As a side note, akime ( may be wrong spelling) who was working the poolside bar was quite possibly the hardest working person ive met. All in all, no one should be disappointed with this place

Bedrooms were so clean and had a lot of space inside of them. Would recommend getting the family room. Swimming pools were nice and clean. Amazing views in front of the room

The facilities were all very good and it was clear they were developing these as well. The adults beach and pool were lovely

My husband is a vegetarian and although the venue made great efforts for him, there were not too many buffet options for him, but they did prepare a separate meal for him off the menu when we were at the a la carte restaurant, which was greatly appreciated

Just returned from a week's stay here with my family and I can not praise the hotel enough, set in the most beautiful surroundings the view from the pool is unreal, the hotel staff were so nice and friendly and the entertainment manager ( Belkay) was brilliant, food was what you would expect from an all inclusive holiday we found something different to eat most days, the entertainment was brilliant...

Great hotel, First time back in 8 years 1 week stay in Apartment block 6, beside the top "quiet" pool Staff were lovely, breakfasts were OK, lunch & supper had a reasonable choice every day Good salads, mixed hot dishes, fish, chicken, beef & various kebabs

We were allocated a ground level room, with a view of the pool. We felt very overlooked as people walked right passed

There was one cook down at the bottom pool who had terrible customer service experience and did not help at all when I asked him as simply as I could what I could eat and even refused me icecream on my first day because I didn't want a cone and I wasn't too happy with the receptionist who brought me all the way down to "resolve this" when all he did was side with said cook who did also have a problem...

when there was China plates and cups all around the pool(?) I refused to let this put me off though and after some reaching out, Hasan, my tui rep and the restaurant manager became great help and communication for me

At first I thought it was the hotel not understanding that I couldn't eat gluten, I'm not sure what went wrong but it got lost in communication with TUI although I told them twice I'm gluten free and my partner put it down in the booking, they for some reason put me down as vegetarian

The rooms could with a little updating however they are more than adequate let's be honest how much time do we spend in the room. The pool is amazing latest water temperature and PH balance is available everyday

Kiddies, adult only and main pool. There is also the choice of swim up pools, right at your own patio, loved this. As all inclusive goes, the choice of local alcohol is not to my liking, could have been better

We are leaving the hotel after being there 2 weeks, all the staff are friendly and always smiling, food was good, entertainment was brilliant something different everyday, night and day time, always making us laugh, hotel is very clean and tidy, erol was amazing does his up most best to ensure everyone was laughing and having a good time,the entertainment erol puts together was 100% and made our days...

Close proximity to the strip and although not by the sea, the hotel provide a free shuttle bus down to the beach in Olu Deniz. The rooms are maintained to a good standard and have fridges and effective air conditioning

Finally the Spa all I can say it's worth every penny I have suffered with bad shoulders for years but after having a few sessions they are almost as good as new so I think it wouldn't be money wasted

If you are expecting bacon and eggs or cottage pie it ain't happening here which in my opinion is good your on holiday and should try different foods

A crew of people are employed to provide entertainment in the form of shows in the evening, and activities such as water volley ball, aqua aerobics, darts and snooker throughout the day

Gizmo and Gadget were first class entertainers, made the holiday go with a swing. Dining room offered a good variation of food and the outdoor snacks also like the dining room gave excellent well prepared tasty food

What a lovely time we had the reception staff were so helpful and spoke very good English the rooms are very clean maid came in every day changed the towels everyday too the pool was very clean entertainment guys were great so so funny the young lads behind the bar were amazing food choice could be better but always found something to eat the only thing we can have a moan about is that when we arrived...

