Tour companies book here for their guests. That means there can be peak hours at the restaurant or at the elevator line. We stayed here 2 nights thanks to Jolly Tour. Check in was a breeze, keys with names on it waiting for us on the counter. The restaurant has enough variety to keep us vegetarians happy. I had issues with the A/C, and the front desk sent someone in seconds. On the other hand, the bathrooms have no ventilation. You can leave the bathroom door open and hope the room fan takes care of it. Snacks in the basket and beverages in the fridge are pricey, that's standard practice with any mini bar I guess. Location is just meh. We went out at night to get dessert, the nearest one was 10 min away. Not much to do unless you take a cab. At least the rooms towards the "courtyard" (i.e. ventilation) don't get affected by the road noise. The bed is hard enough to fix your back.

The location of hotel was awesome it was in centre i can say. Except location there was nothing ok. First rooms. Rooms were so bad it was smelling like smoke kinda cigarette. There was only one window which looks inside of the building. The room's ceiling was not high at all and also was so small, it was very claustrophobic. The bathroom was ok at least. There was ac yeah, and was working yeah but NOT EFFICIENT at all. After opened 2-3 hours it started make me feel chill. The food; breakfast and dinner were bad as well. There were not much options to choose. It says 4 Stars hotel but was more like 3 or 2 stars.

You can build a building and call it a hotel but it takes right people to make it feel like home. Their staff of one of the most personal and friendly group of staff that I have ever seen. They went above and beyond for our needs, they were truly amazing. Every person you interact with is professional and they are there to make your stay amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. You could just smell the molds of this hotel across the street. I have stayed at the 8th floor and left my window open for 2 days that I stayed there but still it was not enough to fight it.
Another big problem of this hotel is that they don't have a parking lot. It took me more than 40 minutes just driving and looking for a parking spot in the middle of a night.
Breakfast was not appealing neither, especially the soup might have been left there for ages.
The air conditioning unit was not working neither but I guess it won't be a problem as I am not planning to stay there ever again.

It did not feel well cleaned, our room's fridge did not work, & little/no bathroom amenities were provided. In addition, many rooms had no outward-facing windows-- instead, they faced a dark elevator shaft. A lot of my friends thought it was sketchy... However, the room provided ample space & a bed to sleep on (:

Not horrible, not the best. There could have been improvements. There was a random massage table in our pretty small room for no reason. The restaurant had good food but the portions were really big in my opinion. The window in my hotel room let to a odd view of an inside part of the building so when I looked out the window I saw cement and a darkness looking down.

Two days ago I was in hotel, only for 1 night. The room was not well clean - bathroom, the room with dirty walls and smell of dampness and tobacco, the window allways was opened because the handle was folded, serving not as than other hotels at lower price and superior quality.
I have paid since the receipt of the room but I have not received the invoice even today. I do not recommend this hotel!

I hope to receive the bill in the end!
