Boston, 250 Franklin Street 🧭 Map
Spa facilities: Massage, Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
Excellent Langham quality and attention to detail. Staff are wonderful from check-in to housekeeping. Furniture, amenities, and design elements should win an award. The room lighting in particular leaves no dark spots and uniquely placed night lighting was very much appreciated. The constraint is trying to fit the comfortable design in a space too small, at least for the king size bedroom. There is...
The Langham, Boston is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel is known for its elegant design, its impeccable service, and its convenient location. I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Langham, Boston for a weekend getaway, and I had a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel is located in a great location, just steps from many of Boston's most popular attractions...
I will only choose this place for my stay in Boston from now on. The bed topper here is absolutely incredible. In fact, we loved it so much that we ended up getting the same one for our own bed at home. The staff is also extremely helpful and can assist you in making that happen. Overall, our experience was beyond pleasant, making it an easy choice for future stays.
The Langham Boston is a visually beautiful, luxurious hotel. The hotel decor is stunning and the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The staff I met were extremely polite and very helpful, particularly the waiting staff. However, I requested a room in a quiet area but was allocated a room right next to the house keeping linen closet. It was very noisy and distracting at times. This wasn’t helped by...
My daughter and I stayed at the Langham for a mother/daughter trip and it was absolute perfection. The staff are warm and friendly throughout every interaction and truly wanted to make the stay a special one we wouldn't forget. The hotel itself is renovated to perfection and the beds are soft and cozy. Amenities such as the pool, room service, and club room were luxurious, but not pretentious. ...
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... I love this place! I stayed here twice with my family. I have also been to their chocolate bar. It is definitely worth the money as a once in a lifetime thing! The food served at the langham is great, the facilities are great, and I love the customer service and atmosphere...

Awesome experience both times(November 2020/July2021. Stayed in the presidential suite. Much better rate than it's competing neighbor hotels. View is spectacular. Room is meticulously maintained. It's proximity to the heart of the north end is second to none.
This is our second time at the hotel, we love the location and the staff is always very pleasant. However, I was very disappointed that when our room wasn’t ready I had asked if there was a location to be able to pump in as I’m a breast feeding mother and was told to use the bathroom downstairs that there is a “family” room in the restroom which might I add was out of service, I had to use a out of...
Excellent hotel and the bed was comfortable enough for me to sleep on! The harbor was beautiful. It was close to the concert we were in Boston to see. However they do not have vending machines for snacks or soda and the minibar prices were crazy. Bring your own snacks or be prepared to pay 9 dollars for a snickers.
Battery Wharf Hotel Boston is a really nice business hotel on the waterfront. Aaron at the front desk is terrific; friendly, good humored, and helpful. The room is spacious and the mattress feels great - not too firm and not too soft - with crisp white sheets. Bathroom is roomy, there is a nice high end espresso maker in the room, and the closet is spacious and unique - it opens from both the...
Super nice hotel on the water. The rooms are very nicely appointed. There's even a Nespresso coffee machine. Within walking distance to food and entertainment.
Great hotel with large rooms and really large bathrooms. Walkable to downtown (about 20 minutes away). Staff was very friendly. I'd stay there again.

I didn't exactly have a bad time here, but I was very disappointed. I don't make a ton of money, and I saved for many months and took up many extra work hours for some extra cash. I had a nice weekend planned alone, I recognized the Sheraton name and saw the room prices and thought it was a nice glamorous place to treat myself at. I opted for the more expensive lake view room. The view was fantastic...
The lobby is very sophisticated and has a good aesthetic to it. This isn't a big complaint because it doesn't affect everyone but the scent they have going through the lobby is VERY strong. I actually liked the smell of it but I get migraines with intense smells and because I had to check in to get my keys it did give me a migraine. Again, I know that isn't everyone but I wanted to note it. - The front...
I stayed for 2 nights in August 2023. Bedding, shower, and room overall were acceptable. Hasn't been updated in many years so there's lots of wear and tear, but nothing problematic. Location is very good. Convenient to transit and walking distance from lots of interesting places. Environment was quiet. No complaints. Staff was a mixed bag. Some were very friendly and helpful. Others seemed annoyed...
Very spacious room, big windows, TV with big screen, silent and good room service. The hotel is connected to a mall with excellent boutiques and restaurants. in the winter time it is big plus! Great bed, lots of light, sofa, coffee table, good armchairs, etc. Comparatively the bathroom was small, but very good shower. Helpful concierge.
I did not stay in the rooms. The conference food was delicious and high scale. I had mix feelings about the meeting rooms in back bay. The chairs were too warm to sit in. The ac sometimes felt like it needed to be colder and most of the rooms were fine. Very nice location with access to public transportation
The club rooms have some of the best views of the city. While being cozy and clean, the staff was also rather professional and helpful. The workout rooms are some of the best iv used in a hotel. The only issue I has with my room was with the heating/cooling of my room. No matter what I set the thermostat to my room, the temperature remained at 80 degrees. Eventually I just turned the thermostat off...

