Dizalya Palm Garden Hotel

I really loved this hotel. It’s good for children & older people, the rooms are always clean. You have so many choise to eat you litteraly cant choose what to eat. The entertainment is also nice you have shows and activitis, you have a swimpool & a beach to swim,you have a hairdresser nailartist,… I wanna thank garson Lokm Ertas,garson Übeyt and all the helpers there it was a verry nice hotel.

For the price the hotel is very good. The staff is friendly and kind, always smiling, willing to help. The entertainment team is also good quite a lot of activities in the pool during the day. Every evening there’s a show in the amfiteatre. Barmen Elif at loby bar, very nice and very kind🌷 The rooms are clean, everything is super. Good service!

This is our second time at Dizalya Palm Garden, and we were so happy to see Bar Chef Betül again! She recognized us immediately and welcomed us with the same warmth and energy as before. It was truly a joy to see her still so full of life and yes, her amazing bar team hasn’t changed a bit: fast, friendly, and always professional. We also want to thank the Restaurant team for their great service and tasty options everything was fresh, wellprepared, and beautifully served. From the drinks to the hospitality, everything was just as perfect as we remembered. See you again soon, Dizalya!

The rooms are okay, the hotel is nice and clean, I have seen that everyday at evening they clean the swimming pools, and everywhere outside. Food is okay, there is no sea food but they have plenty of other food, basically you will have something to eat for sure. Near the hotel there is some supermarkets and other shops. The sea is not far away, few minutes, however the sea shore is not one of the best but if you go a-bit to the right it’s better. The people that work there are nice. Basically I would recommend this hotel, and if I had to go here for the second time I would. It’s not a big hotel but very nice. I am not sure how this hotel is in July or August but we been June 5-10 when it’s not too hot we liked it.

A big thank you to İdris from the restaurant for his kind and attentive service, to Betül Hanım, the head of the bar, for her warm hospitality, and to Yücel Bey, the restaurant chef, for the delicious food and excellent management. The entire bar and restaurant team deserve high praise — they were always professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Their teamwork and dedication made every meal and moment at the hotel memorable. Thank you all!

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. We as a family had 3 weeks early season holiday in Dizalya. We really enjoyed our time in staying there. Its a relaxing atmosphere and lots of tasty foods. We were impressed with staff’s enthusiasm and commitment to their work. Big thanks to Nuri, Ferhat, Abdullah, Haci, Cihangir and Zeynep from the restaurant and Alihan, Erencan, Nur and Huseyin from Entertainment team. Feeling bad that I can’t remember all the names please forgive me.

Excellent service from Yaren when we wanted to buy a bottle of wine. She told us wich wine we had to choose. A very enthousiastique Lady with knowledge and spirit. Thank you Yaren for this wine. We enjoyed it. Thanks you for your service. ;-) ＜3

We are currently spending our holiday with you, and we wanted to let you know what an amazing and relaxing time we are having. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the friendliness and warmth of your staff. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. It was truly this willingness to go the extra mile that is making our holiday so special and memorable. It is also lovely to see that your team seemed genuinely happy in their work environment, and this positive atmosphere certainly enhanced the overall experience for us as guests. We are also very impressed with the variety and quality of the food on offer. There are such a large selection of hot dishes, salads, and desserts to choose from, catering to all tastes. We particularly enjoyed the delicious pizzas and the incredibly yummy chocolate and fruit waffles by the pool – a real treat! Only negative feedback I can give is about pillows. You need softer pillows for sure. Thank you all once again for making our holiday so fantastic. We are already looking forward to returning to Dizalya Palm Garden Hotel in the near future.
