I just want to say a big thank you to Ali the Hotel guide, he is always there to help in any tricky situation, what a great guy. We also want to mention the miarosa Hotel and what a great stay we have had

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The hotel staff does not speak or understand English properly, making communication difficult, and many of them had a very arrogant attitude. The hotel was completely overcrowded with queues everywhere, and people were rude and self-centered. The location is not good, and there is very little to do in the surrounding area. Without a car or organized trips, there’s nothing to do. Alanya city center and its beaches are too far to walk. The hotel’s own beach was okay and not too crowded, about 400–500 meters away, with a shuttle provided by the hotel. The hotel room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, but the room had a bad smell from day one (cigarette), which caused headaches. In the bathroom, shower water spread across the entire floor and wouldn’t drain, as the only drain was under the shower and the water couldn’t flow back there. We had to keep wet towels on the floor, which the cleaners didn’t always replace. In addition, the floor was EXTREMELY slippery and therefore dangerous – we almost fell several times. Initially, cleaning was fine, but in the last few days, we didn’t get all our towels back or even changed, and eventually there was no cleaning at all for the last three days. Also, the room had only one very small trash bin in the bathroom, which filled up immediately even with minimal waste. The hotel’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were the same every day. Most dishes were not labeled, making it very difficult for a vegetarian to find suitable food, even though the hotel was described as vegetarian-friendly. People were rude, cutting in line, and children were eating directly from the serving dishes using the same utensils others used to take the food. The food was just barely mediocre. There was no room to eat indoors, and outside you had to eat in cigarette smoke as people were smoking at nearby tables. Tables were left in a horrible state, and the amount of food waste was shocking. It was impossible to get a sunbed by the pool, as other guests reserved every single one with towels and personal items – even overnight – and nothing was done to prevent this. The advertised à la carte restaurant and gym did not exist. The only positive thing was Ali, who is mentioned in many other reviews as well. He organized trips and car rentals, spoke good English, and made sure guests were well taken care of. He gave a very warm and friendly welcome every day. All in all, this is not a 4-star hotel — at best, it’s a 2-star, maybe 3 on a good day.

Where to start. The food is awful, the beds are like bricks, sun loungers are old falling apart the place is scruffy and dated. Pool side is dirty, a life guard is sparse around the pool. Other guests are rude! I believe a lot of Turkish people have holidays here hence the Turkish reviews, meal times are carnage. People running for a table pushing in food on the floor. Flies on the food, not many staff speak English. To get afternoon snacks (all inclusive) you have to walk 10 min to the beach and that isn’t manned. Food plates left on the tables not cleared away. The only good point was the hotel guide. He was a very nice chap and helped massively. Staff rude, Not a nice place and I won’t be back. English family.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Miarosa Konakli Garden Hotel was so frustrating and disheartening that I feel compelled to share it. What was meant to be a relaxing getaway turned into a daily struggle for basic comfort and service. 🛏️ Uncomfortable Accommodation Let’s start with the rooms. The mattresses were unbearably hard—not just firm, but genuinely painful to sleep on. Each night felt like lying on a slab of concrete, and restful sleep was impossible. Despite raising concerns, no alternative was offered. 🍽️ Food That Fails to Cater The food situation was appalling. The hotel claims to offer an all-inclusive experience, but in reality, it felt more like a scavenger hunt. Numerous times, we were left without anything to eat due to poor planning, lack of variety, and chaotic service. The food was bland, repetitive, and clearly not designed to cater to diverse dietary needs, international guests particularly the English and children. We were forced to spend money eating out just to avoid going hungry—an outrageous situation for a supposedly all-inclusive resort. 🎒 Lost Bag, Lost Trust One of the most infuriating aspects of our stay was the handling of our lost luggage. A bag was left on the transfer, and although the hotel acknowledged it and assured us daily that it would be delivered “today,” it never arrived. Every day brought a new excuse and false promise. The lack of accountability and urgency was unacceptable, and the emotional toll of chasing down our belongings added unnecessary stress to an already disappointing trip. 🚫 Overall Experience This hotel is not a four-star experience. It’s barely a one-star in terms of service, comfort, and hospitality. From the hard beds to the inadequate food and the unresolved issue with our luggage, every aspect of our stay was riddled with disappointment. I would strongly advise others - especially anyone who is English - to reconsider before booking here. There are far better options in the area that actually deliver on their promises.

Went to this hotel for a week as a family of 5. Food wasn’t great didn’t really cater for English and quite repetitive. Although the beach bar was a lot better and did serve burger chicken shawarmas and spag Bol. Entertainment was great big shout out to Mario part of the animation team always went above and beyond to please the guests and very friendly also speaks good English which was helpful. The young life guard was brilliant with the kids too always entertaining guest including adults and children round the pool side playing water fights and messing around in the pool with everyone. There is only the 2 slides and not open for long enough but while they was they kept our kids happy even us adults. Ramazan the night auditor was really nice and friendly too very helpful. Ali who operates all the excursions and transfers etc and was very helpful and give us great deal for our boat trip and transfer back to airport which was amazing by the way! Defo recommend that and the jeep safari! So much fun. Overall this holiday was one of are best and would defo be going back there. Highly recommend and try take no notice of the bad reviews. The holiday is what you make it and if you get a bargain just bare in mind you get what you paid for :) Also to note that the hotel was very clean and our room got cleaned every day with clean towels supplied every day too!

