Our stay was good. We'll be back. The room was clean, service was fast and the location was very good for our needs. If you need anything, there's a Target across the street. Laundry service was a bonus!

My stay at the hotel was pretty alright, and considering the location, it was a decent value for the money. The place was conveniently close to Disneyland. And let's not forget the Target right across the street. Plus, there were a bunch of restaurants and quick bites nearby.
Parking? No worries there. They had plenty of spaces, so that was a relief.
The rooms were alright in terms of size, though they seemed like they'd seen better days. Maybe it was the carpet, but there was this faint mustiness that wasn't particularly inviting. Not the best setup, especially for those with allergies.
A heads-up, though: if you're looking for room service, you've got to ask for it. I guess either I missed that memo during check-in or they decided to let me in on the secret a bit too late in the game.
A cool touch, though – the TVs had Netflix, so I could kick back and catch up on my shows using my own account.
All said and done, my stay was alright with its share of ups and downs.

There’s clearly a need for major upgrading of the entire hotel and rooms. The furniture needs to be in some antique store. The service is way below par for a Marriott hotel and the breakfast is not at all worth the price considering this is essentially the same breakfast one can get at Marriott brand hotels that offer complimentary breakfast. The room phone wasn’t working and I had to request 2 light bulb replacements for the bathroom as they were out. At one point I was given towels that had multiple holes. It was at this point were I had to physically take down the towel and show it to Guest services. To my surprise, there wasn’t any apology nor concern.

We stay 4 nights, and the first 2 was good, according with the price (no cheap) but second 2 nights we didn't receive room service. First day when we return to room was all same, wet and used towels, same bed sheets now I can imagine that they never change bed sheets just fix the beds but oh well. I text to front desk using a Bomvoy app and the front desk say that they're busy with others customers even when it was Sunday that must of the people was leaving, but next day was the same so that was really bad with same towels for using same ones for 3 days, that's unacceptable for a chain like Sheraton and plus not a cheap rooms. The manager email me like couple days after I leave I explain to him via email what's going on but now Sunday almost a week after leave the hotel haven't receive anything yet. SO NOT RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL, THERES MORE OPTIONS AROUND.

Stayed here for a 3 day Disneyland trip. Although I didn't stay that much in the hotel room but to get served for anything, be it, check-in or asking for towels, or toothbrushes, takes so long. And to top it off, make sure when they clean your room, they actually wipe the bathroom floor and replace your towels, because they didn't! They took the dirty ones and left my room with no towels. Didn't really notice until I was in the shower missing towels to dry myself off! Annoying! Also, don't ask for sparkling wine, because they don't have it, they will serve you white wine without even telling you they don't have sparkling! Like, who are you trying to fool? Rooms are decent and comfortable and location is good, very close to Disney if you're going to walk. Oh, Front desk staff are not the nicest people.

The location is wonderful. Very close to dinning and shopping. If you’re going to Disneyland it’s a wonderful location to stay at. Here’s the downside:
I am African American and my husband is Vietnamese, when we walked in there were two staff members in the front one was speaking with a disgruntled guest and the other was standing by listening. it took them a while to even acknowledge our presence and when the man did he quickly said “someone will be with you” and ran to the back and an Asian American woman was sent out to help us. interesting. she was very friendly and got us settled into our room quickly and efficiently. the drain in the bathroom to take a bath was also not able to close all the way.

We had some changes in plans during a recent holiday which resulted in us booking this hotel at 11pm. They were extremely helpful at a late hour. The room was good with two queen beds. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is sit-down restaurant style. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a more expensive Disney/Anaheim vacation.

We've stayed here twice now for Disney trips. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the whole hotel could benefit from modern updates. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The club lounge is convenient for grabbing drinks and the breakfast and evening appetizers served there are pretty tasty. Only guests staying in the club rooms have access to the lounge though.
Unfortunately, parking and WiFi aren't free. The daily $5 credit for opting to not have your bedding changed out helps eat some of those costs. Kudos to Sheraton for encouraging and rewarding green practices.
For Disney goers, the hotel sells slightly discounted tickets and offers a shuttle to the park. Depending on the size of your party, it might be cheaper to drive and use the Disney lot or take an Uber.
My biggest complaint was that during our last stay, the guests in the adjoining room were doing what sounded like karaoke and I could hear their muffled music well past 2am. Two phone calls to the front desk didn't help. I mostly blame our neighbors and, outside of my unwanted concert, I definitely would stay here again for our next trip to Disney.

Do not stay here! There is an surcharge for everything that should normally be included! Parking, $15 /day extra. WiFi $10/day. Use the mini-fridge (already in the room) $10/day. One bottle of water is free then they have another one on the counter for $5. Housekeeping is basically $5 because if you don't use it they give you a $5 credit for food/drinks. Shuttle service to the Convention Center or Disneyland extra $$$. No complimentary breakfast. More than 2 people and the cost goes up. They didn't pay attention that I had 2 children and gave us a room with 1 bed rather than the 2 queens I requested. I will never stay here or any Sheraton again. Also, originally it was a supposed to be within a good walking distance to Disneyland. But it takes almost a 40 min walk.
