Sheraton Hotel, Boston1 / 50
8.3
Boston, 39 Dalton Street 🧭 Map
I didn't exactly have a bad time here, but I was very disappointed. I don't make a ton of money, and I saved for many months and took up many extra work hours for some extra cash. I had a nice weekend planned alone, I recognized the Sheraton name and saw the room prices and thought it was a nice glamorous place to treat myself at. I opted for the more expensive lake view room. The view was fantastic...
The lobby is very sophisticated and has a good aesthetic to it. This isn't a big complaint because it doesn't affect everyone but the scent they have going through the lobby is VERY strong. I actually liked the smell of it but I get migraines with intense smells and because I had to check in to get my keys it did give me a migraine. Again, I know that isn't everyone but I wanted to note it. - The front...
I stayed for 2 nights in August 2023. Bedding, shower, and room overall were acceptable. Hasn't been updated in many years so there's lots of wear and tear, but nothing problematic. Location is very good. Convenient to transit and walking distance from lots of interesting places. Environment was quiet. No complaints. Staff was a mixed bag. Some were very friendly and helpful. Others seemed annoyed...
Very spacious room, big windows, TV with big screen, silent and good room service. The hotel is connected to a mall with excellent boutiques and restaurants. in the winter time it is big plus! Great bed, lots of light, sofa, coffee table, good armchairs, etc. Comparatively the bathroom was small, but very good shower. Helpful concierge.
I did not stay in the rooms. The conference food was delicious and high scale. I had mix feelings about the meeting rooms in back bay. The chairs were too warm to sit in. The ac sometimes felt like it needed to be colder and most of the rooms were fine. Very nice location with access to public transportation
The club rooms have some of the best views of the city. While being cozy and clean, the staff was also rather professional and helpful. The workout rooms are some of the best iv used in a hotel. The only issue I has with my room was with the heating/cooling of my room. No matter what I set the thermostat to my room, the temperature remained at 80 degrees. Eventually I just turned the thermostat off...

Great room, "this works" toiletries which was really lovely, Yard Restaurant for breakfast was very good. Starbucks on site was a bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, Subway close by and shopping malls too.
I stayed at this hotel as a little kid around 1986 and had not returned since. When we see things as an adult that impressed us as children, we are often disappointed. This was not the case with the Boston Marriott. Of course the hotel has been modernized, but it’s amazing views and well maintained lobby are still something to remember. As a child, I remember being in awe of the team of custodians...
we went to the Marriott in Copley place. it is a very good location. the hotel is nice too. i think my only complaint is the valet parking at $69/day which is just crazy but i was too tired to self park the car after traveling half-way around the world. also they charge you $25 fee for whatever but if can be used for purchases in the hotel (like room service). that seems a bit of a rip-off too...
Great customer service and excellent location. My only caveat would be that if you do not need an adjoining room and are assigned one, perhaps ask for another as those doors even when closed allow full conversations to permeate. In my case, I could hear a young child close to midnight still refusing to go to bed, understandably excited to be in a room with a view overlooking the amazing city of Boston...
Enjoyed a wonderful stay here with my daughter for two nights as we explored the surrounding Boston area and all it had to offer. In the Back Bay. The rooms were extremely comfortable, clean and well lit, and a nice large TV. Housekeepers were very friendly on the floors and always said, good morning. The concierge was more than helpful and pointed us in the right direction whenever we needed some...
Location location location. Despite other hotels I've stayed in the city, it's hard to beat this location. It gives a lot of options for food, supermarket if you need it, the T is nearby, it's just the perfect location. The comfort of staying in a Marriott definitely always meets expectations. Beds are good, bathrooms are good (thanks for the large amenities!). Nice staff. It's all comfortable. Except...

