We also requested a room close to the elevator, as we have mobility issues and we got the furthest room from the elevator. We were told we had a $25 credit for breakfast. I discovered that that was covered in the purchase of the room, and that breakfast was actually $75.. The cleaning staff did not check the room to ensure it was in good and working order, the TV did not work. And we had to have an engineer, come up, only to find that the TV had been tampered with and altered for a PlayStation. The parking attendant and another employee, a cleaning personnel were standlng in the hallway near the restaurant openly making fun of guests.Terrible experience.
