), extremely loud evenings like at music festivals at the nearby hotels. Even with closed windows - it’s so so loud in the room. When asking the staff to act and do something about it sadly they weren’t able to help/do anything with the noise so we ended up moving to another room in mid of our stay.

If you plan to get a decent sleep during your vacation - this might be not a hotel for you.

My husband, my son (who is just over a year old), and I stayed at this hotel for our vacation. We really enjoyed the buffet, which offered a variety of delicious dishes every day. My husband especially loved the baklava. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly, and they spoke both Russian and English. We also visited the hotel's spa, where the staff was equally friendly and attentive. The massages were done quite well. The hotel had a children's room and nanny services, but it was inconvenient for us as the nannies could only work during their breaks from their main duties. The hotel also had a playground, which was difficult to access with a stroller. We had to go around the lawn. The playground was very dusty, and we were surprised to find some cat droppings there. As a result, we ended up going to playgrounds outside of the hotel's premises. There was only one women's restroom on the hotel grounds where we could change our baby's diaper. I also made a big mistake by deciding to visit the hotel's hair salon to trim my hair and get a new bang style. Unfortunately, the result was that half of my head ended up with one continuous bang. It really upset me, and I cried for a long time. I want to mention that we had an upgraded room with two rooms and a jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi was not working despite us reporting it. Our room was supposed to have a sea view, but instead, we had a view of the roof and the stage for the evening shows. The housekeeping service was quite random, and they didn't change the bed linen throughout our stay. I would like to highlight the evening entertainment shows, which took place every night and could be observed from our window. The noise bothered us, and it took the hotel manager five days to address our complaint. They offered us a different room, but it didn't have a bathtub, and we didn't want to spend time packing and unpacking our belongings as our vacation was nearing its end.
