Courtyard by Marriott Boston Logan Airport
Boston, 225 William F. McClellan Highway 🧭 Map
Pleasant stay. We were there for less than a day but transition between airport to hotel was smooth. Airport shuttle was standard. Check-in to the hotel went smoothly and the staff were friendly and helpful with our questions. Room was very quiet considering we were right by the airport. Hotel restaurant was pretty much what you would expect for fare and price, again staff was very good and attentive...
Another wonderful stay! Steve (the manager) does an amazing job and we had a safe place to leave the car! We'll done and great accommodations! The restaurant down stairs also has some great drink and dining options. The shuttle can take you to the airport OR the subway station for a quick ride into the city (just 1 stop away). A perfect option for people looking to park a car for a weekend visit to...
Airport Shuttle(arrival) was quick and friendly. We had a person in a wheelchair and the driver was swift in getting them on board and secured on the shuttle.
Room was nicely appointed and had a great night's rest. The shuttle back to the airport ran frequently. Had the same friendly service as the night before.
Very convenient to the airport and freshly remodeled. The new updates are really nice as well. It's a perfect place of you have a layover since they also have a free airport shuttle.
Near to the airport. Big rooms. Pretty standard place. Didn't stay for long but mostly a good experience.

I stayed at this hotel for a wound care education institute conference. The price per room ($169/night) was a bit high as well as paying for breakfast. Despite that, it was very clean, comfortable, well kept and welcoming. I had great staff at the desk (Amy), the conference...

I loved this hotel. The missing star is only a product of the location. We had limited interaction with staff but it was fine since we did not need anything. There were several breakfast options (perfect for families) but breakfast ends at 9am. The hotel is a combo hotel Hampton Inn and Homewood suites. I believe they share all of the common areas. There is a nice pool and a fantastic business center...
This hotel was very clean, updated and modern. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was amazing with many options.
One negative. The parking (valet) has limited spaces, not many at all, and when that is full you are directed to 3 public lots you can use. I didn't mind the short walk (.2 mi) and it was actually cheaper but it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we weren't caught...
The hotel is really good over all. Helpful staff, who are more than happy to assist with any ‘touristy’ questions. The hotel has a very aquatic atmosphere, which I personally love. Decent distance from all types of transportation. I stayed five days, and was more than satisfied with the amenities, such as breakfast, a gym, pool, and 24/7 coffee and tea. Hope this was helpful:)

Boston, 230 Lee Burbank Highway 🧭 Map
Stayed here over night for a quick stay before visiting local colleges. Checked in past midnight and was still greeted by 2 people at the front desk that got me and my family checked in fast. For a late night crew they were also very accomadating for a room that would sleep my family of 5. The free breakfast in the morning was good and the place was clean. I didn't use pool or gym but did look at them...
Overall decent hotel. Not in the best location, not much to walk too, kinda loud. However the shuttle will drive you places. Close to the airport. The rooms are very nice my recently refurbished from the looks. Hotel restaurant food is so so. Definitely not the best, but it's convenient. Beds were decent, but the pillows need some work. Very lumpy and not supportive at all. Staff was very nice though...
Super hotel and staff. Room was good sized and very comfortable. Shuttle drivers are courteous and prompt. I needed to mail something, and the UPS store was so close to one of the shuttle stops, the driver dropped me at the door, circled the block and picked me up. The staff was also very accommodating when my flight was cancelled, giving me a very late check out and then offering to extend my stay...
The staff was excellent and very attentive. However, the hotel was very clearly understaffed. The house keeping staff is obviously rushed, as well as all the staff who work in the bar and cafe area. There are also some things about the room that I really did not enjoy, like the bathroom door that slides and doesn't really offer much privacy, as well as the extremely annoying toilet paper roll holder...
It looks like they've recently renovated the rooms, and they are quite nice. I appreciated how close this hotel was to the airport as well. There are mini fridges in the room, however the only microwave should you need one is down in the lobby. I didn't personally check out the pool, but overheard a family in the elevator stating there were a lot of spiders in the pool area. Overall for a brief stay...
My friend rented a room for us on 2/17/18. The hotel itself & our room was clean. The hallway room light didn't work, the 2 maintenance guys tried to fix it in a timely manner. They couldn't, but they tried & were very friendly & professional. The tub was very slow to drain!
She chose this hotel because it has a hot tub & pool @ a very reasonable rate, unfortunately the hot tub was basically out of...

