The best hotel in my life, and its true
Amazing and beautiful inside this hotel.  Our room was so clean and comfortable we were very happy with our stay.  The staff was so friendly and welcoming, we were able to find our restaurant and concert venue with the directions from the staff.  Also very friendly staff in the breakfast area and quick to clean the tables and add more food.
Beautiful place, just understaffed, which created long lines for the valet parking and for Sunday morning breakfast.. also wasn't a fan of only 12 people allowed in the pool
Everything was perfect. The room is very clean and the beds are very comfortable! Nice view of the seaport. Can see planes flying in and out all the time which makes the stay more interesting. Will definitely book it again.
Very clean and new room. Breakfast is average.
Tremendous hotel, you know, it’s tremendous

Boston, 811 Massachusetts Avenue 🧭 Map
The room in this hotel is very nice, and there are restaurants like McDonalds downstairs. However, it is too close to the black area. I probably won't choose this place next time. Safety is the first priority when you go out, right?
I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center for four nights during a business trip, and had a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for getting work done and resting after long days. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus...
Convenient transportation, safe environment, there are occasional homeless people around, and I asked for a quiet room but was assigned to the gym below. The surrounding area is the Boston University Medical Center, and ambulances with sirens often pass by on the road side even at night, which affects your rest. Remember to book a room on the back side, it will be better.
Clean friendly place to stay...close to the hospital and major highway
The location is very bad. There are many homeless people around. It feels very unsafe and not suitable for walking around.
There was heavy police activity and presence all night long. It made it difficult to sleep. I would not recommend for any children or light sleepers.

Pros: We like the complimentary breakfast. We also like the free shuttle service to/from the metro station. Cons: The internet is very slow.
Staff is good and very friendly
The free shuttle service to/from hotel to the JFK metro station is good and the return schedule is flexible (per our phone call). However, the paid shuttle to/from hotel to airport closes too early (9pm). Better to have it 24 hours. Front desk is friendly and helpful.
Reasonable for the price with a free hourly shuttle to the nearest metro station the decor is a little dated and the area isn’t too good
Was clean older but nice food was good
… I’ll book again… good location….the rooms are clean worth it for its price
Shuttle bus to UMass was free. Hotel was generally OK but very noisy. Planes were coming over hotel but we could not hear them because of the road noise.

excellent service and great staff. great breakfast and lovely well stocked spacious room
I stayed at this hotel for more than 6 weeks on one of my work trips and super liked the accommodation. The rooms are spacious, bed and other furniture were comfy and reasonably new. My room had a decent work desk and chair and the kitchen was fully functional. During my long stay the room service never missed out on their schedule and overall it was a pleasurable stay.

Rooms were large and clean with all the amenities you need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of tables and comfortable places to set up a laptop and work for a few hours after breakfast service is complete. Convenient to coffee shops and restaurants (always important for work travel) and a lovely little park next door.

We had a great stay in a very nice room. The rooms are newly renovated and very nice. The hotel is well appointed and in a great spot. Only issue we had was that there was poor water pressure in the bath/shower. Other than that, everything was fine.

Excellent hotel. The service was perfect. Room was clean and Monica was always available to provide with towels. Fairfield has an amazing location, near the Lechmere Station.
We had a lovely stay at the Fairfield Cambridge. From the lovely stuff at reception that allowed us to check in early in the morning. The service throughout our stay was excellent with lovely stuff all around. The location, and the proximity to the subway station I'd a key asset to the property.
Very clean and comfortable! We actually liked the sound of the train. It’s very calming to us. But I think it’s awesome they provided a noise machine. My only complaint is the “comforter” which had two flat sheets to give it a duvet-ish feel. One on top one on bottom. But they come apart?? Plus it’s too heavy. But the bed is comfy. 5 stars overall.
The folks in the lobby have been very accommodating! Gaby had gone above & beyond to ensure we had a great hotel service & experience. Andrea the housekeeper was proactive and got us fresh towels + anything else we needed in the room. Breakfast was also great, the staff made sure everything was fully stocked with fresh food & drinks, they had someone giving clear instructions on how to use their waffle...
Loved this Marriott and the location. Rooms are clean and breakfast is 10/10 the best part of this hotel. Lechmere station (MBTA) is a 5 min walk. There is water, lemonade, tea, coffee, and free snacks daily. The employees are so nice as well. Perfect for long stays.
Great service! Especially Juan at the front desk improved our stay a lot. He was very helpful, kind and patient. Very professional! Breakfast ist typically American, vegan options were bagels, jam, peanut butter and fruits (uncut apples and bananas). The linen was too small for the bed so it slipped off a few times at night .. the free tea and lemonade is nice though.. the doors aren’t soundproof...