Very nice ambience with good atmosphere. The place is cozy and the place wasn't too packed for celebrating new year. The drinks were good but expensive. The server also didn't mention they charged an extra 18$ fee when my friend ordered a special drink. Other than that the place was not overcrowded but still lively and fun.
Only visited the spa for a massage on a girls day with my mom and sister - Did not stay overnight. The spa is very clean and relaxing. The blankets in the waiting room are so nice. I don't recommend going as a couple though since there are no coed amenities.
Amazing staff! Beautiful hotel! Delicious food. But, the SERVICE is remarkable! The entire staff gets an A+! The Concierge Team were unbelievably professional, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and perfect! Corey Lopez and the whole team behind the front desk to the staff we encountered just passing through the hallways were so friendly and professional. The...
I went to the hotel for Bar Boudon; a delicious brunch place. However, I did get to wander the premises. they certainly know how to decorate! Wonderful art and jewerly on the premises. The bathrooms were also spectacular and clean! And of course, the brunch was exquisite. I recommend the sole on the brunch menu.
Excellent service with the perfect location. Big comfortable rooms. However I do miss the welcome cookies. They used to serve tea/coffee and a delicious cookie when you first check into your room.

Good location near very nice streets, shops and restaurants. Parking is expensive on site, a bit cheaper just on the side. If you stay on the upper levels you have a fantastic view. Gold medal for the concierge team, they were the best at the hotel, cheers to the team.
really nice hotel but what attracted me was the servants and doormen, they really made a southern girl feel at home. Chuck was so good to my son that he cried when we left. Dwayne gave us great ideas on where to eat and enjoy Boston. Oral made sure we got the car on time and always held the door. so many great people truly unable to remember names, but they were all so amazingly summed up, if you&...
Nice hotel, good rooms and nice river view if you get river view rooms. I wasn't a fan of the pillows. They fold up nice and fluffy and then flatten out when you rest your head on them for a little while. It was a lot of fun at the bar and the bar trades were awesome. Close to shopping center and close to other attractions. Would stay here again
Wow! Can't wait to go back! Got this hotel for a great price in .ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and am so happy I stayed at my favorite hotel for much less than I usually pay. Great stay over Labor Day weekend. Great hotel with wonderful staff. Upgraded to a huge 2-bedroom top floor suite with incredible views of Boston. We felt safe throughout our stay with directions. Full disclosure; I give 5 stars to Alexandra, the bar manager. I can't fully comment on the hotel/other staff as I didn't stay at the hotel (I stayed across the street). The night I was there, Alexandra had about 500 things to do, but she literally did everything. Good job Westin, good hire. You need to promote people who work hard for you!
Beautiful newly renovated rooms!!! Excellent location and food within hotel and walking distance from Newbury and all the happening stuff. Staff seems new here but I've been here before and it was excellent. Bellman was no where to be seen. Front desk took a bit of time to find liquid body wash. Overall I would stay again

Clean, calm. A good rest for a couple of nights
Great hotel located 7 minutes walk from Terminal A, connected from inside their hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious with great views. There is a restaurant on site with excellent food and drinks. They also have a breakfast cafe that serves a variety of food and drinks, as well as Starbucks coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay anytime.
I live nearby, but decided to stay at a hotel because my wife and I had an early flight the next morning. Stayed on a high floor on the skyline side of the building, very good view of the city and harbor. I saw some of the Delta planes coming in and out, and I was an aviation enthusiast, which was really cool. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had planned to walk to the terminal, but decided...
It’s a cool airport, of course, but the Liberty Prime that was coming out of there almost stepped on me.
A really nice place to stay. If you can you have to get a room that you can see Boston Harbor. They also have some good restaurants there. The only thing that was wrong was after dinner they said they were out of Boston Cream pie. You come to Boston and no Boston Cream Pie. What is that. That's like going to Texas and no barbecue or Mexican food.

