Boston, 70 Rowes Wharf 🧭 Map
Very comfortable seat in, in a bar with perfect ambiance
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in Boston. The staff is extremely professional and polished. Exactly what anyone would expect out of a 5-star establishment. The rooms itself is a bit older
This is one of the most cohesive hotels I have ever been to! Each team of the hotel is perfection from housekeeping to food (better than many of the restaurants off site) service, they don't miss a beat! The location is great for walking around Boston and the view from the 16th floor is breathtaking
Amazing hotel! Gorgeous, centrally located and with a great view of the harbour. The staff and concierge went above and beyond to send me things I left at the hotel and make sure everything was received on time
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel with our six-year-old. The service here is top-notch. We felt so welcomed and all of the extra little details they take care of made it feel special
We will for sure stay here again the next time we’re in Boston. The location is also great with so many things to walk to and the area felt very clean and safe

At 6 AM I was astonished by watching the beautiful sun rise above the horizon and seaport, lying on my bed. Also, the area is very safe to walk late at night
My family went out to buy ice cream a few blocks down at night, but lots of families were enjoying the night time outside. Receptionists and all other workers were so nice, trying to understand our needs very quickly
This is a wonderful place to stay. It is located in a busy district with a concert venue near by and I hardly was bothered by the music when trying to sleep early
Even valet parking guys were so nice and fast. The breakfast area was also very clean and quiet. We would love to stay there again if we visit Boston again
It is in a walkable district with great restaurants near by and nice scenery. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again
Hotel is across the street from Leader Bank Pavilion, but noise was minimal from room. Free breakfast consisted of bacon, eggs, bagels and other grab & go items

Battery Wharf Hotel, Boston Waterfront
Boston, 3 Battery Wharf 🧭 Map
The room is spacious and the mattress feels great - not too firm and not too soft - with crisp white sheets
Bathroom is roomy, there is a nice high end espresso maker in the room, and the closet is spacious and unique - it opens from both the hallway and the bathroom, making clothing access super easy - intelligent design
However they do not have vending machines for snacks or soda and the minibar prices were crazy. Bring your own snacks or be prepared to pay 9 dollars for a snickers
Battery Wharf Hotel Boston is a really nice business hotel on the waterfront. Aaron at the front desk is terrific; friendly, good humored, and helpful
However, I was very disappointed that when our room wasn’t ready I had asked if there was a location to be able to pump in as I’m a breast feeding mother and was told to use the bathroom downstairs that there is a “family” room in the restroom which might I add was out of service, I had to use a out of service stall to pump breast milk in
Excellent hotel and the bed was comfortable enough for me to sleep on! The harbor was beautiful. It was close to the concert we were in Boston to see

I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff are beyond friendly and have been super accommodating. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!
This place is extremely cool. Love the vibe, the vinyl, the heated pool in the winter; it’s all great. A gem in a sea of generic hotels.
Drinks and beer at the bar were very good. The bartender provided excellent service. It was fun place to have a drink before or after the game.
It was nice to be right in the middle of Fenway area, the rooms were small but comfortable and it was really need having a record player and a record collection to choose from! Employees were super friendly and the food was good although I wish it has been made clear to me that there was no room service ahead of time
I truly did enjoy the hotel and the design of it. The beds where a little stiff and in the morning I did not enjoy hearing the landscapers blowing the leaf blower. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt
Selection of records near the lobby if your into that kind of thing. I was pleased with the preselected records already in my room. Someone has good taste! I would recommend this place just for the uniqueness

Mandarin Oriental Boston
Boston, 776 Boylston Street 🧭 Map
I always enjoy Mandarin Oriental properties, and this one happens to be around the corner from where I live! The spa is hands down the best in Boston, and the restaurant, Bar Boulud is quite tasty as well.
Only visited the spa for a massage on a girls day with my mom and sister - Did not stay overnight. The spa is very clean and relaxing. The blankets in the waiting room are so nice
But, the SERVICE is remarkable! The entire staff gets an A+! The Concierge Team were unbelievably professional, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and perfect! Corey Lopez and the whole team behind the front desk to the staff we encountered just passing through the hallways were so friendly and professional
Excellent service with the perfect location. Big comfortable rooms. However I do miss the welcome cookies. They used to serve tea/coffee and a delicious cookie when you first check into your room.
The Concierge Team was the best I've ever encountered throughout our worldwide travels! Can't wait to come back!
The food and drinks were fantastic. Service was great, decor was also brand new. Excellent experience overall.

