Even the room with no sea view from the balcony (see video) was sold as a sea view room; the check-out time was set before 10 am, which was unheard of; there were a lot of complaints...

The price/performance ratio is good for an all-inclusive hotel in Zanzibar. The beach outside the hotel is very beautiful. The sunset is super beautiful. I spent three nights happily.

The photos are pretty good, but the actual situation is average. It is said to be a place with a sense of style and antiquity, but I think the price-performance ratio is quite poor. One person lives in a very large room, and you have to climb up to each of the three beds. The windows are not tightly closed. There are fans and air conditioners, but I feel that the noise is quite loud.
The attitude of the front desk to yellow skin is average, mainly Europeans and Americans. The restaurant downstairs is very expensive. A coconut outside is 1/3 of the price here. The weather is relatively cool, and I did not go swimming. The location is not bad, and it is very convenient to walk to the beach to watch diving.

If you like the local style, this hotel is the best among the hotels and is highly recommended. Because it is right by the sea, there will be crows as your companions during the open breakfast. If you are afraid, just sit under the eaves!

The room is very big and the electrical appliances are Chinese brands! The beach is right at the door, so it's convenient to go out to the sea. The hotel has three swimming pools and the children had a lot of fun. It's very convenient to go to Stone Town, just a few steps away.

The bed sheets are too bad, they should be acrylic or chemical fiber, they are pilling. The hotel staff is very nice, the front desk efficiency needs to be improved, the hotel location is good, there are many hotels nearby, if you are not in a hurry, you can go to the nearby to find one. It is not worth the price, it can't be compared with the hotels in the north.

A wonderful hotel, we didn’t live in the hotel itself, but in apartments, and used all the infrastructure: breakfast, sun loungers, showers, swimming pool. Special thanks for the breakfast, the best breakfast of our 20 days in Tanzania!!!

Very authentic place, antique furniture, musical instruments, chests, paintings and photos of the history of Stone Town and Zanzibar. Most of the rooms have a sea view, there are two swimming pools (one infinity) and a private beach. The room has a Moroccan-style bathroom
