Very spacious room, big windows, TV with big screen, silent and good room service. The hotel is connected to a mall with excellent boutiques and restaurants. in the winter time it is big plus! we went to the Marriott in Copley place. it is a very good location. the hotel is nice too. i think my only complaint is the valet parking at $69/day which is just crazy but i was too tired to self park the car after traveling half-way around the world. also they charge you $25 fee for whatever but if can be used for purchases in the hotel (like room service). that seems a bit of a rip-off too...

My only caveat would be that if you do not need an adjoining room and are assigned one, perhaps ask for another as those doors even when closed allow full conversations to permeate. They definitely try. The room is small. The small footprint is not unique for a city hotel but the low stepped ceilings made it feel even smaller. I’m 5ft 5inches tall (basketball was never in my future) and could touch the ceiling….it’s overpriced for what you get but convenient to the MIT Sloan building. This was the best hotel room I've stayed in yet. My husband and I were in town for a convention at BCEC and it was so easy to walk there and so easy to walk to a lot of places to eat. Wonderfully accommodating staff. The room was spotless, the linens were clean, very comfortable bed. The rooms usually have a small desk area which is great for catching up on work. The only thing the room was lacking was a mini fridge that could hold more than two water bottles and the wifi can be spotty.

Comfort, class, and style. The location is ideal in Boston with easy access to a plethora of restaurants, great running trails by the water and the Commons. The staff is the highlight of the Colonnade. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Orlando in particular went above and beyond to improve my experience upon arrival and address the noise issue from another guest. The rooms were very clean and well updated. The location is good for exploring downtown Boston.

The Colonnade was right across the Prudential Center and provided easy access to the convention center. The Duck Tours was near the hotel and allowed the group to do sight seeing. The rooms were clean and they provided free water bottles. The mini fridge was great to keep drinks cool and the TV had all the basic channels to make sure I didn't miss out on my nightly shows.

What a cheerful hotel. The Old Town Trolley has a stop right in front of the hotel that provides a 2hr tour of Boston complete with options to tour at all 19 stops. Second time staying here for the weekend. I love what they did with the lobby renovation. Spacious room with great view of the Charles River. You can easily find free parking on Vassar street and it’s free for the whole weekend. Overall a great stay. If you haven’t been in a while there are some changes to the lobby and restaurant. The restaurant was disappointing with a very limited menu and so so food. Bed is comfortable, room is spacious, tv is massive. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and outdoor area with loungers. Fitness room is off of the swimming pool area. The lobby has a store with snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. Parking is hourly with the option of valet. Overnight parking is $40. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Attended a musical performance here on a Thursday night, such a great atmosphere here! Drinks and food were fabulous, staff friendly, and musical performances SO good. Plenty of street and garage parking here. Hotel is located right across from the lawn on D. Can't wait to come back.

The aesthetics are great, the service and the staff are great, modern and cozy rooms, except that we could hear, as clear as day, the conversations had in the room next to us on the left and on the right. Could barely sleep as both independent rooms were noisy at different parts of the evening through early morning. Hotel is at an ideal location: a super calm, safe, and modern part of the city. Very walkable to any tourist spots. The rooms are very modern and clean.
