I would like to thank the hotel and its staff, especially Mr. Enes from guest relations, who were the only reason I chose Turkey. We had the most affordable and beautiful holiday we could have in Europe. A quality business that deserves all 5 stars. An excellent business that has not compromised its standards for years.

Very good hotel, clean rooms, very good food also for kids and good drinks.
Services on top quality, many additional animation for kids.
Big swimming pools and private beach was really impressive.
Bars and many attractions for adults open to the latest hours.
They have special app for visitors that inform about time spending possibilities.
WiFi signal in all area even on a beach.

Good hotel. We were there for 7 days and didn’t have time to see everything!
The food is very tasty and varied.
The area is very beautiful. There is a pier in the sea. There are enough sunbeds.
The animation is at a good level. Very nice Tahir, always helpful and very positive.
The evening shows are fiery. I recommend visiting this hotel!

Excellent hotel with good facilities. The family rooms are brilliant with two separate rooms and bathrooms meaning the children can be with you yet have their own privacy. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Ersen one of the managers we found to be particularly helpful and friendly assisting us as and when needed. The hotel grounds and in particular the toilets we found to be very clean at all times.

Went for a week in April with the family. Hotel is very lovely and the staff are excellent. Most staff are on hand and quick to help, especially those who work in the alacart restaurant. The staff in the bars are mostly very friendly and give good conversations. The pool area is vast and has multiple pools with watersides. The slides aren’t on all the time and it’s dependent on if there is life guards on duty. The pool is very cold so good for a quick dip after sitting in the sun for some time. The beach area is pleasant, the hotel have built a nice area for guests to sit with shaded sun loungers and a wooden walkway. The only downside is it’s more of a rock beach than sand.

We were extremely happy with this lovely and beautiful resort/hotel. All the staff are very courteous and helpful. They upgraded our room as we had problems with our knees and kitchen staff were also so so helpful and provided with extra vegetarian items.
Overall extremely happy and certainly will recommend our friends back in London to come and stay here.

Staff at the reception 0 points, when solving problems such as the fact that we got a dirty room (photos) they pretended not to understand or tried to convince us that it was clean even after we showed them the photos of the room. We received the room not cleaned in the condition you see in the photos. If I was in a guesthouse I wouldn't say anything, but we paid for a 5 star hotel and resort and got sperm pillows and curtains from god knows what. Otherwise, the staff such as waiters and cleaners were nice people, except that the staff who mixed the drinks did not clean the bar at all and it smelled bad. The food was great except for the fact that the selection of dishes hardly changed at all. Drinks are also great. What else spoiled the atmosphere were the drained main pools filled with dirty rainwater, iron structures around the pools and tractors and bulldozers on the beach. Most of the program and bars were inside, which spoils the holiday mood and makes you feel more like a boarding house. Live music 10/10 except for the limited seating in the room - you had to find places to sit at least 1.5 hours before the start and the ventilation there was also not figured out. The gentleman at the live music behind the piano remixed the music better than the dj in the after10 club, which was full of children with families and grandmothers who sat on chairs and just watched and held their seats, and after midnight even the bartenders asked for money for drinks (I remind you that we were on an all inclusive stay). They also asked for money everywhere for popcorn and similar things, which I have not encountered before in resorts in Turkey. Don't even look for the pier on the beach, the hotel should update the photos on the website because half of the things don't exist.

We came into a FILTHY room, hair on the floor and in the toilet, dirty mirrors, body fluids on the pillows and something what looked like poop on the curtain. The receptionists definitely need some new training, they don’t know how to talk to guests and they don’t want to solve your problems. We resolved all this on the second day when the receptionists changed. Our room was just then cleaned. Besides all these things the room definitely didn’t look like a 5* hotel room, you can definitely tell this resort is 20 years old. The food was good but you’re basically eating the same thing all week. The drinks are okay, although they put a little too much alcohol in them. The bartenders are not too nice, most of them don’t speak english very well and if you order more than one drink they tend to be rude. The layout of the resort is very confusing, it took us like 2 days to figure out where everything is due to the fact the gave us a tiny little map and nothing else. I definitely would recommend coming here before 1st of April because the biggest pool (with the water park) isn’t opened yet, the beach is nothing but rocks, they are painting everything and cleaning everything (preparing for the season). Almost everything was happening inside (kids club, live music, disco) even tho they have a beautiful atrium outside. It may not be an issue for some but for me (us) it wasn’t comfortable sitting in a hot room filled with smelly bars and sweaty people.