The Westin Seaport District Hotel, Boston1 / 50
Boston, 425 Summer Street 🧭 Map
Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch. The parking garage was convenient and the elevator transported you right to the lobby. Great location for access to shopping, dining, and exploring Boston.
This review is all about the valet staff at the Westin Seaport. They are FANTASTIC! Despite the fact it was a holiday weekend with a convention at the hotel and a boat show right next door, they had everything running smoothly and quickly. It was easy unloading the car and the gentlemen working were very pleasant. They didn't make me feel rushed or that I was in the way. I had the same terrific...
I stayed here for a conference right there in the adjacent conference center, and for that goal, the hotel was great. There is a hallway one can take that connects the hotel to the conference center, so everything is quite smooth. The hotel also has a couple of limited-but-ok lunch eating options inside (with a bar) and a Starbucks. The rooms were quite spacious, TV was modern, cleaning service was...
Great location and hotel, right next to the convention center. Rooms are of decent size and comfortable.
Great Location. The lobby makes you think you're in an upscale 5 star hotel. The rooms are clean and adequate but leave something left to be desired. The restaurant downstairs only serves breakfast Thu-Sun which is unacceptable.
Very disappointed in my stay here. Arrived in the room with the air conditioning completely off in the middle of July. I've never experienced that. Went to take a shower and had one towel. One. When I requested more the hotel said they ran out. .... They ran out of towels. The valet gave us the car without the key. We drove to our destination and realized that it was not on the vehicle. The valet had...

N1 choice to stay in whenever in Boston
Great location and the room was very big my only complaint is that the pipes in the bathroom were very noisy and continuously making noise the entire stay. But a great location!
Room is nice. Front desk is helpful.
Good option for downtown Boston.
Quite a nice hotel but super busy. There is a big park nearby for early morning run. The lacation is great, quite a few restaurants and coffee shops nearby
Really not that great for the price, it’s a very old building in the city centre, so it’s a little small and feels old too. Location is amazing, service is decent and overall clean. Resort fee is quite expensive and it includes a small daily non stackable voucher for use at restaurant which is not very useful.

Above and Beyond Hospitality—Josh Made My Stay Unforgettable! 🌆❤️🎉 I attended an executive education program at the Dartmouth Tuck School of Business and had to stay overnight since no flights were available that same day. I decided to use the time for a Saturday working meeting with a colleague I was finally meeting in person after three years. When I arrived at the hotel, Josh was incredibly kind...
Overall good experience. The service was good and location can't be beat if you're flying in and out of Logan airport. The issue I had with the room is that it was incredibly dusty. I had black pants laid out to wear the next day and in the morning there was a layer of white dust on them. My phone and devices also had dust on them after the night. I looked at the chair in the room and it was coated...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Hilton Boston Logan Airport is incredibly convenient, especially for early flights or quick layovers. It’s directly connected to the terminals and offers a complimentary shuttle service, making it super easy to get to and from the airport. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and provide a quiet place to rest after a long travel day. One thing to keep in mind, though, is the parking rates...
Liked it! Would happily stay again. Room with two queen beds had loads of space and usual amenities. We loved being far from the elevator and never heard aircraft at all. Restaurant was expensive but the food was good and service fine. Lobby is enormous and the gym/pool are better than expected.
Great location, very clean. Very nice, helpful staff.
Clean, calm. A good rest for a couple of nights

Nice property, but beware of overbooking I arrived late 11:30pm and the hotel oversold their rooms and did not have a room for me. They sent me to the Westin down the way, which walking 4 blocks to another hotel in the middle of the night was frustrating and annoying. I was able to check in the next morning and enjoyed the remainder of my stay.
We only stayed one night to go to an event but the hotel was very nice. The beds were soft and dining options were plentiful. Nice to have a food credit!
Would definitely stay again, bit out of town but with excellent transport links to downtown no problem with a great walk around harbour.
I booked well in advance and then received a room with a corner building view just looking at the corner of the building next door. It was but worth the cost at all. Bathroom is dated.
I will come back. Perfect!! Very clean and big room, big window to nice city view, great gym space, smooth check-in & -out and much more reasonable price compared to the other ones in Boston… Perfect!
Fantastic room service food We all know room service food is usually kind of 'meh." Not so here. Everything was delicious and we were so exhausted there was no chance we were going out. Note that if you're usually a bargain shopper and you decide to splurge, this is DEFINITELY the sort of place where you need to carry cash for tips.

