Hilton Alexandria Mark Center
Alexandria, 5000 Seminary Road 🧭 Map
My room was amazing. The cleanliness, quietness, and location was superior. The only negative is the microwave was on the bottom floor. That was a long trip when on the 27th floor. I will stay at this location in the future. Metro bus service is directly across the street. This location is great for commuting. The customer service from the front desk was exceptional. They delivered direct assistance...
We held an Animal Vegan Advocacy Summit at the Hotel Center. The chef created delicious plentiful vegan meals and the servers kept replacing the empty or near empty platters. In general, the service was excellent. The concierge and people who help with luggage and cabs were so friendly and helpful. Our large gathering in the big and little rooms - we were all satisfied with everything.
The hotel is located in a great area- it's clean, comfortable, and safe! It is located on a bus line, and gives easy access to the metro rail system. Front desk staff was very helpful, accommodating, and professional, and addressed all concerns. The concierge staff was very helpful, and gave great insight in navigating the area. Dining- Breakfast and dinner was disappointing. The quality for the food...
Our family stayed here this Summer for the Woodhull Freedom Summit. The staff expertly coordinated the event. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff were on top of things. Management was very accommodating and helped make for an exceptional stay. We look forward to coming back and would highly recommend this property.
Great hotel and amazing staff. We stayed here for 2 weeks. The hotel staff really cared, were so friendly, and very helpful. The restaurant has a great menu and the sushi chefs were superb. The pool was very nice, and the gym had everything a person needs. The hotel beds were very comfortable. The staff that worked at the hotel marketplace were always so nice and friendly. I highly recommend...
We had adjoining rooms with family at the "Retreat" area, overlooking a small lake with fountain, frogs and trees. Very beautiful area if you are looking to relax on the balcony. It truly is a retreat from the city. The rooms were a nice size. The bathroom was quite small, but the good far outweighed the bathroom size. Room was spotless. Plenty of towels, etc. Highly recommended.

Alexandria, 480 King Street 🧭 Map
Loved the size and ambiance of the hotel.
The room was lovely—comfortable and clean!
Staff were great — friendly and accommodating.
The room was nice and the people at the Front Desk were very nice. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because the air conditioner in the room was not working correctly. It was reported 3 times the air was not working. The first time it was reported the engineer came up to fix it. He worked on and had it working when he left, but almost two hours later it stopped. We reported it again and were told...
Ridiculously gorgeous throughout. Genuinely considerate staff. Ultra convenient to Old Town Alexandria. Stayed in their whirlpool king room and it was spacious and lovely. Hot tip: get yourself a room here on a warm summer Sunday night for cheap, park for free along the street overnight until 8am, and hit Old Town for a nice dinner and walk by the waterfront.
Quaint hotel located in the heart of Alexandria. Dog friendly (which is great if you want to bring your pet but be forewarned that you might hear barking as we did when the pet owner left the dog locked in the bathroom all night). A quick walk to dozens of shops, restaurants and the Potomac!
The Alexandrian Autograph Collection on King Street in Alexandria, Virginia, has always been a fan favorite of mine when visiting the Washington D.C. area. I've stayed there several times over the last year.
Conveniently located in "Old Town Alexandria" everything from specialty shops and restaurants, the waterfront, an old fashion farmers market, coffee shops, etc. are within walking distance of...
A must stay for a romantic weekend!!!! Once again another great visit. This is a great hotel that puts you in all the action in Old Town. Valet the car and forget about it. The staff is truly top notch and are the superstars. A must stay for a romantic weekend!!!! They also have cruiser bikes for you to pedal to the National Mall or Mt Vernon.

