The Langham, Boston, Boston1 / 50
9.0
Boston, 250 Franklin Street 🧭 Map
Excellent Langham quality and attention to detail. Staff are wonderful from check-in to housekeeping. Furniture, amenities, and design elements should win an award. The room lighting in particular leaves no dark spots and uniquely placed night lighting was very much appreciated. The constraint is trying to fit the comfortable design in a space too small, at least for the king size bedroom. There is...
The Langham, Boston is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel is known for its elegant design, its impeccable service, and its convenient location. I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Langham, Boston for a weekend getaway, and I had a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel is located in a great location, just steps from many of Boston's most popular attractions...
I will only choose this place for my stay in Boston from now on. The bed topper here is absolutely incredible. In fact, we loved it so much that we ended up getting the same one for our own bed at home. The staff is also extremely helpful and can assist you in making that happen. Overall, our experience was beyond pleasant, making it an easy choice for future stays.
The Langham Boston is a visually beautiful, luxurious hotel. The hotel decor is stunning and the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The staff I met were extremely polite and very helpful, particularly the waiting staff. However, I requested a room in a quiet area but was allocated a room right next to the house keeping linen closet. It was very noisy and distracting at times. This wasn’t helped by...
My daughter and I stayed at the Langham for a mother/daughter trip and it was absolute perfection. The staff are warm and friendly throughout every interaction and truly wanted to make the stay a special one we wouldn't forget. The hotel itself is renovated to perfection and the beds are soft and cozy. Amenities such as the pool, room service, and club room were luxurious, but not pretentious. ...
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... I love this place! I stayed here twice with my family. I have also been to their chocolate bar. It is definitely worth the money as a once in a lifetime thing! The food served at the langham is great, the facilities are great, and I love the customer service and atmosphere...

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in Boston. The staff is extremely professional and polished. Exactly what anyone would expect out of a 5-star establishment. The rooms itself is a bit older. But amazing views. The gym is brand new and has a nice sauna steamroom and golf screen. Only the gym itself is 24hrs. Food is amazing as well, best clam chowder Ive ever had in the north east. Would gladly...
Not only does the hotel look, feel, and smell wonderful - but the staff genuinely make you feel like you're family. I loved everything about my stay. Special thanks to Leo and the entire wait staff for making my solo dining experience so special!
This is one of the most cohesive hotels I have ever been to! Each team of the hotel is perfection from housekeeping to food (better than many of the restaurants off site) service, they don't miss a beat! The location is great for walking around Boston and the view from the 16th floor is breathtaking. Worth every dollar!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel with our six-year-old. The service here is top-notch. We felt so welcomed and all of the extra little details they take care of made it feel special. We will for sure stay here again the next time we’re in Boston. The location is also great with so many things to walk to and the area felt very clean and safe.
Staff is exceptional. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Hotel altogether is great, but the staff is what sets this hotel as exceptional.
Amazing hotel! Gorgeous, centrally located and with a great view of the harbour. The staff and concierge went above and beyond to send me things I left at the hotel and make sure everything was received on time. 5 star service and amazing atmosphere! They really make their guests a priority.

Boston, 138 Saint James Avenue 🧭 Map
This is a stunning and glamorous historic hotel located in the heart of Back Bay right on Copley Square. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff kindly accommodated our request for early check in.
Beautiful hotel! Great thing is that right outside the hotel there is something to do, such as the library, 2 churches, not far from new berry street. The hotel is very upscale and classy. The rooms are a good size with a large bathtub. Toiletries are from Le Labo. The bar downstairs has professional bartenders.
A good place. Great staff. The room is undoubtedly upscale, despite its age. The doors are a little sticky, but the furniture and bathroom are in excellent condition. You can still appreciate the hotel's history while enjoying modern amenities.
Stayed here on a trip through New England and had a great time! We booked this place for a great price, but I would happily pay more to stay here again. The interior was beautiful and the rooms were very nice. I really liked the location as well as the service! We had breakfast downstairs and it was the best oatmeal I've ever eaten. My husband got a bean and something to eat and I was completely...
Stellar! Exceptional! I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel and the staff. The restaurant In the hotel, Is also amazing I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a 5 star hotel, in central location near everything in downtown Boston
We stayed here for a week and loved the whole experience! From spacious and clean rooms to friendly staff, it was a great stay. The exquisite gold lounge was definitely one of the highlights of this property. The location allowed us to walk to everything! Would recommend!
Excellent, scenic location. Quick access to local and intercity transportation. Clean, comfortable. Bathroom was large and beautiful. The toiletries provided were outstanding.
The rooms are quite old - small. We had to change to a bigger one - additional cost, but original room was too small

