Very spacious room, big windows, TV with big screen, silent and good room service. The hotel is connected to a mall with excellent boutiques and restaurants. in the winter time it is big plus! I did not stay in the rooms. The conference food was delicious and high scale. I had mix feelings about the meeting rooms in back bay. The chairs were too warm to sit in. The club rooms have some of the best views of the city. While being cozy and clean, the staff was also rather professional and helpful. The workout rooms are some of the best iv used in a hotel. The only issue I has with my room was with the heating/cooling of my room. No matter what I set the thermostat to my room, the temperature remained at 80 degrees. Really not that great for the price, it’s a very old building in the city centre, so it’s a little small and feels old too. Location is amazing, service is decent and overall clean. Resort fee is quite expensive and it includes a small daily non stackable voucher for use at restaurant which is not very useful.

Liked it! Would happily stay again. Room with two queen beds had loads of space and usual amenities. We loved being far from the elevator and never heard aircraft at all. Restaurant was expensive but the food was good and service fine. Lobby is enormous and the gym/pool are better than expected.

Hotel is at an ideal location: a super calm, safe, and modern part of the city. Very walkable to any tourist spots. The rooms are very modern and clean. The room in this hotel is very nice, and there are restaurants like McDonalds downstairs. However, it is too close to the black area. I probably won't choose this place next time. Safety is the first priority when you go out, right?

Convenient transportation, safe environment, there are occasional homeless people around, and I asked for a quiet room but was assigned to the gym below. The surrounding area is the Boston University Medical Center, and ambulances with sirens often pass by on the road side even at night, which affects your rest. Remember to book a room on the back side, it will be better.

The location is very bad. There are many homeless people around. It feels very unsafe and not suitable for walking around.

There was heavy police activity and presence all night long. It made it difficult to sleep. I would not recommend for any children or light sleepers.

Very nice ambience with good atmosphere. The place is cozy and the place wasn't too packed for celebrating new year. The drinks were good but expensive. The server also didn't mention they charged an extra 18$ fee when my friend ordered a special drink. Other than that the place was not overcrowded but still lively and fun.

Only visited the spa for a massage on a girls day with my mom and sister - Did not stay overnight. The spa is very clean and relaxing. The blankets in the waiting room are so nice. I don't recommend going as a couple though since there are no coed amenities.

I went to the hotel for Bar Boudon; a delicious brunch place. However, I did get to wander the premises. they certainly know how to decorate! Wonderful art and jewerly on the premises. The bathrooms were also spectacular and clean! And of course, the brunch was exquisite. I recommend the sole on the brunch menu.

Excellent service with the perfect location. Big comfortable rooms. However I do miss the welcome cookies. They used to serve tea/coffee and a delicious cookie when you first check into your room.