The Westin Alexandria Old Town
Alexandria, 400 Courthouse Square 🧭 Map
The reception staff were charming, friendly and extremely helpful. The airline lost our bags and the staff could not have done more to assist us, providing us with complimentary toiletries etc. Would definitely return to this hotel.
Very nice hotel. Very clean upon arrival. Bellhops were very helpful and nice. Customer service was excellent. Check in was a breeze. Room was very clean and all the features worked in the room. Room Service was fast and good. A bit pricey but it is room service. The bed was very comfortable and the there was a very large new TV in the room with on demand.
Over sold the king rooms, so my wife and I spent our "romantic" weekend in separate beds. Catering for our group was high quality and surprisingly good. However, they didn't serve enough for our whole group to eat. Spent a lot of time waiting for more food to arrive. Hotel was very clean and well-decorated.
The location is just out of the way enough to be inconvenient, but they have a shuttle to somewhat make up for that. It's about a ten minute walk to the metro. The staff are generally nice and the rooms are comfortable, but for the price I would expect a little more. The small details give away the lack of real quality. The scratches on the bathroom hardware, the chunk taken out of the door, the tiny...
The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel itself was clean and our room was noticeably updated. Trademark restaurant is attached, has nice beer selection as was as food choices. I had the crab cake Benedict, it was very good although it came alone...could've used potatoes. Only issue was valets were slow, but it was a busy holiday weekend.
I've stayed here several times and have liked each stay. They have some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, the rooms are always clean and well maintained, and the bathrooms are in above average condition. I'd have no issues recommending this place to anyone. Perfect for a reception or a meeting with its many rooms of various sizes for those events.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Alexandria Old Town
Alexandria, 1900 Diagonal Road 🧭 Map
Went via train with daughter and 2 yo grandaughter from NYC. Picked Embassy Suites due to proximity to Alexandria train station and amenities (atrium, breakfast, suites). Had cousins with kids come to hang out. Had a wonderful stay, staff facilitated early check in and crib to let 2yo nap. Staff wonderful. Only negative was pool was cold. Staff claimed maintained at 88 degrees but not even close. Food...
Really nice hotel with a great lobby area. You'll have fun going up the elevator, I promise. Price was high but appropriate I would say as the room was huge and in great condition. There was happy hour with free drinks every night down at the bar.
Parking in their garage is 35$ a night, really didn't like that part.
The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding. The ladies who made the omelettes and cleaned the tables were second to none. If I had to find one gripe it would be the a/c in the room took a long time to cool it down. Like 3 hours. But I would definitely stay again. Right outside across the street were the train and Metro station. There is a grocery store 5 blocks away and tons of food...
This hotel was amazing! My family and I stayed here over the weekend and we truly enjoyed this hotel. Check-in was pretty quick. Continental breakfast was available every morning. Food was pretty good. Rooms were amazing! I had 3 King Suites (2 bedrooms) and all three were spotless. Great location right across from the Metro station. Also, there was a 2 hour reception every night that included 2 free...

Hilton Alexandria Old Town

Hilton was amazing. Super clean and the rooms were fairly spacious. The views from our room were amazing. Old town is the perfect neighborhood. Happening but calm. Loads of dining options nearby. So clean. Also gave us such beautiful fall views. We had the best time strolling around and exploring the area. It was safe even later in the nights.
Overall the hotel was beautiful and very accommodating. The one main frustration was when we were running late due to a snowstorm and there was no easy way to reach the front desk to inform the of our delay. Breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated our free coupon because we'd thought it was included--but considering I can only eat very little due to health issues, $30 is not a great value and I...
I attended a wedding reception for my niece tonight at the Hilton in old town Alexandria VA.
I have to shout out to anyone looking for a venue! And hotel rooms …you have to check out this fine establishment! The service was Amazing ! The rooms and venue was clean and looked amazing! The food and amenities was Fantastic! Super proud my niece choose this wonderful place!
I am so glad my husband and I chose to stay at the Hilton Old Town Alexandria. The staff was extremely friendly, which made our stay extra enjoyable. The lobby and our room were
beautiful, and the location was perfect. We had a great evening enjoying the many restaurants and bars of Old Town Alexandria that were in easy walking distance from the hotel. We will definitely return!
Staff was amazing - everyone was helpful and polite. That said, we had several issues. Fridge didn't work (they replaced it quickly), toilet didn't work well (they did fix it) and the ice machine didn't work (that never got fixed). Bar is grossly overpriced, even for a hotel bar. Location is great IF the Metro is running, but make sure it is, or you'll spend money on cars or spend lots of time getting...
Classy, convenient, and comfortable. Short walk to King St which is full of fun shops and restaurants. Across the street from the metro and and quick ride to the airport or to D.C. The rooms are clean and met my expectations.

