Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch

Waited at the restaurant, 7 minutes before the hostess entered the hostess station to seat us for breakfast

There is a hallway one can take that connects the hotel to the conference center, so everything is quite smooth. The hotel also has a couple of limited-but-ok lunch eating options inside (with a bar) and a Starbucks

The lobby makes you think you're in an upscale 5 star hotel. The rooms are clean and adequate but leave something left to be desired. The restaurant downstairs only serves breakfast Thu-Sun which is unacceptable

The surrounding area is going through a renovation and it is looking quite nice, with plenty of shops and restaurants. It is only a 15-min bus ride from the airport, so quite convenient

I will come back. Perfect!! Very clean and big room, big window to nice city view, great gym space, smooth check-in & -out and much more reasonable price compared to the other ones in Boston… Perfect!

Fantastic room service food We all know room service food is usually kind of 'meh. Everything was delicious and we were so exhausted there was no chance we were going out

We only stayed one night to go to an event but the hotel was very nice. The beds were soft and dining options were plentiful. Nice to have a food credit!

Would definitely stay again, bit out of town but with excellent transport links to downtown no problem with a great walk around harbour.

I booked well in advance and then received a room with a corner building view just looking at the corner of the building next door. It was but worth the cost at all. Bathroom is dated.

Note that if you're usually a bargain shopper and you decide to splurge, this is DEFINITELY the sort of place where you need to carry cash for tips

The hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of fresh flowers, and the view of the seaport was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again

Drinks are fine too but honestly not worth it, way better bars in the area. The location is great for walking around the seaport

We had a great experience here. They had wonderful kid programming like crafts, slime labs and games. Joe from the pool made my kids week and Gigi at reception was lovely. Convenient location and great amenities.

Would highly recommend! We even tried the brunch buffet downstairs and while it was a little pricey it was great! We can't wait to go back again

Boston Marriott Long Wharf hotel is amazing. My brother got married there this weekend July 17th 2021 and The Wedding Planner did an amazing job on his wedding

So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again

Last minute reservation, fast check in, received a room upgrade when offered to join the Sonesta program. Very nice staff. The room was excellent, very clean and well presented. Highly recommend.

Second time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends

Very good. The facilities are a bit old. The room is a bit unsoundproof, but everything else is ok.

Oh forgot to mention, get a river view room, it's surely worth the price difference

They unilaterally preauthorize pet cleaning fees for service animals in violation of the ADA. Beginning deposit was 75, the preauthorize total became 161 approximately, or an 86 dollar arbitrary additional fee

It's a good place to stay when you go out with friends. It's my first time staying in this hotel. There is an oceanarium next to it, and it's not far from Chinatown

It was a girls trip for my best friends birthday the day we checked in and we had a few minor issues with the room and I called down to the front desk and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs by sending up a complimentary bottle of champagne and wine glasses and chocolates plus they waved the hotel $35 resort fee for us, they sent the house cleaning up to clean our room and sent up a...

I was impressed at how quickly they handled the situation after I called. Everything worked out perfectly they did a great job overall. Also we spent time at the rooftop bar and it was fun and had beautiful views

Came here with my husband as a tag along while he was at a conference. This swanky hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The area has many great restaurants and theaters

The room had a balcony, which I loved. The wifi was pretty good, and i loved walking out the door and being within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, stores, and sights

Aloft Boston Seaport has a modern, trendy vibe and a great location in the Seaport District, making it a convenient place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with a fun, contemporary aesthetic

Relatively simple hotel, the lobby is like an ordinary restaurant, the surrounding of the hotel feels very remote, and it is not a walking distance from the city center attractions, which is really disappointing.

The hotel and rooms were clean, although more on the level of a Holiday Inn than a Hyatt. Bar and breakfast were both good

Overall clean, a little noisy, the hotel is old

The location was very good, we could walk to Downtown which was good because we didn't spend money on transportation, the pool is small, the accommodation prices are very high, I feel that it is a good option if you need to stay near Downtown

The hotel closest to Massachusetts General Hospital, since 2017, has held meetings here every year and left a deep impression

The service is warm and proactive, and I checked in early, which also helped me avoid the fee

This hotel has a very good location and a great view. Breakfast is ordered and it is quite satisfactory. The only small regret is that the door lock broke on the last night, which almost delayed my return home, hahahaha

The gym is brand new and has a nice sauna steamroom and golf screen. Food is amazing as well, best clam chowder Ive ever had in the north east. Would gladly recommend this place to friends n family