It is the best hotel room we have ever been in and I highly recommend the splurge! The location of the hotel cannot be surpassed. It was a great stay and we look forward to returning
We were able to get the luxury waterfront suite with a private balcony. Since we were traveling to celebrate our 25th anniversary we decided to do the upgrade
Boston Marriott Long Wharf hotel is amazing. My brother got married there this weekend July 17th 2021 and The Wedding Planner did an amazing job on his wedding
We just spent 5 days at this exceptional hotel. I called and emailed previous to our arrival because we had a large vehicle that we needed to park
They assured me they would take care of it out front with the valet and they did just what they said they would. While emailing with the manager I asked about availability of any upgrades
I appreciate the in wall water filter system too. The in hotel Starbucks is fantastic and the gym has just the right mix of equipment for a meaningful workout

Convenient location in the seaport. Large purpose built building with stunning views. I wanted to take the pillows with me
Located very close to the Boston seaport world trade center. Nightly rate which was nonrefundable (my choice) was very reasonable. Room was good and the bad was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful
The hot tub was not working during this visit. Steakhouses such as Morton's, Eddie Merlots and Legal Seafoods are in close proximity. Also a great place to relax after a Blue Hills Pavilion concert
Very nice, modern, clean, easy to find, great location in seaport district, convenient to attractions, restaurants and Boston harbor cruises. Service staff were very helpful and informative
We came for a convention and they were very accommodating for our large group. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant options are decent. I appreciate the pool and fitness center availability as well.
The staff were amazing, very attentive and polite. And knowledgeable, nice clean rooms. COVID-19 awareness and cleaning staff used precautions to protect themselves, my family and others

Cambridge, 40 Edwin Land Boulevard 🧭 Map
Dante restaurant is conveniently located inside the hotel and there is also a little convenience store for a quick snack or drink. Staff is very friendly and helpful
The hotel was a lot busier than I expected. There was a lot of noise coming from the surrounding rooms with kids running wild or people just having a conversation at 3am outside the door
You can opt for valet or self parking which is very convenient
Careful with the river view room upgrades, the room I was in only had a partial river view which doesn't look like what the website offers
Very nice hotel w/beautiful interior design throughout. ALWAYS the bonus is having a bathrobe waiting 4 me in my room!!! Which comes standard w/every room. No microwaves anywhere on property!
Convenient location, right across from food and shopping and with a scenic walk to back bay. The rooms are spacious, clean and has all the amenities you could require whether you are travelling for business or pleasure

Attended a musical performance here on a Thursday night, such a great atmosphere here! Drinks and food were fabulous, staff friendly, and musical performances SO good. Plenty of street and garage parking here
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. Stayed at Aloft for Inbound17 conference and really enjoyed the space
Exactly what you would expect from the Starwood/Aloft brands. The Aloft is also in a great neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants and I would strongly recommend this hotel for your trip to Boston
Nice (but pricey) bar/restaurant area. Staff asked if I would like to be on a higher or lower floor, which was nice. Very convenient if you are in town for a conference at the Convention Center or Westin!
Stayed here while attending a trade show across the street. Perfect spot if you want to be close to many attractions, but far enough away that you can unwind. It's what most hotels should strive for
This hotel is excellent and I very much enjoyed my stay. The staff was very professional and courteous and ensured my stay was pleasant. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable

Amazing stay and great location! The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, we had to make a last minute change to our booking which they had no problems with! From checking in to checking out, its been a wonderful stay! Big shout out to Joyce and rest of the hotel staff, when in Boston, will definitely stay there again!
If you’re thinking of booking - do it! From the moment you arrive to the minute you depart, you’ll be delighted by every staff member you encounter. An exceptional hotel with an incredibly thoughtful team
I absolutely love this hotel - and have just stayed for the second time in as many months. Everything is honestly perfect, the rooms are perfectly clean and spacious and the bed is incredibly comfortable
There are also so many personal touches including the turn-down service, toffees, coffee by reception, lovely restaurant with great variety, complementary water to name just a few things
I love the food and drinks at the bar and restaurant, and the cleanliness and amenities in the room are 10/10. Lovely views, very comfortable beds and killer morning cappuccinos
The staff are so lovely and incredibly kind and helpful. Special mention to the housekeeping staff and to the front desk who are all so fantastic