Very nice hotel, I've had a two night stay here and I loved it. Our annual meeting was held here and we had a very nice meeting room for the meeting. The food by the way was excellent.

The hotel lobby was very nice and the staff helpful and respectful. Our room was very nice and well put together. Our air conditioner was making a squeaking noise and upon contacting the front desk they were very quick to respond and fix the issue. The staff did a very good job making sure our stay was exactly what we needed.
Location was convenient to Washington DC. Hotel was very nice with the necessary amenities. Fitness center was sufficient enough to get a good workout in and the staff was very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this hotel when looking for something close to DC without having to pay a DC rate.
Amazing experience!. Originally we had a one night room reservation and on our way to DC we called to add another one night. We thought that it was going to create some sort of confusion but the staff was very attentive to our needs and what we ask of. since the first night nothing by politeness and effective team work in the entire Hotel. The restaurant offered a few selected food variety but the...
There are few better places to stay "for the money" in Alexandria. We've stayed here a couple of times, always a nice, clean hotel room. Parking can be full at times, gate cards don't always work right. But the staff is helpful and accommodating when not overwhelmed. Recommended for a solid affordable hotel choice, not far from Old Town.
Nice rooms. My view was great. Staff are friendly, beverage machines are $2.50. Breakfast was great Also. This hotel is located a few minutes away from MGM Casino which is convenient. Expect to pay a minimum of $24 for parking. $25 for valet.

Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria
Alexandria, 801 North Saint Asaph Street 🧭 Map
The hotel is conveniently located in Old Town, 8 blocks from the active King Street area. The suite was cozy, not large, but two rooms, updated with 2 large TV's, a refrigerator and a good bathroom that met the needs of the two of us. It was quiet. There's a convenient bistro/coffee shop downstairs. And the rate was exactly as advertised, no hidden charges, a very good value for Old Town
Hands down the best service in Old Town Alexandria. The entire staff were very helpful and super friendly and just made me feel like I was at home. Out of the staff members, Yvette was super friendly and always had a smile on her face and aided me in every possible way. The rooms smell a bit musty but other than that, great location, staff, and breakfast.
All suites is nice — Club lounge is good for free breakfast and happy hour snacks. Parking is pricey though ($32)
This hotel should be so much better ...... Especially for the price. The location is great in the old town Alexandria area. The overall hotel is in severe need of a renovation. The rooms and decor are very outdated the carpet has been run ragged, wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and the furniture is outdated. The restaurant is convenient and breakfast is decent, but also overpriced. Service as most...
Very nice place that is well furnished. The gym is a bit small but has everything you need and the front desk is always willing to accommodate anything you might need. The area is quiet and is located right next to Harris Teeter if you ever need to get anything very quick. Alexandria, 1456 Duke Street 🧭 Map
Hotel is in a location that is walkable to Old Town and to the metro. We stayed only one night and found street parking next to the hotel that was much cheaper than parking at the hotel. The breakfast was really good.
The room is equipped with a kitchen, dishes and a separate sitting area from the bed.
The location is walkable to local shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very nicely done - wide variety of foods, clean, always being replenished. Will definitely stay here again!
This is a wonderful Residence Inn. The staff is notable for their friendliness and efficiency. The location is walking distance of Old Town Alexandria, as well as being just a block away from Whole Foods and a CVS, which make it a really good choice as a base for exploring both Alexandria and D.C. We stayed four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to come again.
Around the corner from the Old Town metro, very convenient for all the area has to offer. If you like a Residence Inn, this hits all the marks. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was spotless. Breakfast hit the spot. Though on a main road, the room was very quiet as it was in the back. Very close to the 95/495 on ramp. Looking forward to staying here again.
Spacious suite, with enough room to move around in, and on a high, quiet floor, made this a great place to spend a work week away from home.
Also the two (!) gyms, are fantastic - either at least four times the size than a "standard" hotel gym, and both with plenty of room to move around in, along with a nice selection of cardio and strength training equipment.
Very friendly staff, a great location...
The hotel location was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries. It’s also a quick 15 min drive to DC.