Nice clean friendly hotel but rooms could do with updating. Rooms kept nice and clean by the jolly friendly cleaning ladies. This was our third visit and undoubtdly will not be our last

Yel hotel has been an amazing experience. All the staff were amazing and so helpful and happy. Entertainment throughout the week was amazing, the staff really got to know you and it made it feel so homely

Apo's service was really good and the only thing we were satisfied with at the hotel was that the staff was fun and the cocktails were really delicious

Very clean rooms food was good as well a lot of choice and also good food at the bar snacks by the poolside. Definitely coming back to the hotel. I would say we are now guests for life now

Stayed at Pine Valley August for 2 weeks. Rooms were spotles and maids cleaned youre room every day. short walk to Hisaroni lovely bars and restraunts. Staff at pine valley were very friendly and Aguero made our hoiiday

Slides are the same as most on and off during the day but that didn't matter as they had other pool activities to keep us occupied. Water polo was great fun, everyone got involved

Evening entertainment was the usual, Turkish night, bingo, karaoke, fire dancers and the Michael Jackson show which I loved. I would always recommend this hotel to anyone who asks and can't wait to go again

We stayed half board which isn't something I've done before and have to say the food was fine although sometimes not much choice for my son who I will say is a fussy eater so can't blame the hotel

The staff were all amazing and so friendly, especially aguero (not sure if I've spelt his name right) my son thinks he's the most awesome person ever! Nothing was too much trouble

omg so relaxing, I fell asleep. In the room we had a double bed,sofa, fridge, TV, hairdryer, shower, towels, toilet, wardrobes, bedside cabinets. Plenty of sockets, and a very small balcony with 2 chairs and table

Not enough coat hangers in my room But I did take lots of clothes. 2 min walk to the main shopping area and down to the beach. Went on free bus from hotel to the blue lagoon beach for the day, very nice

Great transport to and from the hotel, a must see is the water park. Orca Sunlife has set the standard for a great family all inclusive holiday. Definitely a must for anyone looking to visit Dalaman!!

the bads ,we had a big flood in the room from the aircon ,the room smelt of bad sewerage for a week ,our friends upgraded and had to pay extra £350 to a room that where showed when booking the holiday ,most of the staff and reception staff couldn't understand English ,service wasn't the best,food was good nice puddings and the pool and slides where nice and refreshing ,drinks where ok they could do...

When we arrived, we were upgraded - our room was close to the main entrance, with an indoor jacuzzi and own swimming pool!! Rooms were always clean and tided every day

Great selection of food, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner for adults and kids (my wife loved the different deserts on offer every day) Hotel staff were always friendly, helpful and willing to help when you needed it

On arrival 6 July 2024 wit four adults and two children aged 12 and 15 we were allocated two rooms in the Neptune building 4402 and 4404 which are bit lower down than most of the other sections

All the staff we encountered during our stay here from all departments were excellent, very friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel, keep up the great work

Here on a 2 week holiday and felt right at home when arrived great room and the location is just a short 10 min walk into town and all the staff are amazing will go out the way to help with any issue you may have or ? You may have very friendly and a great place for a break and the food is brilliant too

Everyting was perfect, quality of the products were high quality. Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Property was better than most within its rank. Turkish bath and massage were excellent.

We are currently staying at the ova and i would highly recomend it to everyone, the staff and manager go out their way to ensure you have an amazing holiday, the food is top class and the housekeeping clean your rooms daily, this hotel has a massive hearty feel to it, the entertainment staff are amazing, i will be coming back for sure

Last day of a fantastic 2 weeks. Stayed in a villa on self catering and it has been amazing. Villas are spacious with plenty room for clothes to be put away. We had 403 which was next to top pool

It has good size villas however, the maintenance is not very good. No wifi in rooms, villas or pool area. Pool areas are nice size for the hotel size. Never had a problem getting a bed

Hi me and my partner are coming over for 2 weeks stay on 2nd july cant wait realllyyy looking forward to it. wats breakfast is it continental. is it a hilly town or flattish. is a turkish bath recommended

This is a great holiday destination for families. One of the best hotel entertainment I have seen over many years. The whole place is lovely and staff are very friendly

Plenty of sun beds and parasols for all. Hisoranu only a short walk with loads of great restaurants and pubs. Overall a great holiday and will definitely come back

no refrigerator as in reservation. very croud so cannot sleep at midday. the isolation between rooms not good so you can hear everything. swimming pool not very clean and small
