Hotel Greenland - All Inclusive

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Greenland and I can confidently say it deserves the full 5 stars.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were excellent – polite, friendly, and fun. The hotel clearly has an outstanding recruitment and/or training process, as every member of staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The reception staff were always helpful, and service in the bars and restaurants was consistently first-class.

The food is superb with a wide range of options to suit all tastes, and the bar drinks are good quality without the long queues you sometimes find elsewhere.

The guest mix is mainly British, with many staff speaking English fluently, but there are also plenty of Turkish guests, which in itself reflects the hotel’s strong reputation locally. If you’d like to tip, British pounds are happily accepted, and the nearby town even advertises and accepts pounds. Taxis are very reasonably priced (charged in Turkish Lira), clean, and reliable.

The pool and sun lounger situation is excellent. While some guests do place towels on loungers early, we never had any trouble finding one for my wife – even at 8:30am there were still plenty available. If you want a group of loungers together, reserving in the morning helps, but there’s certainly no stress or rush compared to other resorts.

The rooms are comfortable, with great showers, and the evening entertainment is enjoyable.

Overall, this is the best four-star hotel experience I’ve had. Congratulations to the team at Hotel Greenland for running such a fantastic holiday destination. We’re already looking forward to returning next year.

Me and my partner spent a week in early September at this hotel. We both thought it was great value for money but first let me give you the downside of the hotel.
Like most people would've mentioned, this hotel is on a hill. So if your room is at the top, it can be a little bit of a drag walking up. I didn't find it a problem at all, but I did overhear a conversation with a lady who had mobility issues who was put at the top, so please bear that in mind. This hotel isn't close to any amenities apart from a petrol station LOL. So to go anywhere, l'll do anything you have to get either the courtesy bus or a taxi please bear that in mind. The only criticism I would make of the food is the snack options in the afternoon are limited but they are nice but not a lot of choice.
These are all minor issues which are vastly outweigh by the positives. For what we paid for this hotel and please bearing mine it is listed as a three star it's extremely good value. Apart from my slight criticisms of the snack bar options, the food for breakfast lunch and dinner, that was always a good choice. Some people might find it a little bit limiting but what you have to remember this is only a three star. The station in the morning was great you could have your eggs done anyway you liked.
The hotel is very helpful. If you have any questions we used the hotels complementary shuttle to the beach one day we also booked on to the private beach clubs one day, which the reception was very helpful with. If you want a taxi, there is a button on a tree outside and a taxi will be with you within minutes. We paid around 400 lira to get to the beach. But the local bus is only if I remember correctly 40 lira which we also took.
We didn't see much of the entertainment at the hotel, but what we did. You have to remember though this is only a small hotel so it cannot cater for everybody's tastes.
Somebody in a review mention that they only got one bottle of water their entire stay. We had our water refilled multiple times that was probably because we were nice and polite to the maid and left her a tip. This tip was not This tip was not a large tip it was 50 lira probably a pound, which is very much appreciated by the cleaner.
All in all I would go back to this hotel because we only paid £525 for a week in the first week of September so it was very good value

We are currently staying at the Greenland hotel. The staff are fantastic, cannot do enough and always with a smile. The management are just the same, we got a great deal on an upgrade. Our first room was very good but the upgrade was fabulous. Brilliant entertainment in the day and the evening, probably the best we have seen. Highly recommended and we are only 3 days in

Our first time visiting Greenland Hotel and we would definitely come back. Very friendly atmosphere and child friendly.
My kids had the best time and especially enjoyed the pool slide! Food is nice also typical all inclusive with different foods each day/night. Entertainment is good we especially enjoyed the Ethiopian acrobats the other night they were fantastic 😊.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, entertainment staff were amazing, Kemal and Berkay, made us feel very welcome and was brilliant with the kids, food was lovely and rooms very clean and comfortable

Recently came back from this hotel and will definitely re book for next year! Kemal made our holiday! Day time entertainment was so much fun- water polo, volleyball, darts and table tennis tournaments every day, myself and my 4 teens all got involved. Food was very good, lots of options, lots of beef and meatballs, lovely desserts. Evening entertainment was quite good . Preferred to sit in the main bar rather than sit down on the steps. Pool was lovely, staff were friendly especially Ismail, moody bar manager but other than that they were great. All entertainment staff were brilliant - Hassan, Berkey and especially Kemal. We were fortunate to have some very lovely guests while we were there which we got friendly with lots of them. Ice cream at 4pm which was a nice treat, great cocktail menu. I did put towels on beds at 8am and they started to fill by 9am. You can get towels from reception with a deposit but we took our own. I would advise Lira as we took mainly euros and lira was better . Shop in the hotel which had a few nice bits, snacks etc. if you are considering this hotel I would highly recommend!

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights with my wife and 4 year old son. The hotel is fantastic for a family get away. We went during the school summer holidays, although it was fully booked, the hotel did not feel busy. The kids club is brilliant and they offer two sessions per day free of charge. My son loved it and didn't want to leave. The workers here a brilliant. I want to give a shout out to Kamal who was always checking we were having a good time and if we needed anything. He helped us book a boat tour of the 6 islands and the tour went flawlessly. Don't hesitate to book, I will definitely be visiting again.

Just got home from this hotel and I wish I was still there. Everything there is amazing from the staff the food the entertainment and more. Especially Kemal he made our whole holiday and mainly the reason we want to return.Berkay was amazing aswell. Honestly I would recommend this to anyone. 👏

Me and my daughter Mia visited this amazing hotel in May this year. 12 days of great time, beautiful weather and around amazing people. Reception staff were so friendly, so helpful and so so nice and always smiling. I have blood cancer and there was no issue with additional water bottles in my room for my medication. Cleaning staff - wow always so kind, smiling and our room was always beautifully clean. Restaurant - all staff very friendly, always smiling and working very hard to keep restaurant clean. We love cats walking around during meals. Kitchen staff are very nice and kind and they did amazing few shows for guests. Food was very good, plenty of options to choose. We stay for 12 days and I can’t complain about repeated dishes because every day was something new. And the desserts WOW ❤️ Special Thank you to the bar manager and his staff. Every evening I ordered a special cocktail ( paid one this was my holiday treat ) and they were absolutely delicious. Manager and his staff every evening were preparing free no alcoholic cocktail for my 12 year old daughter. She was over the moon. Also I have to mention the wee shop in the hotel and lovely people there who helped me very much with my meditation. Also the Photo session we had last day thank to the lovely man from the shop. Last but not least - BARKAY funny, always smiling, enthusiastic and very helpful entertainment guy. Summarising: Great place to stay to relax, to enjoying weather and amazing 2 big swimming pools. Hotel surrounded by trees, in a quiet area, with easy and cheap access to nearby towns. Cats, chickens and turtles are a big bonus. We fell in love with this place and have already booked 2 weeks in May 2026
