The Colonnade Hotel
Boston, 120 Huntington Avenue 🧭 Map
The location is great, in a very nice and central part of town with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Also not very far from the airport so convenient when flying in and out of town. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and check-in / out was simple and fast. The room was comfortable and basic. They have the option of 2 beds in the room so can sleep 2 adults and 2 kids if required.
Very quiet and comfortable room in a great central location. Opening windows, automatic temperature control, soundproofing and beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows made this a great place! I loved the rooftop pool and the food/drinks were great. Parking is very easy and the hotel is right on the green line. The coffee maker was a blast, but everything else was great!
Nice hotel in Boston, right near the Prudential Center. Nice small rooftop pool, friendly staff and reasonably priced. The attached restaurant is a little pricey for what you get, but there's a lot going on in this city.
The staff is the highlight of the Colonnade. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Orlando in particular went above and beyond to improve my experience upon arrival and address the noise issue from another guest. The rooms were very clean and well updated. The location is good for exploring downtown Boston.
The Colonnade was right across the Prudential Center and provided easy access to the convention center. The Duck Tours was near the hotel and allowed the group to do sight seeing. The rooms were clean and they provided free water bottles. The mini fridge was great to keep drinks cool and the TV had all the basic channels to make sure I didn't miss out on my nightly shows.
What a cheerful hotel. The Old Town Trolley has a stop right in front of the hotel that provides a 2hr tour of Boston complete with options to tour at all 19 stops. The green line T train station stops at Prudential which is exactly at the front of the hotel. Roof top pool, weight room on the 5th floor, it's own restaurant and much more! Enjoy!

Awesome experience both times(November 2020/July2021. Stayed in the presidential suite. Much better rate than it's competing neighbor hotels. View is spectacular. Room is meticulously maintained. It's proximity to the heart of the north end is second to none.
This is our second time at the hotel, we love the location and the staff is always very pleasant. However, I was very disappointed that when our room wasn’t ready I had asked if there was a location to be able to pump in as I’m a breast feeding mother and was told to use the bathroom downstairs that there is a “family” room in the restroom which might I add was out of service, I had to use a out of...
Excellent hotel and the bed was comfortable enough for me to sleep on! The harbor was beautiful. It was close to the concert we were in Boston to see. However they do not have vending machines for snacks or soda and the minibar prices were crazy. Bring your own snacks or be prepared to pay 9 dollars for a snickers.
Battery Wharf Hotel Boston is a really nice business hotel on the waterfront. Aaron at the front desk is terrific; friendly, good humored, and helpful. The room is spacious and the mattress feels great - not too firm and not too soft - with crisp white sheets. Bathroom is roomy, there is a nice high end espresso maker in the room, and the closet is spacious and unique - it opens from both the...
Super nice hotel on the water. The rooms are very nicely appointed. There's even a Nespresso coffee machine. Within walking distance to food and entertainment.
Great hotel with large rooms and really large bathrooms. Walkable to downtown (about 20 minutes away). Staff was very friendly. I'd stay there again.

Hotel is fine, but dated. Room was comfortable, but bathroom was awkward (no light switch inside bathroom??). Location great. WORST FOOD EVER!! I had the misfortune of eating breakfast there this morning. Waitstaff couldn't be less concerned about how I like my meal (it was inedible!). Spent $80 on food I couldn't eat. DON'T order the Eggs Benedict - the Hollandaise is horrible and the Canadian...
We stayed here for the Marathon. I honestly would like to give this place a low review just because of the awful smell of air fresheners pumped into all the common areas. I have asthma and am very sensitive to smells and suffered. However, the place is nice enough for a good review. We stayed in a Wicked Small Room which we didn’t mind as I like small cozy spaces. The bathroom is super small, if you...
I liked everything. Near the park, in the center
My stay for a conference was wonderful. I brought two teachers with me and the staff was super helpful in making sure the correct charges were applied to the right accounts from my school district. The staff was helpful and professional during the conference. And the doorman and bellmen were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying here. We had the conference grouo rate...
We had a great time visiting Boston and staying here. Gigi was awesome at the concierge desk. I don't go places that have a concierge very often and she was super approachable and awesome. She helped us get tickets for all the touristy stuff we wanted to do and sent up a nice present for our anniversary. The hotel itself was very nicely appointed and everyone we spoke with was nice and friendly. You...
While we were only there for one night, our stay was extremely enjoyable. The hotel was clean, well lit, the service was great. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Our room had blackout curtains which allowed is to sleep late, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, a very nice experience.