Good location. Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Clean, elegantly appointed rooms. Luxurious bedding. Excellent Japanese restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.
The bathroom was surprisingly modern and had a nice, easy to use shower with water that came out hot instantly. I really like this hotel and I will continue to stay at it every time I come to Boston for this convention
Such amazingly friendly service here with a great location. I can't stress how nice they were to my kids from the minute we walked in. The rooms are nice and the view is gorgeous out the window
We didn't get to try room service but they had a couple tempting things. The room we stayed in had 2 beds in with French doors separating them from the living area with the couch and mini bar
They use actual keys instead of key cards and they have friendly, well dressed staff available all the time to help you with your luggage or anything else
I've stayed here twice to go to Anime Boston. It's just a short walk from the hotel to the convention so it's not inconvenient

Our stay was perfect and the hotel is in an amazing location near really good restaurants! Would highly recommend the Seaport Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Boston!
This was the best hotel room I've stayed in yet. My husband and I were in town for a convention at BCEC and it was so easy to walk there and so easy to walk to a lot of places to eat
Wonderfully accommodating staff. The room was spotless, the linens were clean, very comfortable bed. The rooms usually have a small desk area which is great for catching up on work
The bed was comfy, the room was gorgeous, I loved the shower and the fact that there were shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall. I can't say enough good about this place!
Further from downtown area then a lot of hotels, but is very conveniently located next to the World Trade Center subway station. A quick 5-minute ride and you're downtown

My mom and I stayed here Sunday through Tuesday and had an amazing time thanks to the incredible staff members! Thank you all for being the NICEST most accommodating staff - special shout outs to Gabby, Andrew (Concierge), Wendy (Restaurant & Banquet Manager), Ana and the super kind male server at breakfast whose name I didn't catch! We already knew the Kimpton vibe is top notch but the customer appreciation...
If you are going to stay in Boston, definitely do not hesitate to stay here. Very convenient location, AMAZING room, wonderful staff, great value. I cannot say anything negative or unpleasant about my stay there
Typical Pompton, which is a great thing! Great service, clean rooms and high end decor and service. Would definitely recommend, especially the location to downtown Boston
Thank you for the restful nights (the bed was super comfortable) when I was there for work. If I am back again, I will definitely book this hotel again for sure!!!
We stayed here on our recent trip to Boston and loved the stay. They were going through renovations, but I cannot wait to see what it looks like after
I cannot recommend Kimpton Nine Zero Hotel and all of the Kimpton properties enough :)

I stayed here for three nights for a city trip. I was a little nervous about what I would find after reading the reviews. The hotel is on the older side, but it is fine for a city trip
There was cleaning every day and towels were replenished. The shower is the least comfortable. The shower curtain barely holds back water and the jet is hard
The rooms were clean, if you look carefully you will always find something. The staff is friendly and open for a chat
We needed to find a place to stay at 3am near Mass General when our son was admitted to the hospital. We didn't find the staff very friendly. We understand that as a buisness they need to make money but
They knew we were not in a position to walk away and wouldn't budge on giving us the discount for hospital visitors. The room was adequate but certainly not worth $309 plus tax
We could have gotten the room for 1/2 the price on the web but couldn't figure out how to book a room at 3 am for the remainder of that night

I booked my 2-night, 3-day stay at Hampton Inn Logan Airport Chelsea through Priceline and got a really good price for the stay. The room was spacious and had a microwave and a refrigerator
There is $20/day parking fee, but this hotel definitely delivered service beyond my expectations in every aspect! Staying there made my short stay in Boston even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
Kevin at the front desk was awesome, He mad us feel like we were at the Ritz Carlton. Hopefully he stays in the hotel business because he has a bright future ahead. Colleen the manager was very helpful as well
In addition to that, they had a full on breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and all the works! A shuttle was available from and to the airport. The personnel were all very nice and helpful
We had been traveling for 2 days due to delayed flights/ missing connection. We were beyond exhausted, traveling w kids. Anthony at the front desk went above and beyond. That’s exactly what we needed
It was very clean in every corner. The king bed had clean and really white sheets and extra comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom was spacious and had really white towels

