I highly recommend it to you! Since we were children, my brother preferred to stay at this hotel. He is fascinated by the environment and the beautiful interior design of this establishment. Their food was fantastic! I appreciated their excellent, reliable and affordable service! This hotel is highly recommended! This is my favorite hangout spot in the city!

It was a great experience. The reception is really good. Took the shuttle to Disney. It was good, but took a bit of time after prompting in the app. But this is not the hotel's fault. The only complaint is that our room was not cleaned, but they didn't say if it was COVID protocol or not, so I thought they just skipped it. We were only there for 2 nights.

A really nice property. We are picky. The room was super clean, the hotel very well maintained and nice. Be sure to see the outdoor area with the ponds. Really nice. The pool was clean, heated and nice. Employees were very friendly. Great stay. Very, very pleased.

Staff was nice, unfortunately there were a few cons. Elevators took forever to go up to the room, I think only 2 out of 4 worked. Some of the phones etc. looked outdated, WiFi is NOT included with your room rental. Even with the room rental, parking is $23 a day! Also no vents in bathrooms. Cleanliness was 6/10. Stayed 2 nights for $351.22 plus $46 for parking. Total $397.22 for 2 nights! that’s almost $200 a day. Honestly could have stayed somewhere much nicer for that price.

Had a great experience. Front desk really nice. Used the shuttle to Disney. That was nice, but took a bit of time after requesting on the app. Not the hotel's fault though. Only complaint is that our room didn't get cleaned, but was not told if that was COVID protocol or not, so I figured they just missed it. We were only there 2 nights.

I attended a one day conference at this hotel. Parking was simple and in the structure, no validation was needed and I could simply drive in and out. The screens and sound projection technology worked flawlessly. Seats were comfortable. The food selection was poor, not sure if it is the hotel or selected food option of the conference.

Not a bad hotel on the positives very clean well kept, staff was polite and very helpful. On the other hand kind of disappointed with $12 self parking a night, no mini fridge, and A/C units couldn't really cool the rooms. The room service was quick and food was good, but overall you can find a better bang for your buck somewhere else.

First, because of flight delays, I didn't arrive at the hotel until 2:00 AM. I was still able to check in smoothly and get to my room quickly to rest before my meeting in the morning.
Second, before boarding my flight home, I realized I left behind most of my toiletries in the hotel room, including prescriptions and other things that would be difficult or expensive to replace. I didn't get my hopes up that I would ever see them again. I contacted the hotel, which had an online system for me to register my lost-and-found claim. The process was easy, and my missing items were reported found four days later, shipped the same day, and arrived at my home two days later.
Very satisfied and would look forward to booking with this hotel again in the future.
