Very clean, good food and nice area. This is a little further from central Alanya(about 10 minute cab) but nice calm area which is nice. Good markets around and a few restaurants as well!

Nice hotel! We would definitely recommend this place. We had a great stay (with 2 kids) Also the food was good and lots of variety. Great rooms with lots of space and view. The beach facility is also very nice and ofcourse a nice pool for the kids. Especially the lifeguard at the waterslide is very friendly for the kids. Gym isn't open for 24/7, that was disappointing. Also the girly man at the spa was very annoying. But you have to go to him daily to pick up the towels. The number of tables at diner is at some times not enough.

Nice hotel, wonderfully friendly staff, amazing variety and quality of food. The only downside is a rather limited cocktail offer in the ultra-all-inclusive package and extremely annoying and clingy spa service that keeps hunting you down and keeps persuading you to buy their special programs.

The hotel is quite nice, but its neighbor, Berra, looks much grander, but I think also more expensive

I especially liked the hotel staff, the bartenders at the pool bar, they were very pleasant and smiling people, they have very tasty cocktails, and they make them like real professionals. The downside of the bar is that among the drinks it's alcohol, one non-alcoholic cocktail, or 4 alcoholic ones, there are sodas to choose from, but the rest of the cocktails like mojitos, and other mixes, are paid, which is very unfortunate, at a cost of 8€ and more.

The hotel's location is excellent in one case, average in another, and it will take a very long time to get to the hotel if you are coming from Antalya, and a little less if coming from Alanya. However, a huge plus is that there are very beautiful villas nearby, and a fairly large bazaar where there are many products to choose from, as well as go-karting, so there will be plenty to do if you want to explore the area behind the hotel.

You really need to go to the sea, it will take 5 minutes, the beach is private, with a pier, and a bar with alcohol, cocktails, and cell phones

The room is a family room, quite large, with two separate beds, and a separate room with a large comfortable bed, a convenient bathroom with a shower and a bath, a large sink, two televisions, but I didn't particularly watch, I don't know if they work or not, there is a corner with a table, convenient for placing a laptop, the mini-bar is free only because there is nothing there 😅😆 on the first day, there was cola, Fanta, and then only regular water

The internet is good, it covers the entire hotel area (except the beach), but sometimes it lags, not very strong.

There are warm-ups, evening shows, Turkish night, and other entertainments here, so it wasn't particularly boring overall because there were breaks for shows.

The food here is not bad (schedule), tomorrow from 07:30 to 10:30, and then lunch at 12:30, until dinner at 19:00, you can visit the snack bar, and have a tasty burger, onion rings or potatoes, they also serve cakes and ice cream, drinks

three pools, one 1.60 Somewhere, big and beautiful with a bridge, one small not deep for children with slides, and another one with big slides (the slides are not that big, it was quite boring to ride them, 5 times, and it got boring, because they are not interesting at all, only for little children.)

The food is delicious, but mostly it's salads, salads and salads. Something was missing, especially fruits (the fruits were green, only the melon ± was good)

The hotel has a spa, but the staff is very ANNOYING, PERSISTENT, as they will even find you in Antarctica, offering to give a massage 😡

I was asked to leave the pool at 21:06, for an unknown reason. Someone just said "hello" to me from the balcony and asked me to leave the pool.

They did not give a third card to the 14-year-old guest.

If you take the cards for opening the numbers and do not leave at least one in the special slot, the light goes out, and it is impossible to leave the phone on charge.

The air conditioner in the main room is not very strong (but in the bedroom it is very good)

Overall, I recommend this hotel for the middle class.

We've just returned from a 7-day stay here, and I must say, the service was truly exceptional, deserving of a 5-star rating. The staff across all services were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff maintained impeccable standards throughout the hotel, and our room was always spotless, with thoughtful touches like folding our daughter's blanket into different shapes every day. The animation and entertainment team were a delight, always brimming with energy and eager to interact with guests. Special mention to the young lifeguard who not only ensured pool safety but also took the time to teach kids pool rules and even some Turkish. While the food wasn't entirely to our taste, it was consistently fresh, well-cooked, and offered plenty of healthy options. However, the variety of alcoholic drinks was limited, and the coffee could be improved. The location was a bit secluded for my liking, with not much to do within walking distance, but a short taxi ride to Alanya, about 15 minutes away and costing around 400TL (approximately £12), offered more options for exploration

We loved our stay here. We were there at the beginning of the season during the kids' spring break, first week of April 2024. The weather was pleasant, the water still a little bit too cold for me personally, but not for the kid. 🤗 The entertaining activities keep your mood up and the personnel is very kind and understanding. Our daughter loved spending the time at the Kid's Mini club and waited every evening for the Mini Disco. 🪩 Thank you so much Zey and her colleague for caring so much about our daughter. 🤗

The hotel is lovely, modern and luxurious.
There are outdoor pools with fun slides, and a great indoor heated pool too.

The spa have the best massage therapists, who give the best treatments.

The hotel staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

5 stars all around!!!