I didn't exactly have a bad time here, but I was very disappointed. I don't make a ton of money, and I saved for many months and took up many extra work hours for some extra cash. I had a nice weekend planned alone, I recognized the Sheraton name and saw the room prices and thought it was a nice glamorous place to treat myself at. I opted for the more expensive lake view room. The view was fantastic...
The lobby is very sophisticated and has a good aesthetic to it. This isn't a big complaint because it doesn't affect everyone but the scent they have going through the lobby is VERY strong. I actually liked the smell of it but I get migraines with intense smells and because I had to check in to get my keys it did give me a migraine. Again, I know that isn't everyone but I wanted to note it. - The front...
I stayed for 2 nights in August 2023. Bedding, shower, and room overall were acceptable. Hasn't been updated in many years so there's lots of wear and tear, but nothing problematic. Location is very good. Convenient to transit and walking distance from lots of interesting places. Environment was quiet. No complaints. Staff was a mixed bag. Some were very friendly and helpful. Others seemed annoyed...
Very spacious room, big windows, TV with big screen, silent and good room service. The hotel is connected to a mall with excellent boutiques and restaurants. in the winter time it is big plus! Great bed, lots of light, sofa, coffee table, good armchairs, etc. Comparatively the bathroom was small, but very good shower. Helpful concierge.
I did not stay in the rooms. The conference food was delicious and high scale. I had mix feelings about the meeting rooms in back bay. The chairs were too warm to sit in. The ac sometimes felt like it needed to be colder and most of the rooms were fine. Very nice location with access to public transportation
The club rooms have some of the best views of the city. While being cozy and clean, the staff was also rather professional and helpful. The workout rooms are some of the best iv used in a hotel. The only issue I has with my room was with the heating/cooling of my room. No matter what I set the thermostat to my room, the temperature remained at 80 degrees. Eventually I just turned the thermostat off...

Great room, "this works" toiletries which was really lovely, Yard Restaurant for breakfast was very good. Starbucks on site was a bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, Subway close by and shopping malls too.
I stayed at this hotel as a little kid around 1986 and had not returned since. When we see things as an adult that impressed us as children, we are often disappointed. This was not the case with the Boston Marriott. Of course the hotel has been modernized, but it’s amazing views and well maintained lobby are still something to remember. As a child, I remember being in awe of the team of custodians...
we went to the Marriott in Copley place. it is a very good location. the hotel is nice too. i think my only complaint is the valet parking at $69/day which is just crazy but i was too tired to self park the car after traveling half-way around the world. also they charge you $25 fee for whatever but if can be used for purchases in the hotel (like room service). that seems a bit of a rip-off too...
Great customer service and excellent location. My only caveat would be that if you do not need an adjoining room and are assigned one, perhaps ask for another as those doors even when closed allow full conversations to permeate. In my case, I could hear a young child close to midnight still refusing to go to bed, understandably excited to be in a room with a view overlooking the amazing city of Boston...
Enjoyed a wonderful stay here with my daughter for two nights as we explored the surrounding Boston area and all it had to offer. In the Back Bay. The rooms were extremely comfortable, clean and well lit, and a nice large TV. Housekeepers were very friendly on the floors and always said, good morning. The concierge was more than helpful and pointed us in the right direction whenever we needed some...
Location location location. Despite other hotels I've stayed in the city, it's hard to beat this location. It gives a lot of options for food, supermarket if you need it, the T is nearby, it's just the perfect location. The comfort of staying in a Marriott definitely always meets expectations. Beds are good, bathrooms are good (thanks for the large amenities!). Nice staff. It's all comfortable. Except...

Great hotel! Rooms and clean and staff are super helpful and friendly, especially Paul the bellman! Highly recommend. Also enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant.
Nice hotel. Great check in experience. Super housekeeping. Room made and stocked daily. The restaurant was superior. Breakfast was served professionally, hot, well prepared. Coffee was wonderful. Staff very attentive.
Very posh hotel. The valet service was quick and efficient. The W lounge has a fun atmosphere. Wait staff was friendly and very attentive. The check in employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful staff who were extremely efficient & friendly. Room was extremely clean and spacious, and the bathroom is pretty impressive. Good location near very nice streets, shops and restaurants. Parking is expensive on site, a bit cheaper just on the side. If you stay on the upper levels you have a fantastic view. Gold medal for the concierge team, they were the best at the hotel, cheers to the team.
really nice hotel but what attracted me was the servants and doormen, they really made a southern girl feel at home. Chuck was so good to my son that he cried when we left. Nice hotel, good rooms and nice river view if you get river view rooms. I wasn't a fan of the pillows. They fold up nice and fluffy and then flatten out when you rest your head on them for a little while. It was a lot of fun at the bar and the bar trades were awesome. Close to shopping center and close to other attractions. Would stay here again
Wow! Can't wait to go back! Got this hotel for a great price in .ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and am so happy I stayed at my favorite hotel for much less than I usually pay. Full disclosure; I give 5 stars to Alexandra, the bar manager. I can't fully comment on the hotel/other staff as I didn't stay at the hotel (I stayed across the street). The night I was there, Alexandra had about 500 things to do, but she literally did everything. Good job Westin, good hire. You need to promote people who work hard for you!
Beautiful newly renovated rooms!!! Excellent location and food within hotel and walking distance from Newbury and all the happening stuff. Staff seems new here but I've been here before and it was excellent. Bellman was no where to be seen. Front desk took a bit of time to find liquid body wash. Overall I would stay again

