This is our 4th time at pine valley and I can say it was as good as always, the staff were always on hand all day and night long , I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, also it is only a 5 minute walk to the main area where you can find numerous pubs and very good restaurants , hopefully see you again in 2018.

Stayed at Pine Valley August for 2 weeks ...its our second time here ...Rooms were spotles and maids cleaned youre room every day...short walk to Hisaroni lovely bars and restraunts ...Staff at pine valley were very friendly and Aguero made our hoiiday ...lots of fun and laughter and Aguero would do anything to help ..Big shout out to Aguero and rest of the staff ...Susan Mitchell and family ..

By far the best hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are immaculate, we had a family unit and had so much space it was great. The staff were all amazing and so friendly, especially aguero (not sure if I've spelt his name right) my son thinks he's the most awesome person ever! Nothing was too much trouble. The BBQ night was one of the best I've been to in turkey, the food was amazing and the entertainment...

Hotel was very inviting. Staff could not do anymore for us. I was not very well on the BBQ night and the entertainment manager sent us up food from the BBQ (the hotel does not offer room service). Always something to do. Very clean rooms food was good as well a lot of choice and also good food at the bar snacks by the poolside. Definitely coming back to the hotel. Just had 8 nights in this hotel and loved it. Its in a fab location against beautiful hillside. There are loads of staff and they are all great. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. We thought the food was pretty good and you could eat pretty much non stop if you wanted!! The pool and pool area is lovely. We prefered to be up on the grass area as a bit quieter away from the speakers. Adem persuaded...

Lovely hotel !! Been coming for years. Just to add the hotel catered for our wedding reception, and they were amazing(photos to follow ) Had my hair and makeup done at the salon and felt very pampered Metin took our photos here and they were beautiful. We stayed in a refurbished room which is the best we have had ! The staff are all lovely and helpful . We will always recommend to our friends Thanks...

I don’t quite understand how this place is so highly rated, the staff pick and choose Certain groups of people they want to be friendly with. They offer free cocktails from “7pm-9pm” which we only found out from a family they are close To on our second to last day, but change the time of free cocktails depending on if they like you or not. And when you ask at the bar for a drink they are visibly annoyed

We checked in at the hotel at half one in the morning and were taken to our room shortly after. We liked our room and had no problems with the cleaning. If I'm being honest about the food, I was not overly impressed. I can't fault the taste of the food but it's the variety that lets it down as well as the childrens options. There definitely should be more choice. And also, they should definitely install...

Great location, not too near main strip but near enough and near to beach. Great staff, always willing to help- food great. Need to get more sunbeds but they were on order already. Would recommend overall.

My mother and I stayed at Alize early September and had a pleasant time. We arrived early in the morning and despite the fact that we had to wait for so long to check in at 2pm, the rooms and services were very much to our liking. We didn't make use of the pool however it was really nice to sit by it in the evenings. During this time we would make more use of the wifi, because the connection everywhere...

Beautiful hotel, the staff are Amazing and can't do enough for you, can't wait to re-book for next year. The rooms are clean and adequate, there is a lack of storage and the balcony is tiny...but that hasn't stopped me wanting to return.

We stayed here for a week, great location right by the strip. Staff are good, quick with drinks and great service. Pool is lovely and a good size, also play music throughout the day which is nice. Came for 1 week all inclusive. Lovely complex, very clean. Friendly staff. Bar for AI shuts at 11pm, sometimes has extra time but you pay for drinks after 11pm. I enjoyed the food,great selection at each sitting in the main restaurant, plus there is a snack bar available. If your looking for your typical "English breakfast " go to Blackpool!! Lovely pool area, next to the bar, pool table, darts, entertainment...

Had brilliant rooms overlooking the pool. Food was just OK. Love Turkey and the people, Turkish workers were absolutely brilliant, so lovely and friendly, was a shame that our holiday was spoilt due to a non Turkish man named tyson, entertainment worker, who was selling items for his own personal profit, also sold over £80 in raffle tickets, but one winner got only small amount of money, he's definitely...

Spent here a recharging week in early November and want to send a massive shout-out to the hotel team who made it so cosy, heartfelt thans! A cozy library for working in. A well-equipped gym and outdoor space for morning yoga. Spacious shared inside and outside cafe areas to read and spend time. And beautiful interior design! Praying sound from the nearby mosque ~6am helped us to wake up in the morning...

