Excellent service , the Manager is helpful , and caring ! she even takes care of the cats that live behind the hotel ! very Professional .

Very bad services, don't deserve more than one star
It was our holy fasting month when we stayed there and we asked two of the stuff if they can send our breakfast to room at Sohor time and they said yes.then no body eather wakes us or sent meal we have to fast with out food.
Very bad behaviour at the holy month.
Room was so poor according to the stars
No internet, you have to go out side to have some if you can .very noisy neighbourhood which affects the acceptability of the location.
Car park is so far that we had to stay without car .first and last time and as a Google guide I don't advice anyone to come to this hotel at all

We were in two rooms for one night, the air conditioners in both rooms did not work, when we switched them we switched the electricity to both rooms. The temperature was over 40 degrees. With open windows it was very noisy, we could not sleep.
