Orka Sunlife Resort Hotel and Aquapark

The essential infrastructure should be fixed to match the efforts of the fantastic staff!

Liked · The staff is the absolute highlight of this hotel. They’re very kind and attentive and really try to help you.
The location and the views are nice.
The buffets are rich and fresh.
Depending on which room you stay, it may be very nice. I stayed on the ‘luxury’ block and it was very nice and spacious. Not sure I chose it purposefully though.

Disliked · The elevators didn’t work most of the time we were there. For a resort that is built on steep hills, I find this unacceptable. In all fairness they offered a ride with the car and change of room, but this doesn’t make the problem go away. when it works, it’s slow and holds 4 people only so I can’t imagine how it would be in peak season. If you’re older or have mobility challenges I’d recommend you to think twice.
The other major problem was the wifi- it is unreliable.
Finally while I stayed in a ‘luxury’ room, my parents stayed in a regular room and the difference is massive. Their room was pretty small, difficult to access and the AC was very loud.

Absolutely love this hotel! Set near Babadag Mountain, you have stunning views over Oludeniz and the sea. The rooms are clean, the food is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. We ended up getting here in the early hours of the morning and had a free room upgrade. If you have any mobility issues just be aware as due to the beautiful location there is a steep hill and lots of steps to some of the rooms, but there is also a lift that can take you up and down so you don’t have to walk. There is a free shuttle bus service every day to both the beach and the Aquapark and if you’d like a taxi, one will arrive for you in minutes. For an All Inclusive hotel, I must say the food has been excellent. It’s been varied and delicious every single night. My partner eats a mainly carnivore diet and I’m a vegetarian and the food has catered for us both in abundance each night. They have different themes for the food so we haven’t got bored of it being here for 2 weeks, which we have in previous hotels. The staff are absolutely amazing. In fact, we would say that they have really made this place. They are so kind and friendly and they just can’t do enough for you. They are always in hand to help if you need anything and the restaurant staff are so proactive, giving you an excellent service getting you drinks (sometimes you don’t even have to ask), so you don’t have to keep getting up. It feels as though all of the staff here genuinely care about you and want you to have the best holiday so they will do whatever it takes to make that happen. We are so happy we came here and it’s been our most favourite holiday ever. We will definitely be back to this hotel every year! Oludeniz has also been a wonderful location with so much to do in such a small area. Thank you so much to everyone at Orka Sunlife for making our stay here so wonderful. You have truly captured our hearts and we are so grateful for everything you have done for us ♥️

My wife and i had a fantastic 12 nights at this hotel! Our highlights were:

The staff: from the waiters, particularly Fatih, to the entertainment team (Sunny and the other guys) - a fantastic dedicated team who deserved their tips 👏

The entertainment: an amazing theatre with simply the best entertainment at any hotel we've stayed at, and lots of activities during the day - my favourite being adults football which I couldn't get enough of 🤣

The hotel: amazing location close to beach and town, beautiful views and fantastic facilities

The SPA: the best way to start day one 💆‍♂️💆‍♀️ My wife is pregnant and they ensured she had a pregnancy massage and looked after her really well

The food: so much variety!

Thanks so much for making it a perfect trip and we hope to visit again with our child 😁

My advice to those complaining about rooms: if you want to be certain of getting a room with a view, upgrade!

So for the most part, the hotel is great. Although, we did get put in a room that has quite a smelly toilet. This was the “Sea view room” so I’d probably avoid that next time.

They’re quite inconspicuous about their rooms, no photo to show exactly what room you’re booking and If you’re booking for 3 people, you’ll end up with one sofa bed which they don’t make clear at all.

Other than that, no complaints. We had an amazing time and the staff and overall service were really nice, very accommodating and helpful

Lots of great activities especially liked the shows every evening.

An absolutely stunning hotel! With amazing staff and a gorgeous views of Oludeniz. The rooms were small but perfect for me and my partner, very modern and cleaned everyday. The food was lovely with lots of variety. Free entry to a waterpark and bus down to the blue lagoon. The place was super clean and not too crowded, very relaxing and lovely to chill on the evenings with entertainment. I would definitely come here again!

On arrival 6 July 2024 wit four adults and two children aged 12 and 15 we were allocated two rooms in the Neptune building 4402 and 4404 which are bit lower down than most of the other sections. The rooms here are pretty small with not enough storage space for three persons but we're OK for us. The hotel is not as luxurious as other five star hotels we have stayed in in Antalya and could do with some refurbishment maybe four star or less not five. The food was not the best we have had compared to other hotels, but these were more expensive. All the staff we encountered during our stay here from all departments were excellent, very friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel, keep up the great work. My grandchildren loved the flumes which could have been on more. My son had a few complaints which he raised with managemet and they were moved to the luxury block but we were left in the Neptune block which was very disappointing as we booked and travelled as a family group. At least they changed our band colour so we could visit them. The hotel was very good value and we had a great time and will consider returning again but only to the luxury block area. Your staff are amazing and work very hard. Our housekeeping in room 4404 was excellent and deserves a mention.

A much needed family holiday abroad - our first in 5 years. We stayed at the Orca Sunlife and for the total all inclusive experience, Orca Sunlife delivered.
When we arrived, we were upgraded - our room was close to the main entrance, with an indoor jacuzzi and own swimming pool!! Rooms were always clean and tided every day.
Great selection of food, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner for adults and kids (my wife loved the different deserts on offer every day)
Hotel staff were always friendly, helpful and willing to help when you needed it.
Great transport to and from the hotel, a must see is the water park. Amazing day out for the kids.
Orca Sunlife has set the standard for a great family all inclusive holiday. Definitely a must for anyone looking to visit Dalaman!!

My daughter and I stayed last week for 7 nights. Great pool and flumes, very nice dining experiences throughout with great staff who are friendly and remember our orders from previous night/ morning, same going for bar staff, especially up in terrace bar ( white coffee with double Irish Cream!) Room was more than adequate and easy to get taxis in to Hisaronu, Fethiye or Oludeniz, or to visit Babadag Mountain with it's cable cars and paragliding. Free shuttle and entry to water park great also, we went twice. Many thanks to everyone involved in making fantastic memories.

Returned yesterday from a amazing holiday with my 16 year old.
All I can say is the hotel is beautiful and staff work extremely hard from entertainment to chefs . The slides where a bonus on the hotel .
There are some brilliant shows and the entertainment staff are amazing .
Food my son is really fussy but managed to find something he likes everyday. The ice cream shop is open 3pm until 5pm which is a nice treat when really hot .
Location wise views are beautiful you can't really walk taxis are very cheap or there are shuttle buses free of charge to beach and aquapark.