I couldn't have been more pleased with everything at this hotel. I was even happy to pay the astonishing $53 for parking!
The service - Stellar!

Amazing hotel. Good views, the street isn’t too busy and has accessibility to most of the touristy places around Boston. Rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. The hotel has good lobby to just chill and the staff is amazing. Would recommend visitors and business travelers to stay here.
(Ask the hotel for a nearby car parking garage for 20% discount code)
Great location. Awesome view from the penthouse floor. Absolutely wonderful staff, so sweet and so nice from start to finish. The ones we encountered were always on the lookout for anything extra they can help with. Lots of smiles and great team work. Will definitely stay here again when back in Boston for work. Thanks guys!
Stayed overnight for the Celtics on 4/3. Right across from the Garden, just a few steps. We had drinks at the bistro bar after the game, same prices you'd find at the bars with no hassle of crowds, so we kept it simple at the hotel. The view is amazing of the city from the side of the hotel we stayed on. You can just lay in bed and watch the city out the window. Had a nice breakfast from the bistro...

Great hotel. Very clean. The room was spacious and beautiful. $39 for parking a day is pretty steep though. But it is in a very convenient location. Close to a lot of fun activities.
Solid hotel for a business trip - friendly and efficient front desk check-in. Rooms are well appointed, including irons that work and proper hair dryers. Front staff accommodated our reasonable requests quickly and happily. No complaints! There is also a Trader Joe's within 5 minutes walk.
Great location and rooms. The staff are friendly. The restaurant has good food. The city/river views are amazing and worth the cost. Sunrise or set on the Charles River is beautiful. There's a Starbucks, Trader's Joe's and Whole Foods nearby. You can also walk to Harvard square on a nice day. The only downside is the small gym
Great venue for an event. We made some Tee Shirts for some teenagers. Location staff, and facility is perfect for a medium sized venue. One of my favorites around Boston.
Great location. Accessible from Boston Downtown. Close to Harvard n MIT. Great views of the city from top floors. Has a bistro n a Japanese restaurant. Plenty of options to order in too.
We loved our stay. Some discrepancy on rates tho. Our first night, we booked online and a FANTASTIC rate. Our 2nd night, due to our flight being cancelled (thanks, Irma!) The manager gave us a "deal" which was about $70 higher on one room and $50 on the other. We weren't super happy but it was the best deal we found so we stayed anyway. Great location!

I enjoyed the visit but when I was leaving my wife and I were approached by security to inform us that someone apparently wanted something more iside my car than I did. Our car was broken into with two shattered windows. I would say the parking situation could be improved.
Hotel has good parking, clean comfortable rooms and continental breakfast. I think Hampton Inn is generally a safe choice to save a little money and have a decent stay and this location is no exception.
Room was clean, front desk was polite and helpful. Nice view of the city from the pool which is on the 9th floor. My only complaint could be that we had to wait 20 for our room to be ready when we arrived at 4 p.m. despite having a reservation. But that's really not that big a deal since you cannot help someone checking out late from the room when you ask for a specific room number. Rather the room...
Good hotel , very convenient to the airport and downtown Boston. Parking garage directly across the street so parking was not an issue. Some nice views from the upper floors.
This location works with dana farber to offer cheaper rates for those with family in the hospitals around the area. The rooms are clean and functional, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The "pool" is more of a community bath, too small to really swim in. Overall a decent experience, at a very reasonable price.