I stayed here on a business trip. I was here for an early check in and, unfortunately was not able to be accommodated due to full booking the night before. My luggage was delivered directly to my room. The rooms were well maintained and clean. I...
Great. Cool corporate hotel. loved it. Interesting inner courtyard going on with indoor room balconies which are strange but fun. Glass elevators. Beautiful views. River walk out the back with bunnies galore. Too many bunnies...had to be dozens, it was scary, cute and amazing.
Beautiful hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the views of the river from the rooms are immaculate. The restaurants are very good, and the service and staff at the front desk and restaurant are cordial and attentive. My one issue is the location to downtown Boston. There is no hotel shuttle so you have to drive 15 - 20 minutes to get downtown, and parking in Boston is very expensive. As...
Second time staying here for the weekend. I love what they did with the lobby renovation. Spacious room with great view of the Charles River. You can easily find free parking on Vassar street and it’s free for the whole weekend. The only down side is when there is a wedding going on, the elevator wait can get very long even there are 4 elevators. Aside from that, when we finally got to the first floor...
Overall a great stay. If you haven’t been in a while there are some changes to the lobby and restaurant. The restaurant was disappointing with a very limited menu and so so food. We had planned to have dinner there, so made do with the small menu. Our waitresses were great. Room service is no longer available which was a disappointment. The service attitude is very good. The hotel has a history of more than 100 years. The great British writer Charles Dickens once stayed here for three months during his visit to the United States.
This hotel was brilliant. The location is amazing, right next to the common and many other attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of history. My teens were very excited to be sleeping across the hall from room 303 but no ghosts were seen 😄. Creme pies were delicious.
Very famous hotel, full every day, excellent location, downstairs is the Michelin restaurant, bar and the City Hall History Museum
The room is not big and the facilities are simple. But it is clean and sanitary. The service is OK. It is located in the city center, close to large supermarkets and many restaurants around. The price is very suitable compared to other hotels

Good location. Nice huge tv. Comfortable mattress. Friendly staffs. But sound proof is not as good as expected. There was an instant weird noise in the early morning, sounding like from upstairs. I made...
We had an amazing stay at this hotel over the weekend! I let them know we were celebrating our Anniversary, as well as Mother's Day, and they made sure we were well taken care of. My travel plans fell through last minute and I had to book a room at the Hyatt same day for a 9 day stay. Charlie was so incredible to work with and helped me make a reservation. He went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and completely turned my day around with his kindness. The room was great and very comfortable.
This hotel was pretty clean and housekeeping was great. It was a little worn/outdated. The location was excellent. I did encounter an issue during my stay and manager Molly McDonald was excellent. She listened to me, had empathy, worked on my issue, and followed up with me appropriately. I would stay here again!
Great hotel in central location, near Boston Common and Chinatown. We stayed here for 3 nights and very pleased with the service and room. Charlie at the front desk is great with interacting with kids. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was also great. The rooms are large, clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel and will return if in town.
Sparkling Pure, elegant and truly an unforgettable experience. I would say that the hotel is quite conveniently located. The restaurant staff was AMAZING and seriously took care of everything you needed during your meal. The lobby was clean and easy to navigate. The location was perfect- Walkability was a 10/10. The rooms are awkward. I get the vision and knew to some degree what to expect- but small details missing that I became acutely aware of- no place to hang a towel, really no place for a suitcase- super weird lighting. Service was good my challenge was the self service concept. Clearly wasn’t working as described since everyone had to be in line. Hospitality...
The property was in a great area and perfectly walkable location. We were able to accomplish so much of our itinerary nearby. The Seaport Wonderland was open too, which I highly recommend walking over if you’re there for the holidays. It’s very festive with many local vendors, amazing crafts, good food and drinks. Staff at the hotel was amazing, particularly Anthony, who checked us in and seemed to...
Centrally located in the Seaport Area of Boston and convenient to so much. There are things that I really liked about the hotel and some things that were just okay. The rooms are nice and clean and a good size for one to two people. The larger room, which we had, and thought it would be good for 3, but it was just okay in that department. The shower is a little weird in how you had to turn it on...
Hotel is at an ideal location: a super calm, safe, and modern part of the city. Very walkable to any tourist spots. The rooms are very modern and clean. The rooms and lounge area are however very small, which some people may dislike. However, the cost is also lower than most other hotels that provide the same level of comfort. If you want a bigger room, just pay more somewhere else. I highly recommend...
What a beautiful hotel! The rooms are on the smaller side but once you're in them it's like your own little cocoon. The style is very modern & minimalistic. It was an amazing experience and the customer service is great! Also don't forget to make a reservation for the rooftop restaurant!