I am pleasantly surprised, because the opinions were really not interesting. The staff really tried, but some of the guests shouldn't have been there. It's the guests' fault; they don't care or respect anything; they think they paid and can do whatever they want.I'm definitely going back there next year for longer😊
21.07.2025
This is definitely , You get what you've paid for. The Staff are all nice and friendly espcially Ali who helped us booked some of our tour, He is so kind and welcoming. The food menu are okay & fine there so many options. My husband & our friends really enjoy the unli drinks/liqour while playing billiards 😂 but the main problem and issue here is no wifi connection ( Limited access only ) you have an option to pay for extra if you want to. Maybe this is their nice way so that their guests will enjoy the facilities away from social media and everything but if you really can't live without Wifi/Data then you needed to have your own data connection just like I did. 😂 The Room is fine and if you notice something wrong just report it at the main desk and they will sort it out immediately , and that is 💯. No hassle. The beach is so close and walking distance with so much activities (You need to pay for it ofcourse) but if dont want to walk then they have a free shuttle so nothing to worry. Overall , 8/10. 🫶 Not so luxurious but like what I've said — Still worth it.
19.07.2025
Ali the Tour Guide was very helpful, attentive and friendly. He made our stay very welcoming. However, there was an issue with the lifts as there is only one pair in the entire hotel. This was not good as the queues were often slow and family members who couldn’t use the stairs would be waiting for a while. Also, it would have been useful and easier if there was water fridges on every floor, not just the ground floor.
19.07.2025
To be honest with you, I went to the hotel with no expectations whatsoever, it’s a pretty average hotel but what made this hotel a 5 star experience for me was HOTEL GUIDE ALI, he was more than accommodating! He first introduced us to activities and packages, not only that but was honest and respectful through the whole process, he wanted to make sure we had the best time and holiday experience possible. He was always welcoming every time we walked into the hotel with a bright smile and helped us with any issues we had. Not only that but he booked our taxis and ordered us food when we didn’t feel like walking to the mall or nearby restaurants. To me…service makes a big difference in my experience, I could not thank Ali enough for making our trip one to remember!
18.07.2025
PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE ENGLISH!!! I don't leave reviews unless I absolutely must, However, On this occasion I MUST! Before we arrived I read some reviews and was a little worried given some of them However we always base our own thoughts on our own experiences, On this occasion the bad reviews are bang on! It's AWFUL! At first we were OK, The place seemed OK, Yes a little dated but nothing we couldn't manage, It was fine, We arrived late and managed to get some soup and bread for a late supper they offer then we went to bed, The beds are ROCK HARD and I do mean it! I do like a firm mattress for my back but this was ridiculous! You are provided with 1 single sheet per person, Even a sharing double. The first few days were quite OK, Lovely weather, food was hit and miss in terms of variety, Chips and boiled lentils at breakfast not my thing but to each their own, No toast but there is pancakes cereal and fried eggs if you can stand the mile long queue for them, And when you finally do get some food, It's RAW chicken!! (See pics) Dinner was much the same, Queues after queues, Far to many people to cater for. Tea time was awful, Hot crowded and if you are english be prepared to be served last, Blatantly! Around the pool is the same, All beds taken by towels, Rude, arrogant people try to take your parasol or spit all around the pool area, Food, plates and glasses/plastic cups, Paper and rubbish left everywhere which is unfair to the staff who constantly walk around in the blistering heat trying to keep on top of it, Disgraceful behaviour by grown adults/parents. The entertainment try, However it is the same everyday, The same song the same dance the same games/sports. And if you don't want to be referred to as a Lazy English by one of the entertainers your best of joining in the water polo when he asks you to lol rude! The pool bar serves efes beer, Only 1 pump so bit of a wait, and you are only allowed 1 ice cream or ice lolly a day! The queue for this is massive as you can imagine, We ended up just buying them for the kids. The hotel caters for mainly Turkish and Russian guests, The entertainment or any other info isn't spoken in English, You never know what's going on! The beach serves burger and chips, I'm not a lover but I must admit it was a welcome relief to get some food However, It's a cat litter tray! The beach is full of cat sh!t and cigarette butt's everywhere, The waves are a fun edition though. Back at the hotel if you need help their is a man called Ali, Now Ali is supposed to be the British hotels rep and is there to assist you should you need anything, In our case, Not so! Once he knew we weren't interested in buying an excursion from him, Getting a hello was effort lol, On one occasion my family had been sick through the night I think heat stroke, I went down 6 flights of stairs to fetch food and water for them, I had a plate with some bread, Some boiled eggs and some water cartons, I was bombarded at the bottom of the stairs by
