Airport Shuttle(arrival) was quick and friendly. We had a person in a wheelchair and the driver was swift in getting them on board and secured on the shuttle. Room was nicely appointed and had a great night's rest. The shuttle back to the airport ran frequently. Had the same friendly service as the night before.

I loved this hotel. The missing star is only a product of the location. We had limited interaction with staff but it was fine since we did not need anything. There were several breakfast options (perfect for families) but breakfast ends at 9am. The hotel is a combo hotel Hampton Inn and Homewood suites. I believe they share all of the common areas. This hotel was very clean, updated and modern. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was amazing with many options. One negative. The parking (valet) has limited spaces, not many at all, and when that is full you are directed to 3 public lots you can use. I didn't mind the short walk (.2 mi) and it was actually cheaper but it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we weren't caught...

The hotel is really good over all. Helpful staff, who are more than happy to assist with any ‘touristy’ questions. The hotel has a very aquatic atmosphere, which I personally love. Decent distance from all types of transportation. I stayed five days, and was more than satisfied with the amenities, such as breakfast, a gym, pool, and 24/7 coffee and tea. Hope this was helpful:)

Stayed here over night for a quick stay before visiting local colleges. Checked in past midnight and was still greeted by 2 people at the front desk that got me and my family checked in fast. For a late night crew they were also very accomadating for a room that would sleep my family of 5. The free breakfast in the morning was good and the place was clean. Stayed overnight for the Celtics on 4/3. Right across from the Garden, just a few steps. We had drinks at the bistro bar after the game, same prices you'd find at the bars with no hassle of crowds, so we kept it simple at the hotel. We loved our stay. Some discrepancy on rates tho. Our first night, we booked online and a FANTASTIC rate. Our 2nd night, due to our flight being cancelled (thanks, Irma!) The manager gave us a "deal" which was about $70 higher on one room and $50 on the other. We weren't super happy but it was the best deal we found so we stayed anyway. Great location!

I enjoyed the visit but when I was leaving my wife and I were approached by security to inform us that someone apparently wanted something more iside my car than I did. Our car was broken into with two shattered windows. I would say the parking situation could be improved.

Hotel has good parking, clean comfortable rooms and continental breakfast. I think Hampton Inn is generally a safe choice to save a little money and have a decent stay and this location is no exception.

This location works with dana farber to offer cheaper rates for those with family in the hospitals around the area. The rooms are clean and functional, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I give this place 3 stars, and that's being reasonable. They are clean, have breakfast and all, but the hallway is wayyy too cold. It's crazy how heater is not provided there during the winter. So if you are trying to stay during the winter make sure you are covered pretty well because it's like walking outside.

This hotel has an amazing staff, everyone is really nice and willing to help. BUT, it has terrible ENVIRONMENTAL and RECYCLING processes. I’ve been here for a month and could see the huge waste each day is created. All plates and cutlery are single use only. All towels are washed every day. WOW. The rooms in this hotel are amazing! So big, so spacious, so stylish. Everything worked and was well maintained. Wonderful shower and bed. Stayed here recently because I'm racking-up membership points. This place is clean, fresh, and the staff was on-point. Would stay again. It's not quite in the middle of stuff, but the small parking lot is right on the street, and you can come and go as you please, or just walk.

Nice hotel. It had a microwave which was nice. Hotel was nice clean entry new. Small parking lot for $40 a day(Aug 2022). Only a 13 min walk for museum of science, and 10 minute drive from Quincy Market and Fennel Hall. Right next to the Green subway line which is a five 5 walk . Good compromise if your looking to pay a little less rather than staying downtown.

Excellent service, nice and clean. My only complaint would be the hot water in the shower changing temperature every couple of minutes, going from comfortably warm to quite a bit hotter and back. Adjusting for this, the water would drop down to cool and need to be constantly adjusted to maintain a comfortable temperature.

Enjoyed my stay at this Residence Inn. Rooms have a convenient kitchenette. Bed was comfy, and while the bathroom wasn't the most up to date, it was decent. Staff at the front desk and working valet were friendly. Continental breakfast that was included was good too, pretty standard fare. Good location by the water - within walking distance of several restaurants, the Freedom Trail, and the USS Constitution

Rooms are very small. My bathroom water smelled off. Every time I went near the bathroom I could smell it. They had very comfortable beds. Overall decent stay!

On my second night staying there, the shower handle to change the temperature and turn on the water fell off and to the ground with a heavy clank. I'm glad it didn't hit my feet! Never had that happen before, even at much more budget hotels. Every staff member I have talked to is very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the front desk manager in the morning who kindly allowed me to use the luggage cart to move my daughter’s luggage to the Harvard Yard. Perfect location. And they charge for that a lot!! Rooms are a little tight. Clean, modern. Hardly a reception area, just coffee in the lobby.

Good facilities and the approch of the entire staff is cordial too. They help you for almost everything. Manager is doing a great job. The rooms of the hotel is also so good. Specious rooms and the positive vibes are here.

The location is great, it's walking distance to a lot of locations around Harvard. I have a few bad points about this hotel: the wifi is spotty, slow, and potentially insecure, the toilet paper is thin and rough, the elevator is small and very slow, and the room keeping woke me up at 8.
