My 3 star rating represents a 3 star facilities, room size, same breakfast with little varieties, carry your own toothbrush and paste, not in a good location for hot air balloon views, but 5 min walk to Goreme Market, restaurants, a stone hotel easily accessible. Staff are good, helpful and friendly. The hotel can organise shuttle service for airport pick up and drop €15 per person. You can also book local sightseeing, hot air balloon tour , ATV tour through the hotel.

Great hotel, recommend! The room was spacious and soundproof.
Breakfast was more than enough with pleasant people and cats 🥰
If you want to fly on air Baloon, rent motorcycle or car don’t buy from the hotel. It is cheaper to go directly to the agency.

We love the room, hospitality of the staff and cleanliness. I requested for a corner room with king size bed when I booked in expedia.ca and I didnt not expect they will even read the request. But they did and I loved everything about the place. Nice and neat hotel and perks of having 3 terraces to see the air balloon. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this place.

Beatifull hotel. Rooms are very large and confortable.
Staff is very lovely, one of my best ever! We talked with Emre and Emrah and they herpes us a lot.
Sulhiye, the chef for the breakfast was also very kind.

We liked our stay here. The staff were extremely helpful with everything. Emre helped us with last minute bus reservation and saved us a lot of hassle. Emrah gave us several tips on what to do and where to go etc.

Beautiful beautiful hotel!
Not exactly on the heart of the city but it only takes few minutes to get there. And bonus point, it’s not too crowded like in the city center. Only minus side is the lighting, it might be better if a litter bit bright. Breakfast is great, staffs are very helpful

The room was impeccable, with views to the balloons at sunrise and the service so kind!! They helped us to book the balloon tour, a quad excursion and a bus to drive us back to the airport.

We came to Cappadocia to balloon ride to celebrate my wife's birthday and just happened to stumble on Göreme Inn. The location was great, the rooms were very nice and my wife wanted to give a shout out to the ladies in the kitchen as the breakfast was amazing (everything homemade)! Thank you Göreme Inn, for helping make my wife's birthday magical!

The hotel staff is very unprofessional. They have no information about each other. Activity prices are too high when compared with the town prices. Reception responsible is a young man talks about only the hotel rules. During breakfast they stand by near the guests not to take anything outside of the hotel. You can feel the stress.

Had a really nice time at goreme inn. Hotel is nice , rooms are clean, view is beautiful and centrally located. Emre is very sweet, polite and helpful. Emrah could be nicer, more comforting and less rude. Breakfast menu is fairly basic.