Marriott Hotel, the quality is guaranteed as always. The hotel is clean, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the breakfast is relatively rich. The hotel facilities are first-class, the lobby is bright, and there are sports equipment
PS: I clearly requested a quiet room, but I don't know why they gave me a room near the elevator? There were too many people coming in and out of the elevator, so it was too noisy. I didn't sleep well, and the service was not very good. The hardware is probably at the level of Samsung in China.
It's a good time in the hotel.
The location is very good, convenient for travel, the room is clean, tidy and comfortable, very satisfied, I will stay here again next time
Good breakfast menu, other than that, I would like to say everything is normal.
Very good hotel, right next to the MIT Science Museum, with a subway station downstairs, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets for shopping. The room is very cozy. Next to it is the Google office building with complete facilities. It is great to meet with teachers and friends. It is also very convenient to Harvard, just two subway stops away. We stayed here in the run up to the Boston Marathon over five nights. The hotel staff were amazing. Polite, courteous and professional. We really enjoyed staying here - the location is right on the harbour side and close to restaurants, transport hubs and the airport.
Clean, new rooms. Convenient location. Walkable safe area. Comfortable mattress. Would highly recommend! We even tried the brunch buffet downstairs and while it was a little pricey it was great! We can't wait to go back again. Easy check in and check out.
This hotel is a good bargain for a quiet, high quality hotel. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the atmosphere was elegant with a huge display of fresh flowers in the lobby. The area is very walkable. The only drawback was that it was not particularly convenient to the T.
Nice rooms, ocean view is beautiful! We had a corner room and it felt very private. Concierge was amazing, took the time to show us lots of options. We did valet parking but there is an option to self park, no designated parking lot tho. There’s a breakfast buffet on the weekend with lots of options: gluten free, vegetarian, vegan. The lobby and common areas are great but the rooms are outdated compared to others. My room had stained on the tub surround and burn holes in the furniture. The staff was great and friendly. Location is good for walking the area.
It was a girls trip for my best friends birthday the day we checked in and we had a few minor issues with the room and I called down to the front desk and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs by sending up a complimentary bottle of champagne and wine glasses and chocolates plus they waved the hotel $35 resort fee for us, they sent the house cleaning up to clean our room and sent up a...
Came here with my husband as a tag along while he was at a conference. This swanky hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The area has many great restaurants and theaters. The room had a balcony, which I loved. The wifi was pretty good, and i loved walking out the door and being within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, stores, and sights. The staff was on top of...
I found that this was a 3 star hotel in a 5 star location. Location can almost not be beat, so close to everything you need! But the hotel itself is fairly mediocre. Dated rooms and hallways, polite but not friendly staff, strange things like no mini fridges in the rooms, you could hear the toilet flush next door or people having conversations. All in all a good stay but not up to my expectations for...
Comfort, class, and style. The location is ideal in Boston with easy access to a plethora of restaurants, great running trails by the water and the Commons. The rooms are very comfortable, all with balconies. The hotel has a classy modern feel while still being cozy. The rooftop bar attracts a lot people on the weekends. A gym is more than adequate for most people.

Very good hotel and comfortable. The room is very clean and cool.
This hotel is a mixed bag. Room had an air conditioner unit that sounded like a jet engine and I think the thermostat didn't work correctly. My room had a full height window between the sleeping area and the shower + toilet area. Most of the window except the top-most foot or two was opaque but you could still stand next to it and peek into the shower - a very odd design. Bring paper and tape to...
Enjoyed my stay at aloft, seaport, location and view are the best part. Second call out is great staff and new amenities. What I found odd is that they don’t have active buffet breakfast, it needs to be ordered. Overall great place for business or vacation stay at Boston seaport area.
Aloft Boston Seaport has a modern, trendy vibe and a great location in the Seaport District, making it a convenient place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with a fun, contemporary aesthetic. The lobby and common areas also have a cool, social atmosphere, which adds to the experience. That said, the price doesn’t quite match the accommodations. While the stay was enjoyable...
I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service during my stay, thanks to Miguel. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. His friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor made a world of difference. Whether it was providing helpful local recommendations, answering all my questions with a smile, or ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible...
Staff members are helpful. Close to airport and some restaurants. Convenient location. Room is clean and quite big.