Very nice ambience with good atmosphere. The place is cozy and the place wasn't too packed for celebrating new year. The drinks were good but expensive. The server also didn't mention they charged an extra 18$ fee when my friend ordered a special drink. Other than that the place was not overcrowded but still lively and fun.
Only visited the spa for a massage on a girls day with my mom and sister - Did not stay overnight. The spa is very clean and relaxing. The blankets in the waiting room are so nice. I don't recommend going as a couple though since there are no coed amenities.
Amazing staff! Beautiful hotel! Delicious food. But, the SERVICE is remarkable! The entire staff gets an A+! The Concierge Team were unbelievably professional, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and perfect! Corey Lopez and the whole team behind the front desk to the staff we encountered just passing through the hallways were so friendly and professional. The...
I went to the hotel for Bar Boudon; a delicious brunch place. However, I did get to wander the premises. they certainly know how to decorate! Wonderful art and jewerly on the premises. The bathrooms were also spectacular and clean! And of course, the brunch was exquisite. I recommend the sole on the brunch menu.
Excellent service with the perfect location. Big comfortable rooms. However I do miss the welcome cookies. They used to serve tea/coffee and a delicious cookie when you first check into your room.

The room is well decorated and very big, with Alexa's voice commands. Everything was wow!
Everything is top notch at the hotels. The staff, amenities, rooms, and selection of restaurants are all amazing! The casino is actually bigger than it may seem at first, and has two floors to it. The high limit table game area is directly up the main staircase in a more quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The food served at the restaurants is all delicious, and the bartenders can make a very good drink as...
Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a room. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure! Every person who is part of the Encore Team that I encountered was very friendly...
A fantastic stay. One of the quietest rooms I've ever stayed in, even though it was quite busy. Great food and fantastic service. The concierge really knows the area. Comfy bed and nice linens. Super clean and smoke free. Very high tech, with all room controls on a bedside tablet. I highly recommend it. They also have a free water taxi that will take you downtown. Catch the last ride before sunset...
Who says calling ahead and asking for special treatment doesn't work. From the moment I got on the phone with this hotel the staff was so accommodating and happy to help make this a very special trip for my son who's in the military. My son just recently got married and planned his mini honeymoon at the Encore Hotel. This staff went so far above and beyond for the new couple. 1st let me thank the booking...
It's actually beautiful. The architectural design is intricate and amazing! The decor is suiting for a casino. The entire place was well thought out; elaborate, bright, Exquisite and loud. I absolutely love staying at the Liberty! I just stayed for the second time and there is nothing like the welcome committee out front and coming up that escalator!! I told the other people in my group that riding up the escalator gives me such joy! Every interaction I’ve had there has been wonderful. Check in with champagne, the bartenders and serving staff, the food and wine, coming down for a cup...
The coolest lobby in Boston... As you'll learn if you visit, the Liberty is a truly impressive architectural transformation of a 100 year old prison into a chic hotel property. If you are entertaining guests, they will be shocked as they ride the small escalator from the entrance up to the main lobby. It's a great spot to relax with premium cocktails and prompt service. If you stay, the hotel bicycles...
What a delightful hotel! The history, the ambience, the attentive staff! We stayed here on a chilly January night, had a wonderful room overlooking the courtyard and the Charles. We were lucky enough to enjoy some blues in the main lobby. These were the only blues we experienced ;). The only thing that was amiss, were the bathrobes. I am sure this was just due to covid. Just finished a 5 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect and we always felt that the hotel took the extra steps to make our stay feel very personal. THANK YOU for making our visit to Boston a memorable one. This hotel is great - location, staff, service... Our Fenway Park view from the window made it extra special. Great location just a short walk from Fenway. You may even run into a ball player in the hallway like we did! Helpful staff and a nice contemporary feel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Will definitely keep The Commonwealth on my list for future trips to Boston
If I had written this review after our stay in August, I would have remembered and mentioned every staff member we encountered by name. They were friendly, professional, helpful and just an absolute pleasure. We were in town for our son's graduation held at the MGM Music Hall so the location was perfect. The entire front desk team was amazing! So helpful and welcoming. Chris and S were particularly awesome. Not to mention how incredibly cool this hotel is, it's a vibe. We were upgraded and our room was large and lovely and had a cool city view. Great location for catching a game or hitting up the T to explore the city. We will 💯 be back!
Walking in to the hotel smelled amazing. The hotel was neat and clean. The entire staff was friendly and welcomed us with a warm welcome and snacks. We were early and got checked in our room earlier than expected and it didn't disappoint.
Great vacation! The location was perfect for us to catch a Red Sox game. Literally less than 5 minutes walk. Several restaurants and bars nearby. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in a hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely will be back!