The Room was excellent with a large screen TV. The water taxi is located directly behind the hotel for quick access across the harbor. The restaurant and bar was very beautiful and also with an amazing harbor view
What an incredible location! Nestled between the airport and the harbor, the views are absolutely priceless. It’s the perfect escape, offering both convenience and breathtaking scenery
We stayed two nights and faced the harbor side both times but I also would have been happy to watch the planes take off in the other direction. On a redemption night, we also had free parking which was a great value
The breakfast, the shuttle, and the views from the hotel add up to make this a stellar stay when going through Boston airport. In particular I was impressed by the Globalist breakfast that includes lobster items
The location was great for us, convenient to the airport and the harbor (though maybe less good if you were going to Boston to visit the city. ) The restaurant was tasty for dinner
My family stayed at the property for a brief stay before an early morning flight from Logan. We got upgraded to a stunning 2 room suite with sweeping views of the harbor

Bathroom was small, but who spends a vacation in the bathroom? Perfect location right between the Back Bay and the Common. And the fitness room was probably the best I have ever seen
Close enough to walk to convention center. Great restaurants nearby. Great bed. Smaller but well appointed and tres modern room. Clean 😀 Front desk and valet friendly and helpful
Incredibly beautiful. The staff was amazing
If you're looking for a high class tea experience, this is the place to go. Service was what you would expect. Be prepared to drink plenty of tea. The mini sandwiches and desserts were delicious.
Great location adjacent to the Red Line T (metro) station, providing very convenient access to our destination in Cambridge, as well as other points of interest in and around Boston - including the airport

Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch
This review is all about the valet staff at the Westin Seaport
Waited at the restaurant, 7 minutes before the hostess entered the hostess station to seat us for breakfast
There is a hallway one can take that connects the hotel to the conference center, so everything is quite smooth. The hotel also has a couple of limited-but-ok lunch eating options inside (with a bar) and a Starbucks
The lobby makes you think you're in an upscale 5 star hotel. The rooms are clean and adequate but leave something left to be desired. The restaurant downstairs only serves breakfast Thu-Sun which is unacceptable
The surrounding area is going through a renovation and it is looking quite nice, with plenty of shops and restaurants. It is only a 15-min bus ride from the airport, so quite convenient

Very convenient located with food, grocery and Home Goods/TJX nearby. Subway trains a short distance walk so getting around is easy. Our room with what it seems like a King bed was huge. Bathroom was oversized as well
The lobby area which is stylish, with pool table, bar and attached to Starbucks via a backdoor way was great
My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Noah in particular provided wonderful customer service when we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay a couple of days
Warm and inviting staff were incredibly helpful. Spacious room as well as a generous lounge area provided many options for relaxing

Love that the staff, from the front desk to the bartenders to the maintenance folks, we're all wearing smiles and ready to joke around with our kids! The location - can't beat it! The premises - spotless and inviting! The room - smelled nice, super clean, inviting and just the right temp! Kudos to all of you
We had drinks at the bistro bar after the game, same prices you'd find at the bars with no hassle of crowds, so we kept it simple at the hotel. The view is amazing of the city from the side of the hotel we stayed on
Good views, the street isn’t too busy and has accessibility to most of the touristy places around Boston. Rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. The hotel has good lobby to just chill and the staff is amazing
You can just lay in bed and watch the city out the window. Had a nice breakfast from the bistro in the morning. You can get Starbucks if you prefer grab n go style, but we opted for a freshly cooked breakfast
This was also reasonably priced and filling too. For about $100, you cant really complain. Also, I do like that you need a room key to use the elevators. It's a simple but effective level of security
Awesome view from the penthouse floor. Absolutely wonderful staff, so sweet and so nice from start to finish. The ones we encountered were always on the lookout for anything extra they can help with