I give this place 3 stars, and that's being reasonable. They are clean, have breakfast and all, but the hallway is wayyy too cold. It's crazy how heater is not provided there during the winter. So if you are trying to stay during the winter make sure you are covered pretty well because it's like walking outside.
Front desk staff could be friendlier. The maintenance a d shuttle drivers were so nice and helpful. My room door locked me out. Always had trouble with the lock. Rooms are clean and comfy.
Everything was great, start to finish. The woman at the front desk was there when I checked in and out, and she was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely come here again!
The Ramada was very close to everywhere you want to be in Boston. If you didn't have or want to take a car they have transportation to the airport and to the local subway station. Shuttle bus to UMass was free. Hotel was generally OK but very noisy. Planes were coming over hotel but we could not hear them because of the road noise.
Beds were suppose to be queen and we doubles. The halls were so hot you could barely stand it (no air conditioning). The room key has to be set after about every third swipe… so very frustrating!! Rooms were very clean. Most impressed with staff. Pool was fun for the kids. I'd definitely stay here again.
Good location in southern part of Boston. 5 minutes walk from underground metro station and from a 7/11 store. Free parking is a great add on, as almost 90% of Boston hotels charge extra for parking. Although the website of the hotel says breakfast included, it was not. I was charged for breakfast on checkout. Nice lobby and rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean rooms, very nice and accommodating staff. Gave our entire sports team late checkouts so that we could shower after our tournament finished. Great cleaning service.
This hotel has an amazing staff, everyone is really nice and willing to help.
BUT, it has terrible ENVIRONMENTAL and RECYCLING processes. I’ve been here for a month and could see the huge waste each day is created. All plates and cutlery are single use only. All towels are washed every day. Definitely a huge awareness and planet care is needed.
If you want extremely comfortable beds, modern clean rooms, and a great location for exploring Boston or Cambridge, this is the place to stay. Probably one of your best choices in Boston. Outstanding hotel in an outstanding location. But be really careful when booking a room and make sure you get one not on the side with the dumpsters and the alley.
Top to bottom my new favorite property in the area. My room is gorgeous! It’s the size of a NYC apartment. I’m not one to gush but this one has got my affection.
This is a great property in a historic building. I'm Marriott Platinum and was upgraded to a 1 bedroom loft. Beautiful location is easy for tourist activities. The breakfast is delicious, with lots of choices.
Excellent hotel! Renovated factory with romantic industrial feel, great breakfast, and exceptional service. Noah at the front desk was especially helpful. Hotel is also located within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend!
Very nice, big rooms with a living room/kitchen area and separate bedroom. Friendly staff and appealing design. Big lobby and a lot of areas to sit and work or relax. Very loud street noise. I could hear casual conversations between people on the sidewalk. Definitely ask for a room on a higher floor, at least then all you hear is “regular” downtown noise.
WOW. The rooms in this hotel are amazing! So big, so spacious, so stylish. Everything worked and was well maintained. Wonderful shower and bed. The ONLY problem was the lights around the mirror are too bright; when you turn them on in the morning they are blinding. Short of that, amazing hotel in a great spot.