The room was very nice, the service was also very good, but there was no free parking, the parking lot cost $50 per night, which was quite speechless. But the breakfast was good, the free breakfast was very delicious, which was the only consolation.
Convenient transportation, rich breakfast
Although it is not far from MIT, the surrounding area feels quite remote. The front desk service is not good. They refused to provide bottled water. I asked for it twice but they didn't give it to me. They said it was only for members and asked us to buy it at the gift shop, but there was no one in the store. Later, I went to the supermarket next door to buy water. Then I remembered that I had registered...
The room is not small and has all the basic facilities. It is an 8-minute walk from the Green Line. Although it is not in the center of Boston, it is still very convenient. The breakfast variety is OK. We stayed for 9 days and we were tired of it by the end. There is a big supermarket next to it, which is very convenient and cost-effective.
Trouble with the toilet flush 😱
Very good and clean. I stayed there for the second time. The space is very large.

Super unique experience exceeding our expectation. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, from check in to breakfast service. The music theme was well done, not cliche like Hard Rock. Got to borrow vinyls for the room which came equipped with record players. Would definitely stay here again.
Verb has its own bar, swimming pool and other facilities. It is comfortable and clean. The front desk staff is very friendly. The location is convenient and it is close to supermarkets such as Target and Star. I recommend this hotel.
Music theme hotel, good service
Although the corridor is a bit narrow, the room is ok. I will consider staying here next time👍
The room is clean and tidy, with great details. I especially like vinyl records, there are many to choose from, and I immediately feel different. There is also a swimming pool and free breakfast. The price-performance ratio is good
The hotel is very clean, with breakfast, friendly service at the front desk and in the rooms, and 24-hour bottled water and coffee. The room price fluctuates greatly. I stayed in a room with a balcony on the second floor, facing the swimming pool on the first floor.

The room is clean, the breakfast is rich, the location is excellent, the price/performance ratio is high, there is a subway and a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.
The hotel staff were very nice. When we later stayed in New York and stored our luggage, the staff asked us for a tip. But the waiter at this hotel in Boston didn't ask us for tips, so we didn't realize it. Later I learned that in the United States, in theory, you have to tip anyone who helps you. There are three very large supermarkets and outlets next to this hotel. The suitcases in Martha are very...
I had an amazing stay. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the friendly and efficient front - desk staff. They checked me in quickly and provided all the necessary information with great patience. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated. I like this hotel very much. It feels good to stay here. It's as warm as home. It provides high-quality breakfast and airport pick-up and drop-off service (USD10 per time). The guy at the front desk even helped me fix my phone. Thank you very much!
The room is about 10 minutes' walk from the subway entrance. You can see it after crossing the bridge. I don't know what the surrounding environment is like. Check-in is only available at 3 pm. We arrived in the morning and left our luggage at the front desk. In addition, the room is large and clean. The bed is also large. The breakfast is not bad. Hotel, room and staff are wonderful. The neighborhood is not for the faint of heart, as it sits in a pocket of major drug use and people hanging around. We didn't have any problems, but you should know before you go. Very nice location and easily commuted into downtown via Lyft for under $10
We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Hotel , room, and provided breakfast were very nice and met our expectations. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not being located downtown made it much more economical than the expensive inner city hotels. It also meant we took mass transit, which was in reasonable walking distance for us (being in adequate, healthy shape). The neighborhood includes a large Boston...
The hotel itself is great and cheap. Service is good and they also offer breakfast for free in the morning. A lot of maps in the lobby. The rooms have television and WiFi is perfect. The actual location though isn’t nice, lots of drugs and homelessness and a bad area in general. It has nothing to do with the hotel but still good to know.
The hotel itself was perfectly fine, clean, very nice staff, decent breakfast included. However like many of the other reviews the area just outside the front door is very dangerous feeling lots of homeless hang out in this area all night long there were people outside the hotel yelling and screaming definitely not a good place to be at night. During the day it’s not much better. If I owned the hotel...
A fast and pleasant check-in during the early morning hours. We entered a clean room on the fourth floor and I instantly noticed a sign apologizing for potential noise and earplugs by the bed; 'odd' was the first thought that popped into my head, but a nice thought on the hotel's part. Toward the evening hours I found out just why these are complimentary- though truth be told unless you're an incredibly...
Staff is exceptional. Always eager to help and answer any questions. Room was spacious and well maintained. The only downside is the location. Hotels free shuttle only goes every hour and a half to the subway station. More frequent would help greatly.

