Wonderfully accommodating staff. The room was spotless, the linens were clean, very comfortable bed. The rooms usually have a small desk area which is great for catching up on work. WiFi is still being charged for Hilton Honors members! Instead I"Hotspot" my phone and was running at a higher rate than the hotels Premium levels! In today's world, there should not be a charge for membership. Perhaps a reduction in fees to pull additional members would be a better path. Also move up to a much better setup for today users.

Second time staying here for the weekend. I love what they did with the lobby renovation. Spacious room with great view of the Charles River. You can easily find free parking on Vassar street and it’s free for the whole weekend. Bed is comfortable, room is spacious, tv is massive. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and outdoor area with loungers. Fitness room is off of the swimming pool area. The room is small but okay. It’s fun with the iPad controller. The view is amazing, kinda surprise a bit. The staff is helpful and friendly, nice common area. Location is great, right on the North Station and have everything around.

Solid hotel: modern, rooms are small but have everything you need and they're clean. They're also fun, with nice touches like blackout shades, plenty of outlets/charging areas and lighting options. Food options are also solid if not expansive. The neighborhood is slightly dodgy but easy access to cabs and public transport. The staff are really friendly and helpful as well.

What an incredible location! Nestled between the airport and the harbor, the views are absolutely priceless. It’s the perfect escape, offering both convenience and breathtaking scenery. Every time I’m in Boston, I make it a point to return to my favorite spot — the Hyatt. It’s simply a must!

For an airport hotel, the location was fabulous. I happen to be there during a supermoon in September and caught a picture of the Moon setting in the morning. The night view from the room was impressive. Pretty much kept the blinds open. There's a paved path that goes around the harbor. The restaurant offers a vegan option for dinner which was a nice surprise.

We get a $20 dinner voucher and a couple of water bottles every day. 5 minutes drive from the Boston airport and we get free shuttle service to and from the airport.
