The location is great, in a very nice and central part of town with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Also not very far from the airport so convenient when flying in and out of town. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and check-in / out was simple and fast. The room was comfortable and basic. They have the option of 2 beds in the room so can sleep 2 adults and 2 kids if required.

Very quiet and comfortable room in a great central location. Opening windows, automatic temperature control, soundproofing and beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows made this a great place! I loved the rooftop pool and the food/drinks were great. Parking is very easy and the hotel is right on the green line. The coffee maker was a blast, but everything else was great!

Nice hotel in Boston, right near the Prudential Center. Nice small rooftop pool, friendly staff and reasonably priced. The attached restaurant is a little pricey for what you get, but there's a lot going on in this city.

The staff is the highlight of the Colonnade. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Orlando in particular went above and beyond to improve my experience upon arrival and address the noise issue from another guest. The rooms were very clean and well updated. The location is good for exploring downtown Boston.

The Colonnade was right across the Prudential Center and provided easy access to the convention center. The Duck Tours was near the hotel and allowed the group to do sight seeing. The rooms were clean and they provided free water bottles. The mini fridge was great to keep drinks cool and the TV had all the basic channels to make sure I didn't miss out on my nightly shows.

What a cheerful hotel. The Old Town Trolley has a stop right in front of the hotel that provides a 2hr tour of Boston complete with options to tour at all 19 stops. The green line T train station stops at Prudential which is exactly at the front of the hotel. Roof top pool, weight room on the 5th floor, it's own restaurant and much more! Enjoy!

Awesome experience both times(November 2020/July2021. Stayed in the presidential suite. Much better rate than it's competing neighbor hotels. View is spectacular. Room is meticulously maintained. It's proximity to the heart of the north end is second to none.

Excellent hotel and the bed was comfortable enough for me to sleep on! The harbor was beautiful. It was close to the concert we were in Boston to see. Pretty good hotel, amazing place, 7 minutes walk to the ocean side with a lot of restaurants. Pool and hot tube is heated so even in winter it's amazing to relax a little after a day. Rooms are pretty big, clean and have decent view. A lot of outlets around the room including USB-A so you can charge all the stuff you have with you.

A really nice place to stay. If you can you have to get a room that you can see Boston Harbor. They also have some good restaurants there. The only thing that was wrong was after dinner they said they were out of Boston Cream pie. You come to Boston and no Boston Cream Pie. What is that. They definitely try. The room is small. The small footprint is not unique for a city hotel but the low stepped ceilings made it feel even smaller. I’m 5ft 5inches tall (basketball was never in my future) and could touch the ceiling….it’s overpriced for what you get but convenient to the MIT Sloan building. This hotel has a great location and could be a wonderful experience, but the service was not good on our trip. I joined a friend at the end of a 2-week stay for a conference. The AC unit leaked onto my bed during the night. Maintenance fixed it, but no one changed the sheets. I think this could be a great hotel, but they might have some hiring issues right now.

Location is great and if you get a balcony view, it's a great overlook of the river. The room itself was fine. There were some nice touches and the bed was pretty comfy. Very happy with our stay. Booked a big corner room with a view over the city, travelling with two kids. Met friendly staff in the lobby and during breakfast. The hotel is well located, close to subways, Common and Public garden and shopping streets. Me and my family had a lovely stay!

Staff is friendly they deserve 5 stars , EXCEPT for housekeeping. The rooms are so small and not super clean. I had to wipe everything down. I went into the bathroom and there was 1 set of towels not including wash cloth. I heard housekeeping outside my door so I asked her for some towels and she said we don't have anything except for hand towels and floor towels. 🤔 She just dismissed me . I was on...

Perfect stay! Staff was nice and smiled when they greeted us. Room was very nice for the price we paid for, and was a quick drive from South Station. Would absolutely stay again!

Excellent all the way around. Further from downtown area then a lot of hotels, but is very conveniently located next to the World Trade Center subway station. A quick 5-minute ride and you're downtown. Also, the whole Seaport district is being built up and over the next couple years will be completely transformed. Definitely worth checking out!

This was the best hotel room I've stayed in yet. My husband and I were in town for a convention at BCEC and it was so easy to walk there and so easy to walk to a lot of places to eat. The bed was comfy, the room was gorgeous, I loved the shower and the fact that there were shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall ... I can't say enough good about this place!

Amazing hotel, especially for the price! Room was very nice and upscale, along with the rest of the hotel. Our stay was perfect and the hotel is in an amazing location near really good restaurants! Would highly recommend the Seaport Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Boston!

Solid hotel experience. They do a lot of cool sustainability stuff (like having recycling in the rooms and implementing biophilia in their design.) You can also watch Netflix and other movie services in the room if you have your own account. They have a really nice gym and a lap swimming pool. Wonderfully accommodating staff. The room was spotless, the linens were clean, very comfortable bed. The rooms usually have a small desk area which is great for catching up on work. The only thing the room was lacking was a mini fridge that could hold more than two water bottles and the wifi can be spotty.
