The employees were professional and really liked their jobs. The rooms were clean, has a nice nautical theme, and still looked new. The location on the wharf was great since dozens of restaurants were within a few hundred yards. It was also close enough to the National mall to walk. Finally, there were lots of e-bikes, traditional bikes, and scooters close by.

The room itself was comfortable and designed nicely. It wasn’t until the next morning when we had to take showers that we were extremely disappointed to find that there wasn’t enough water pressure to take a proper shower, nor was the water hot. The button to turn on the handheld shower didn’t work at all. It was upsetting to say the least.

Amazing location. The service was top notch and I thought the rooms were great. Breakfast was advertised to start at 0630 but I had to work to actually get service at 0630. Still, I enjoyed my stay and the benefits of the close proximity to the Wharf cannot be overstated.

Rounding a 4.5 up to a 5! When I arrived I was informed I was upgraded as a Hilton Honors Gold member to one of the best rooms in the building. That was absolutely true. A beautiful top floor water facing studio suite!
Though the room was new, there were already some bumps and bruises, but nothing that distracted from the amazing views, comfy bed, large bathroom with dual vanity, and of course, a nespresso machine! I also appreciated the wrap around floor to ceiling windows with beaming light in the morning and a beautiful sunset at night.
Functionality of electronics was also up to par. TVs worked fine and had basic streaming options. The thermostat worked and the A/C was perfect.
Overall the property is very nice, centrally located, and had friendly staff. They are missing a pool, despite their floor plan saying they have one in the app.

I came in for my birthday and I ALWAYS note that because Marriott has me in the habit of doing so. They make sure at check in during my stay and until I leave to ask me how I enjoyed it. They even surprise me with fresh fruit, a slice of cake the year before I had Macaroons which was my favorite sent to me courtesy of the pastry team. It's a great gesture and I love it !! I'm plenty spoiled by Marriott them but truly gave Hilton an unbiased try.
The staff was nice but too chatty among themselves to make a real impact on the customer. Everything that wasn't taken care of they blamed on having a full house the night before.
I tried the food but after seeing the fruit be plated directly from the carton and noone batted an eye, I chose not it get it. So my morning fruit was out but the prepared breakfast was actually good,nice portions quick and efficient service.
The rooms are sufficient and clean. Glad this was for one night,while I was in route elsewhere.

Nice and clean. Receptionist was very kind and helpful. Location was perfect for our visit.

The hotel itself is nice, new and clean. The location is great and our room had a great view of the river - but we will probably find another place to stay next time.
The AC unit in the room was so loud and ran almost constantly. The switches between on and off was so loud and disruptive.
The included breakfast was pretty weak. There wasn't enough food or seating for everyone so we were left hungry after both mornings we tried to eat at the hotel.

Very very nice place. The beat part of our DC trip was this hotel. 5 star food no domestic beer but alot of craft beer. Very good. Other hotels should learn from this one great service

The rooms are clean and nicely appointed, the counter staff was cordial, and even checked in with us during our stay. The views of the river added some ambiance, and the complimentary breakfast was great. Thank you for the exceptional stay.

Amazing hotel and room overlooking the front park and view of the Potomac River. The immediate area of The Wharf has everything you need for drug store needs, coffee, ice cream, quick food, and nice dinners. Plus a couple of live music venues down the street. The breakfast has a great variety of choices. Reminded me of the self-serve breakfasts offered at European hotels on business travel.
About a 20+ minute walk to The Mall and the museums. Beyond that, you probably need to use a taxi or the metro from L'enfant Plaza. There is a free shuttle bus that loops between The Wharf and Independence Ave.
If you are an outdoorsy exerciser, this would be the place to stay. Jog / walk along the wharf over to Potomac Park and looks like you can rent kayaks in warmer weather right at The Wharf.
At the end of The Wharf, is a seafood market with about a dozen vendors. Many have steamed crabs ready to go. Grab a dozen and chill by the wharf in warmer weather while cracking some crabs!