This is one of the most cohesive hotels I have ever been to! Each team of the hotel is perfection from housekeeping to food (better than many of the restaurants off site) service, they don't miss a beat! The location is great for walking around Boston and the view from the 16th floor is breathtaking

The disadvantage is that it is too close to the road, the noise is too loud, and the sleep is affected. The hotel's environmental protection concept is very clear. Cleaning is done once every two days

The room is clean and hygienic, and the transportation is convenient, but it is a bit far from the red and orange line subways, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Good location next to main road and it was too easy to walk to whole foods for snacks. I'd happily stay here again if I come back to Boston

This hotel was very convenient from Logan. The one downside is parking, which, granted, is a nightmare in Boston in general. I jokingly said to my wife that parking would probably be $50 bucks

Front desk was amazing! Very hospitable, giving us restaurant suggestions. Rooms were spacious and clean, a bit dark, beds extremely comfortable, no microwave or breakfast included

There are no slippers, toothbrushes and bottled water in the standard package, which need to be asked from the front desk

Amazing stay and great location! The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, we had to make a last minute change to our booking which they had no problems with! I absolutely love this hotel - and have just stayed for the second time in as many months. Everything is honestly perfect, the rooms are perfectly clean and spacious and the bed is incredibly comfortable

There are also so many personal touches including the turn-down service, toffees, coffee by reception, lovely restaurant with great variety, complementary water to name just a few things

I love the food and drinks at the bar and restaurant, and the cleanliness and amenities in the room are 10/10. Lovely views, very comfortable beds and killer morning cappuccinos

I always enjoy Mandarin Oriental properties, and this one happens to be around the corner from where I live! The spa is hands down the best in Boston, and the restaurant, Bar Boulud is quite tasty as well.

Only visited the spa for a massage on a girls day with my mom and sister - Did not stay overnight. The spa is very clean and relaxing. The blankets in the waiting room are so nice

But, the SERVICE is remarkable! The entire staff gets an A+! The Concierge Team were unbelievably professional, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and perfect! Corey Lopez and the whole team behind the front desk to the staff we encountered just passing through the hallways were so friendly and professional

Excellent service with the perfect location. Big comfortable rooms. However I do miss the welcome cookies. They used to serve tea/coffee and a delicious cookie when you first check into your room.

Music theme hotel, good service

I booked my 2-night, 3-day stay at Hampton Inn Logan Airport Chelsea through Priceline and got a really good price for the stay. The room was spacious and had a microwave and a refrigerator

There is $20/day parking fee, but this hotel definitely delivered service beyond my expectations in every aspect! Staying there made my short stay in Boston even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Kevin at the front desk was awesome, He mad us feel like we were at the Ritz Carlton. Hopefully he stays in the hotel business because he has a bright future ahead. Colleen the manager was very helpful as well

In addition to that, they had a full on breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and all the works! A shuttle was available from and to the airport. The personnel were all very nice and helpful

We had been traveling for 2 days due to delayed flights/ missing connection. We were beyond exhausted, traveling w kids. Anthony at the front desk went above and beyond. That’s exactly what we needed

It was very clean in every corner. The king bed had clean and really white sheets and extra comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom was spacious and had really white towels

The Room was excellent with a large screen TV. The water taxi is located directly behind the hotel for quick access across the harbor. The restaurant and bar was very beautiful and also with an amazing harbor view

The bed was big and the room was clean. I called room service to send two toothbrushes and two pairs of slippers. The first time I waited for three hours, I got a pair of slippers and a toothbrush

The hotel is close to the airport and you can use the supporting facilities of the airport, but there are no other restaurants or shops near the hotel. The hotel provides shuttle to and from the airport

What an incredible location! Nestled between the airport and the harbor, the views are absolutely priceless. It’s the perfect escape, offering both convenience and breathtaking scenery

The hotel lobby has an unbeatable sea view. The food in the lobby restaurant is also very good. The signature dish Boston lobster roll is recommended

The front desk service is good, and they greet you when you come in and out. The hotel is relatively new and clean. You can see TD Garden from the window. It is very convenient for transportation in North Station

Great hotel very good location, if you’re going to see the celtics it’s only over the round perfect for that the toilet flooded the room and someone was straight up to help very good staff

There is also a large supermarket in the basement of the building, which is quite convenient. The room is a little small, which is not very convenient with so many suitcases