Stayed here recently because I'm racking-up membership points. This place is clean, fresh, and the staff was on-point. Would stay again.
It's not quite in the middle of stuff, but the small parking lot is right on the street, and you can come and go as you please, or just walk.
this is a truly excellent marriott. they respond quickly to room service requests via app, the lobby is wonderfully decorated for Christmas and smells wonderful, free hot breakfast included and coffee always available, excellent convenient location for my brisk walking commute to MGH. highly recommend this hotel
Nice hotel. It had a microwave which was nice. Hotel was nice clean entry new. Small parking lot for $40 a day(Aug 2022). Only a 13 min walk for museum of science, and 10 minute drive from Quincy Market and Fennel Hall. Right next to the Green subway line which is a five 5 walk . Good compromise if your looking to pay a little less rather than staying downtown.
We had an excellent stay. The room was clean and well-appointed. The breakfast was substantial and there was a lot of variety on offer. But most of all, the staff was the BEST! Great Comfortable Hotel. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Quiet, Close to the beach, clean. Took 1 star out since Wifi and parking not free and limited choices of restaurants nearby.
Room was nice, service was good. I gave 4 stars because I had a long black hair on the bed when I pulled the sheet back. Also the A/C was not working when I got into the room but they did send the maintenance guy to fix it pretty quickly. The food in the food court was good as well. Major plus they serve Starbucks
It was a last minute booking. The rooms are wonderful. The bed are fantastic. The staff were very cordial and inviting. The only thing was that they automatically charge you for parking.. i believe that it was 20.00.. on thw website that i was on.. it said free. Excellent service, nice and clean. My only complaint would be the hot water in the shower changing temperature every couple of minutes, going from comfortably warm to quite a bit hotter and back. Drinks and beer at the bar were very good. The bartender provided excellent service. It was fun place to have a drink before or after the game.
It was nice to be right in the middle of Fenway area, the rooms were small but comfortable and it was really need having a record player and a record collection to choose from! Employees were super friendly and the food was good although I wish it has been made clear to me that there was no room service ahead of time. It wasn't that much of a hassle to walk down to the bar to pick up the food though
Kind staff and clean. I truly did enjoy the hotel and the design of it. The beds where a little stiff and in the morning I did not enjoy hearing the landscapers blowing the leaf blower. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.
Very cool vibes at the verb. Right next door to fenway. So if you don't like noisy pick elsewhere. My rooms peephole was blacked out which I found odd. Perfect location by Fenway and House of Blues. A bit campy, but the music theme is pretty fun. I love the vinyl library you can borrow from for the record player in your room. We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Hotel , room, and provided breakfast were very nice and met our expectations. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not being located downtown made it much more economical than the expensive inner city hotels. It also meant we took mass transit, which was in reasonable walking distance for us (being in adequate, healthy shape). The neighborhood includes a large Boston...
The hotel itself is great and cheap. Service is good and they also offer breakfast for free in the morning. A lot of maps in the lobby. The rooms have television and WiFi is perfect. The actual location though isn’t nice, lots of drugs and homelessness and a bad area in general. It has nothing to do with the hotel but still good to know.
The hotel itself was perfectly fine, clean, very nice staff, decent breakfast included. However like many of the other reviews the area just outside the front door is very dangerous feeling lots of homeless hang out in this area all night long there were people outside the hotel yelling and screaming definitely not a good place to be at night. Very good location and well priced. Only bad thing is that there is no bar. The staff are friendly and the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is great and pizza place in the evening is tasty too. Recommended for young travellers who aren’t spending much time in the hotel.
Basic hotel but clean, comfortable and well priced for the great location right next to the Hancock building. The rooms are small but have all the necessities. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Downstairs is a nice coffee shop. 100 Clarendon offers overnight parking. You can get your ticket validated to save six dollars a night if you are staying in the hotel.
I'm giving them a 3 because of the history & beauty of the building and kudos to the "cleaning staff" for the pride they take in their jobs. I am handicapped, NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR US! You have to park in a garage around the corner and tote your items yourself. Also, beware when you are told the hotel pays for the parking! Guess I miss understood...it cost $70 for 2 days & that is with the Hotel...
Ok, I add my vision of the main points treated in previous reviews of this place:
- Rooms: They are not so extra tiny to me. My room was OK.
- Beds: Mine was also comfortable. No complains.
- Shower: Yes, mine wasn't warm enough.
- Heating-noise: it was terrible. I could barely sleep. And it is even worse if you turn the fan from "auto" to "on". But if you don't do that, the room gets really cold ...
Nice hotel. Good location. Get a lot of noise from other people slamming their doors and heating isn't great.

Enjoyed my stay at this Residence Inn. Rooms have a convenient kitchenette. Bed was comfy, and while the bathroom wasn't the most up to date, it was decent. Staff at the front desk and working valet were friendly. Continental breakfast that was included was good too, pretty standard fare. Good location by the water - within walking distance of several restaurants, the Freedom Trail, and the USS Constitution

Rooms are very small. My bathroom water smelled off. Every time I went near the bathroom I could smell it. They had very comfortable beds. Overall decent stay!

Every staff member I have talked to is very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the front desk manager in the morning who kindly allowed me to use the luggage cart to move my daughter’s luggage to the Harvard Yard. The late check in the night before was very smooth and fast so that we could enter our room and start rest immediately after a long and late flight. Overall very nice experience. The room...
Perfect location. And they charge for that a lot!! Rooms are a little tight. Clean, modern. Hardly a reception area, just coffee in the lobby.
Good facilities and the approch of the entire staff is cordial too. They help you for almost everything. Manager is doing a great job. The rooms of the hotel is also so good. Specious rooms and the positive vibes are here.
The location is great, it's walking distance to a lot of locations around Harvard. I have a few bad points about this hotel: the wifi is spotty, slow, and potentially insecure, the toilet paper is thin and rough, the elevator is small and very slow, and the room keeping woke me up at 8. The rooms themselves are pretty standard but one lamp in my room was broken. The walls are also pretty thin, I was...
