Consists of one 7-storey building Main Building, one 3-storey building, Arycanda, five 3-story buildings with Garden Fame and two 3-storey building connected by a Limak Limra Park.
The hotel has 680 rooms.
Total area: 150 000 m2.
Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, the first coastal line. Between Limak Limra Park Hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 300 m.

Ultra all inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Swedish table, late Breakfast, various snacks, sweets and ice cream in certain hours, the midnight dinner and night soup, diet and vegetarian cuisine, services A'la Carte restaurants (Turkish, fish), some imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

In the animation team, Ms. Sepideh is very active and has a very kind and friendly attitude towards all the guests.

Not aimed at English speaking people, we had a lot of trouble communicating and seemed staff had very little English.
The staff that did speak English were very good.
Receptionists were always rude, though. When we arrived at 12am they didn't even say hello, just demanded a booking name and thew me a key. The luggage man was very pleasant, though.
The food was ok. Very much the same food everyday, was absolutely sick of it by the 4th day. We ended up finding local restaurants to eat as we had a hire car, thank god we did or i think i would have given up eating!
Again, much of the food seemed aimed at Eastern European cuisine and nothing for kids at dinner.
Other guests were rude and standoffish, especially in the restaurant (maybe a cultural thing, so i didn't let it affect my score of the hotel)
We stayed in a deluxe family room (or whatever it's called)
The room was really outdated. AC never properly worked, despite many calls to the customer care team, and promises to fix it.
It was only mid-may, so the temperature was bare able, god knows how bad it would have been later in the summer.
Showers worked well though and the room was clean and had lots of storage space.
The biggest redeeming feature was the pools, slides, and the animation team. My 2 kids loved the pools and little water slides, couldn't get them out of the water!
A few of bars and snack areas were closed, which made the ones that were open quite crowded. It was early in the season, so it's understandable.
The animation team was keen to get everyone involved, especially in the evening at kids' show time.
Loads of places to walk and the whole hotel in general felt very safe and clean.
I personally wouldn't visit again. But on a whole we had a reasonable time.
On the first day I was in the restaurant and there were cats roaming around, I asked why they were allowed in the restaurant and was told that cats were a Turkish thing. They have a tip jar in the reception for the cats. I didn’t mind seeing them wander about outside ( which there are lots of them) but in the restaurant I felt this was wrong. I didn’t eat again in the restaurant after this. The food was basic low quality food like most all inclusive places. I was all inclusive so missed out due to having to eat out. There is room service but this cost money and the food again isn’t very good.
The rooms are nice but off season are cold at night. I asked about the heating and was told that the heating didn’t work until later in the evening but this didn’t work. Told reception and told this would be looked into but nothing happened.
The hotel location was an issue due to it being off season the place was much shut down. There were some shops outside the hotel but they were mainly tourist shops selling much the same. I had to get a taxi to the nearest town to eat which is about £10 each way.
The staff are friendly enough, the young guy at the pool bar under my room by the pool was very friendly and always greeted you with a smile and welcoming greeting.
A special mention to the PR manager, Ersen, who personally took the time to check in on us and ensure we were happy with the service—his dedication truly stood out. One of the highlights for us was the open 24-hour restaurant area, where we could relax, have a coffee, and enjoy the atmosphere.
Overall, we had a perfect stay and would give this hotel 5 stars without hesitation. Highly recommended
The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to commute to Kemer (40 Turkish lira one way).
A special thanks to the receptionist, AiDai, who truly made our stay memorable. She took great care of us and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience.
A special mention to Ersen from customer relations, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues we had, making us feel truly valued as guests. His friendly and helpful nature added to our positive experience.