What could I possibly say?! This was my second visit to The Whitney and it is undoubtedly my favorite hotel in Boston. I absolutely love this hotel - and have just stayed for the second time in as many months. We were thrilled with our experience! Considered the Four Seasons and so glad we went with the Whitney instead. Very nice rooms, truly excellent service. Understated and lovely. Our stay at The Whitney was wonderful. We were traveling with our one year old, and the staff made all the effort to ensure we had a great stay. We had a staycation here the night we came back from our honeymoon in Portugal. We live in Beacon Hill, so always passed by the Whitney. It was a spectacular stay. Good location. Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Clean, elegantly appointed rooms. Luxurious bedding. Excellent Japanese restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.
Such amazingly friendly service here with a great location. I can't stress how nice they were to my kids from the minute we walked in. The rooms are nice and the view is gorgeous out the window. Location is perfect for doing anything around Boston.
This hotel is really awesome. I've stayed here twice to go to Anime Boston. It's just a short walk from the hotel to the convention so it's not inconvenient. The hotel has a very fancy aesthetic, different from all the big name hotels I'm used to staying at. An amazing hotel in a great location. Guest services couldn't have been more helpful and the house car is available at all times to ferry guests to dinner etc. Rooms super stylish (esp. the suit that we got upgraded to). It is right by the Freedom trail too in case that's your thing.
There is simply no comparison to the attention to detail that Amy Finsilver and her team put forth for their guests. I have stayed at the XV Beacon several times now, and they truly are a remarkable team. They take the guest experience up from all other hotels in and around Boston. I just stayed there 2 weeks ago with my 9 year old son as we were in town to (once again ) enjoy another Patriots win...
This is one of the sexiest hotels i have ever stayed in. Small, quiet with all the amenities you need. Fireplace in the room along with sweet treats for our arrival. Gorgeous rooftop view. Great location.
This is a boutique hotel with very high-touch service. The staff is outstanding and attentive to the guests in every way. Car service was available to take us to various nearby destinations when we were unable to walk. The rooms are small but nicely appointed. The location is very convenient to the Boston Commons, the North End, Quincy Market, and TD Garden.
This 5 star hotel lives up to its rating. The service is excellent. Staff is very friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the concierge, to the doormen. The rooms are small but appear to be recently remodeled. There is a fireplace and refrigerator. Bathroom has shower only. The room is quiet. There is a workout room and a rooftop garden area. Just stayed at the XV Beacon and their attention to detail was phenomenal. The room felt like home down to the personalized photo they had waiting on my nightstand. This was a great hotel. The picture I attached is the view from my room. The only thing I did not like is that everything that normally comes with a hotel is extra. Going to the gym is an extra $15 a day. I mean can't that be included in the $425 per night fee?
Top notch hotel. This place has style to spare. The gym facility next door was great too.

Beautiful rooms. Exceptional staff. My glasses had come apart this morning before leaving for Boston.