Staff was friendly upon checking in. The room itself was nice (good size, well arranged ect). Excellent that it is pet friendly. Only 3 stars due to the fact the housekeeper failed to fully clean this room from previous guest. We found half bottles of water in the fridge and garbage on the floor both by the window and near the bed.
Pro: Close to Metro!! Clean, comfortable beds/room. housekeeping checked in daily to see if we wanted service. Comfortable hotel, rooms are smaller than average, but makes up for it by in closing fridge, many TV channels, and outlets. Coming in for a solo birthday vacation from Florida, she made sure my stay was the best it could be. She successfully succeeded as soon as I walked in the front desk.
Additionally, the other front desk attendant was super accommodating as well. I forgot...

Favourite hotel in the states. great location, big comfy beds, nice rooms, clean and tidy and lovely helpful staff.
Staff was nice and accommodating. Location is great. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was I was allergic to something in the room. Eyes watering and nose going off. Stopped when we went to dinner and started up again as soon as we returned to the room. That is unusual for me but it did not affect my wife.
I really liked this hotel, rooms were very clean and updated. Showers had awesome pressure, comfy beds and pillows, nice lobby area, dogs allowed. I just wish there was a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms, other than that I had a great stay. The front desk gave me a coupon for complimentary breakfast, which was nice, but I would have been disappointed if I had paid for that meal.
The good:
Staff is amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
Location is perfect, on the river and short walk to all the good old town shops and restaurants.
Bed is fairly comfortable.
The bad:
The A/C has an auto shutoff that caused the room to get hot every night.
The shower temp valve is weird in that off is between hot and cold... So you can have a freezing cold or blazing...
Dog friendly hotels are usually a hit or miss, and this one is a hit! Great overall experience during our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room we stayed in have a nice layout and was very clean. Common areas are beautifully designed as well.
Nice location too. Walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, and parks.
There IS parking available, but it’s pretty tight. Think DC...
We were in for a long weekend, and we had a very spacious room, with wonderful service. We were especially fond of front desk Alexis! She was very sweet, kind & knowledgeable or the hotels surroundings. The other person I want to give a shout out to is Eris, (spelled correctly:)) the hotels house keeping manager. We left some articles behind and after the amazing housekeeping staff located them, Eris...

Had a great time there. It was so nice to have little things like hot available coffee all day and even some cookies. Breakfast buffet was also available and absolutely no complaints here about the food. Everyone we encountered was helpful and nice. Will definitely stay there again.
This is one of the best places that I've have ever stayed in. From the time we arrived until checkout, the service did not disappoint me or my family. And it is only 10 minutes away from the Ronald Reagan Airport. Thank you all for making our second trip/vacation to DC a better experience. One thing to improve the stay is having the pool open.
My 13 year old son & I stayed for 6 nights last week. Everything, including the staff, was outstanding! Facility had a new / modern feel to it. Our room was quiet & comfortable with comfy beds. Complimentary breakfast was much nicer than most hotels provide. Staff was friendly, helpful & easygoing. Housekeeping did an outstanding job keeping our room clean. Highly recommend! Please make sure...
Great mattress. Hotel is in need of a renovation. Wonderful price if you’re wanting to save some money passing through, and comfortable mattress which is why I try to choose the Hilton brand when I travel, but this hotel has seen it’s better days and the owners have neglected to reinvest in the room areas based on appearance. Carpet and wallpaper in the hallways loooks dated, halls old enough to still...
Excellent hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and warm. The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was tasty and nutritious. Free parking is available near the hotel. I'll stay here next time.
The room was very clean nothing out of place no dust not hair this place was immaculate we had enough towels the room had microwave mini fridge. Breakfast was included and it was good from bread to pancakes juices and coffee fruits as well our room was on the first floor access to the pool and the parking lot was very convinace from there but the only thing that was out of place was the pool it was...