Nice hotel located almost 10min walk to the beach and center, the rooms were nice and clean, staff were great and very helpful, the restaurant has a delicious food and nice atmosphere.

A 3* at best .our room was not inviting and lacked warmth,shower inside the bedroom that was already quite cramped and did not feel particularly clean .staff lacked friendliness.dining was in organized and cramped .I would not stay here again the general area outside the hotel felt dirty and run down . although this is obviously not their fault it lacked luxury

Beautiful hotel and room decor, with a very tasty breakfast. It was very nice to relax by the pool on the comfy beds. Staff were very friendly - thank you to Mehmet and brother for looking after us very well and making our stay very special. The hotel also has daily yoga classes and a well equipped gym which is a big plus!! It is a relaxing place close to Oludeniz main strip, without the chaos - FYI...

Wow ! What can I say. I am very well travelled and this hotel is up there with the best. Staff are amazing. Food it top quality. Rooms are spacious, clean with all facilities. Pool area is stunning. Location is perfect. Literally cannot fault it.

Beautiful hotel. Modern facilities but with character. Super friendly and helpful staff. Locations is far enough from the beach to enjoy peace and quiet (away from the main strip), but close enough to walk in there 10 minutes.

My daughter and I had a pleasant stay but most of all the staff, 2 sisters in the Health Spa and the female TUI rep was excellent. They were so warm and welcoming and brought my daughter a wonderful surprise birthday cake. I will visit the hotel again.

Hotel itself is like every hotel but the entertainment team was absolutely amazing , nice and kind always laughs and helpful! Location very good which is important if you just want to see something else then stay at the hotel all the time. The housekeepers was amazing , people works by the food have hard work! The bar was always very busy and work hard to everyone to be happy but they always smile...

Family friendly resort in a good location, very near to the local busy town Hisaronu, 15min walk or 5 min taxi ride. Staff are very welcoming and engaging, l'd like to give a special shout out to the deputy manager Mustafa and my adopted barman brother Adam aka Noah, who were very attentive to our needs and always cracking jokes & keeping the mood up. Entertainment team were great for the children...

The hotel is nice, food fine. On a night only one member of staff serves drinks even though there's others behind the bar so you wait ages. After 11.30pm it's one drink per person. Not great when you've got a few of you and ones disabled!

Went for a week and loved our stay. Great atmosphere and lovely setting. The food is average but plenty to choose from. Seating area could use some ceiling fans. Drinks were great, though could be inconsistent on how strong they were. Sometimes felt the drink was 60% alcohol but that's not a complaint! Saw some reviews saying that you could only get 1 drink at a time. This was rarely the case but only...

Food was a let down, although there was a variety, it was the same variety every day. More often than not like warm and the beef was as hard as iron. The staff were great, the location was good but why do they serve chilled red wine(spoiled). The entertainment was almost always for children and bingo lovers. So outdated and the music very 80's and way too loud.

Positives: • Annex room with private pool it was modern, clean and well worth the extra we paid for it. • Evening meals and snacks so much variety and cooked to perfection every night. • Facilities was clean and well maintained. • The lad driving the transport from the annex to the main complex, cooks, cleaners, spa staff and management was worth their weight in gold, nothing was too much trouble....

I want to give it 4 and a half, it's almost perfect, close to all amenities, well trained and super friendly staff who endeavour to meet your needs, and top quality food with plenty of variety. We are on the doorstep of the local mosque, so if you're a light sleeper, you will be woken by the call to prayer, but honestly it's a minor problem. The views of the mountains are stunning and you're close...

Excellent hotel, staff very warm, friendly and helpful. Good food, abd coctails at least 3 swimming pools and entertainment team were excellent and outside entertainers very talented. We played Bingo twice and won twice which is amazing as we've never played bingo before. Swim up room was lovely. Went to Aqua park Excellent for families and it wasn't over crowded or big ques. Also very good location...

We have had a wonderful holiday. The staff and entertainment team are all lovely friendly people and have made our stay very enjoyable. The swim up room was excellent. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

Great resort with welcoming staff. We thoroughly enjoyed using the huge aqua park right next to our room and the various different pools around the resort. Food is lovely and changed every night which is a nice add on.

Perfect holiday from start to Finish, great accommodation and all inclusive package. Would definitely go again, perfect weather as expected and overall enjoyed everyday day.