Clean and the staff was nice. Our flight the next day was cancelled, but the staff was accommodating and informative. I would stay again.
Very good location and well priced. Only bad thing is that there is no bar. The staff are friendly and the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is great and pizza place in the evening is tasty too. Recommended for young travellers who aren’t spending much time in the hotel.
Basic hotel but clean, comfortable and well priced for the great location right next to the Hancock building. The rooms are small but have all the necessities. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Downstairs is a nice coffee shop. 100 Clarendon offers overnight parking. You can get your ticket validated to save six dollars a night if you are staying in the hotel.
I'm giving them a 3 because of the history & beauty of the building and kudos to the "cleaning staff" for the pride they take in their jobs. I am handicapped, NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR US! You have to park in a garage around the corner and tote your items yourself. Also, beware when you are told the hotel pays for the parking! Guess I miss understood...it cost $70 for 2 days & that is with the Hotel...
Ok, I add my vision of the main points treated in previous reviews of this place: - Rooms: They are not so extra tiny to me. My room was OK. - Beds: Mine was also comfortable. No complains. - Shower: Yes, mine wasn't warm enough. - Heating-noise: it was terrible. I could barely sleep. And it is even worse if you turn the fan from "auto" to "on". But if you don't do that, the room gets really cold ...
Nice hotel. Good location. Get a lot of noise from other people slamming their doors and heating isn't great.

Staff was very friendly and knew of great places to eat around the hotel. The park being the hotel was very nice as well
Has a trolley route running right in front of hotel, great for accessing the downtown, bad for sound-sensitive sleepers. Room had a microwave, great for heating up your burito bowl, or make yourself a cup of tea. Had a difficult time getting the water heater to the right temperature and doesnt maintain too. So its the typical freeze or burn situation every bathe time. Cleaniness by housekeeping...
Decent room with a microwave, mini fridge and free bottled water daily. Useful since the location is a distance away from any grocery store/ pharmacy, with limited food options. But the service we received was good, and it was convenient to take the trolley to sights along the same line like the Boston MFA and downtown.
Good and bad. Nice quality accommodations, nice customer service but oh, so noisy. Basically on a highway, cars zooming by all night can be heard even though windows closed and heating fan on. Snow with accumulation on our second night meant plows going by which basically means metal scraping the street, you can not believe how loud this is. Sounded like a plane landing on the roof before I realized...
Nice hotel, especially for the price. Just one person was running the front desk and valet when I arrived. Had to grab the luggage cart myself (which actually worked out fine). Fitness room was pretty small (not was pictured), but it was empty so it worked out.
Decent rooms. Nice soaps. Right on JP. Maybe avoid street level rooms if possible, but I didn't have any trouble falling asleep.

Filled me up in no time. Nothing but pleasant experiences here. This place has a nice design.
The service was sociable and attentive. Prices are appropriate for the quality.
Just a nice romantic quiet spot in the city
Always consistent food and pleasant atmosphere!
We loved this cozy, quaint hotel with the roof terrace and a street view from the room. It's perfect for couples. Located in one of the prettiest and most iconic parts of Boston, it's close to the Gardens, the T, and several shops of all types.
Lovely bistro. Nice range of menu- delicious avocado salad. Stylish interior & attentive staff

The room is clean and big, the hotel design is unique, and the front desk service is very good
The room is very comfortable and clean. There is a restaurant next to the lobby downstairs. There is free coffee in the morning. There is also a game room downstairs: there are billiards and very retro pinball machines. It is very suitable for family and friends to come out and play together! It is also good for business trips. However, the transportation nearby may be scarce, and parking is charged
This is definitely a treasure hotel. In terms of transportation, it is 30 minutes by car from the airport and 15 minutes on foot from Harvard University. The hotel is of moderate size and clean. It is worth recommending!
Around 20 minutes walk to Harvard. The facilities are nice and the room space is big.
I stayed here during my school visit. Next door is Fried** and Donuts. The hotel's own restaurant is highly rated, but unfortunately I missed the Italian food I had at Italian Street in the evening. I took a taxi for all my trips, which was quite convenient.
The hotel is very new and the environment is very good!