Just finished a 5 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect and we always felt that the hotel took the extra steps to make our stay feel very personal. We just spent 5 days at this exceptional hotel. I called and emailed previous to our arrival because we had a large vehicle that we needed to park. We recently stayed at the Marriott Long Wharf in Boston, and I must say, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and perfectly located along the waterfront. The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to everything. You can walk to restaurants, museums and harbor tours. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Just a little noisy, especially around the elevators. The food at the Waterline Restaurant is very good. Felipe is a great server and Meaghan the bartender is delightful.
I can’t complain about this place. It’s in an excellent location, with convenient exchange services, clean and spacious rooms, and stunning views of both the water and the city. The pool is classy and a fun spot for photos. The workout room is well-sized and well-equipped. Additionally, the lobby bar offers great service and delicious drinks.

Convenient location in the seaport. Large purpose built building with stunning views. I wanted to take the pillows with me. The bed linen was great too. Starbucks at the premiere. The hot tub was not working during this visit...
The staff were amazing, very attentive and polite. And knowledgeable, nice clean rooms. The hotel is exposed. COVID-19 awareness and cleaning staff used precautions to protect themselves, my family and others. Starbucks inside the hotel. Opens at 6:00 am. This place was in the best location. Everything is within walking distance. Rental car across the street. Parking is expensive. 49 00 per night....
We came for a convention and they were very accommodating for our large group. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant options are decent. I appreciate the pool and fitness center availability as well.
Very nice, modern, clean, easy to find, great location in seaport district, convenient to attractions, restaurants and Boston harbor cruises. Service staff were very helpful and informative. Very happy with our stay. Booked a big corner room with a view over the city, travelling with two kids. Met friendly staff in the lobby and during breakfast. The hotel is well located, close to subways, Common and Public garden and shopping streets. Me and my family had a lovely stay!

Staff is friendly they deserve 5 stars , EXCEPT for housekeeping. The rooms are so small and not super clean. I had to wipe everything down. OK. Since I stayed here for a few days, I could see how this Hotel is so great. Customer service is world class. They pay attention to details. This was a great hotel. The picture I attached is the view from my room. The only thing I did not like is that everything that normally comes with a hotel is extra. Going to the gym is an extra $15 a day. I mean can't that be included in the $425 per night fee?
Top notch hotel. This place has style to spare. The gym facility next door was great too.

I always stay here when I go home to visit my family and every time I have stayed it has always been wonderful. In September 2020, I stayed here, enduring a terrible pregnancy that put me in hospital for a month. Wonderful vacation! Switched to Boston from Envoy after our first night there. Better location, much better price, much bigger room and overall much nicer people than the Envoy Hotel. The Bostonian is a very nice hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the center of everything and it is in easy access to the T which will take you almost anywhere in Boston. I enjoyed the visit but when I was leaving my wife and I were approached by security to inform us that someone apparently wanted something more iside my car than I did. Our car was broken into with two shattered windows. I would say the parking situation could be improved.

Room was clean, front desk was polite and helpful. Nice view of the city from the pool which is on the 9th floor. My only complaint could be that we had to wait 20 for our room to be ready when we arrived at 4 p.m. despite having a reservation. But that's really not that big a deal since you cannot help someone checking out late from the room when you ask for a specific room number. Rather the room...

This location works with dana farber to offer cheaper rates for those with family in the hospitals around the area. The rooms are clean and functional, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The price is decent for the location. The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. The downsides are that even though there is WiFi in the lobby, there is none in the room. Our bed was not very supportive as it sank in the middle and the water pressure was lacking in our bathroom, but it could have been because we were on the eighth floor. All that aside, it wouldn't deter me from staying here again...
The location is the best part of the hotel! Lobby is really neat but there's nothing there. The hallways and rooms have never been remodeled. The only thing updated was the flat screen TV.