Great hotel located 7 minutes walk from Terminal A, connected from inside their hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious with great views. There is a restaurant on site with excellent food and drinks. They also have a breakfast cafe that serves a variety of food and drinks, as well as Starbucks coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay anytime.
I live nearby, but decided to stay at a hotel because my wife and I had an early flight the next morning. Stayed on a high floor on the skyline side of the building, very good view of the city and harbor. I saw some of the Delta planes coming in and out, and I was an aviation enthusiast, which was really cool. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had planned to walk to the terminal, but decided...
It’s a cool airport, of course, but the Liberty Prime that was coming out of there almost stepped on me.
A really nice place to stay. If you can you have to get a room that you can see Boston Harbor. They also have some good restaurants there. The only thing that was wrong was after dinner they said they were out of Boston Cream pie. You come to Boston and no Boston Cream Pie. What is that. That's like going to Texas and no barbecue or Mexican food.

This hotel was in a great location and we were within walking distance to the wharf and Faneuil Hall. There were many dining options nearby. The hotel room and bathroom were small, but that's expected in Boston.
Excellent customer service, and prime location, very accessible. Rooms are small, including the bathroom and the bulky furniture doesn’t help with spacing. But they’re COZY. Shower was amazing. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers and couples. Quiet nights and they have a nice fitness area. Restaurant & Starbucks in on-site.
Wonderfully warm and inviting hotel. Great location in the center of Boston within walking distance to everything. The staff was so amazing, especially Richard at the front desk. The room was immaculate and the bed super comfy. We've stayed in ultra-modern hotels around Boston and they just didn't feel the same, we felt like just another number. We truly felt at home at the Omni Parker House.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel after reading some other reviews. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. We got in at 3 AM and there was someone there waiting to check us in. Very historical location, and you can see that in the stunning decor. There was no real view from the room I got. The rooms are well equipped, with a hair dryer, a large safe, coffee maker, iron, and ironing board. No fridge or microwave, however. We recently stayed at the Marriott Long Wharf in Boston, and I must say, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and perfectly located along the waterfront. The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to everything. You can walk to restaurants, museums and harbor tours. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Just a little noisy, especially around the elevators. The food at the Waterline Restaurant is very good. Felipe is a great server and Meaghan the bartender is delightful.
I can’t complain about this place. It’s in an excellent location, with convenient exchange services, clean and spacious rooms, and stunning views of both the water and the city. The pool is classy and a fun spot for photos. The workout room is well-sized and well-equipped. Additionally, the lobby bar offers great service and delicious drinks.

Great view from Floor 24! Amazing gym! One of my favorite Marriotts. Lovely staff. The location is fantastic; you can walk, rent a bike and have lots of restaurant choices. (Picture taken from my hotel room window.)
They definitely try. The room is small. The small footprint is not unique for a city hotel but the low stepped ceilings made it feel even smaller. I’m 5ft 5inches tall (basketball was never in my future) and could touch the ceiling….it’s overpriced for what you get but convenient to the MIT Sloan building. The staff was awesome awesome (double awesome).

The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern, but what really made our stay was Norma at the front desk. This hotel has a great location and could be a wonderful experience, but the service was not good on our trip. I joined a friend at the end of a 2-week stay for a conference. Staff is friendly they deserve 5 stars , EXCEPT for housekeeping. The rooms are so small and not super clean. I had to wipe everything down. I went into the bathroom and there was 1 set of towels not including wash cloth. I heard housekeeping outside my door so I asked her for some towels and she said we don't have anything except for hand towels and floor towels. 🤔 She just dismissed me . I was on...
Perfect stay! Staff was nice and smiled when they greeted us. Room was very nice for the price we paid for, and was a quick drive from South Station. Would absolutely stay again!

Excellent location, convenient for city but also airport. Very reasonably priced.
Excellent all the way around. Further from downtown area then a lot of hotels, but is very conveniently located next to the World Trade Center subway station. A quick 5-minute ride and you're downtown. Also, the whole Seaport district is being built up and over the next couple years will be completely transformed. Definitely worth checking out!
This was the best hotel room I've stayed in yet. My husband and I were in town for a convention at BCEC and it was so easy to walk there and so easy to walk to a lot of places to eat. The bed was comfy, the room was gorgeous, I loved the shower and the fact that there were shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall ... I can't say enough good about this place!
Amazing hotel, especially for the price! Room was very nice and upscale, along with the rest of the hotel. Our stay was perfect and the hotel is in an amazing location near really good restaurants! Would highly recommend the Seaport Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Boston!
Solid hotel experience. They do a lot of cool sustainability stuff (like having recycling in the rooms and implementing biophilia in their design.) You can also watch Netflix and other movie services in the room if you have your own account. They have a really nice gym and a lap swimming pool. It's conveniently located across the bridge from the convention center. It's give more stars, but the room...
Wonderfully accommodating staff. The room was spotless, the linens were clean, very comfortable bed. The rooms usually have a small desk area which is great for catching up on work. The only thing the room was lacking was a mini fridge that could hold more than two water bottles and the wifi can be spotty.
