Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel
Boston, 138 Saint James Avenue 🧭 Map
Great location, clean. Easy to get around Boston. Breakfast was also good
Facility issues such as aging toilet doors and broken doors
Great location, classic style interior, very nice hotel. Good service.
The hotel is historical. Maybe perhaps it’s old, the hotel key cards did not work at the elevator and the room.
Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought...
Great locations, excellent service, and nice staffs. I like Fairmont
Excellent, scenic location. Quick access to local and intercity transportation. Clean, comfortable. Bathroom was large and beautiful. The toiletries provided were outstanding.

Boston, 1 DALTON STREET 🧭 Map
Our family of five had a first class stay at the Four Seasons Boston One Dalton. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. The spacious and luxurious rooms were perfect for our family, with stunning views of the city.
The attention to detail was remarkable – from the welcoming gifts for our kids to the personalized service at every turn. The indoor pool was a huge hit with our...
What an experience!! Absolutely amazing stay! We came to Boston for our anniversary and this place made our weekend very special! From the moment we arrived to the tiniest detail everything was great! The spa at this place is amazing with superb customer service!! Literally, I have nothing even slighly negative to speak of. Will be coming back for special occasions! Our room view was amazing as well...
Just finished a 5 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect and we always felt that the hotel took the extra steps to make our stay feel very personal.
The room was beautiful and set up impeccably (diaper pail, little stool for my kids to use to stand on to brush their teeth, children’s cosmetics, water, bottle warmer, snacks etc).
The staff who work at the front door were so friendly...
My wife and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street in Boston for two nights in July, and it was an excellent experience.
From the warm welcome at check-in to the modern, luxurious lobby, everything set the tone for a great stay. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with stunning views of the Boston skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and...
Five stars all the way! Immaculate, comfy rooms! Superb customer service. Friendly & welcoming staff. Great breakfast, and relaxing pool & spa! I cant thank the staff enough for making my stay so memorable. From the moment I stepped in, I was treated wt utmost respect & felt so welcomed! Entire front desk so amazing & helpful! I will 1000% go back. Thank you!!!

InterContinental, an IHG Hotel
Boston, 510 Atlantic Avenue 🧭 Map
It's a good place to stay when you go out with friends. It's my first time staying in this hotel. The service is very good. There is an oceanarium next to it, and it's not far from Chinatown. It's very convenient. We also went to the art gallery, which was also very comfortable.
Service: Very good service attitude
Environment: Very clean and sanitary
Facilities: Relatively new
1. Room comfort
The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere.
2. Location
The hotel enjoys a prime location, close to the station and city center, with convenient transportation. It is adjacent to Chinatown and shopping streets, and is also close to tourist attractions. The surroundings are beautiful and offer great views of Boston.
3....
The hotel has a strong Christmas atmosphere. The restaurant's environment and service are great. The room's cleanliness is a little lacking, and the previous guest's long hair can be seen under the basin and floor mat.
Very good hotel, with a great location and convenient transportation. There is a small river in front of the hotel and a museum next to it, which is the best choice for a walk. The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy. I stayed there for another two years and traveled in Boston in depth. The hotel breakfast is very rich, highly recommended 👍
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and sanitary. The hotel environment is elegant and unique, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.
A snow storm hit the weekend I came to Boston. The concierge service was a delightful help and very informative.

Excellent Langham quality and attention to detail. Staff are wonderful from check-in to housekeeping. Furniture, amenities, and design elements should win an award. The room lighting in particular leaves no dark spots and uniquely placed night lighting was very much appreciated.
The constraint is trying to fit the comfortable design in a space too small, at least for the king size bedroom. There is...
The Langham, Boston is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel is known for its elegant design, its impeccable service, and its convenient location.
I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Langham, Boston for a weekend getaway, and I had a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel is located in a great location, just steps from many of Boston's most popular attractions...
I will only choose this place for my stay in Boston from now on. The bed topper here is absolutely incredible. In fact, we loved it so much that we ended up getting the same one for our own bed at home. The staff is also extremely helpful and can assist you in making that happen. Overall, our experience was beyond pleasant, making it an easy choice for future stays.
The Langham Boston is a visually beautiful, luxurious hotel. The hotel decor is stunning and the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The staff I met were extremely polite and very helpful, particularly the waiting staff. However, I requested a room in a quiet area but was allocated a room right next to the house keeping linen closet. It was very noisy and distracting at times. This wasn’t helped by...
My daughter and I stayed at the Langham for a mother/daughter trip and it was absolute perfection. The staff are warm and friendly throughout every interaction and truly wanted to make the stay a special one we wouldn't forget. The hotel itself is renovated to perfection and the beds are soft and cozy. Amenities such as the pool, room service, and club room were luxurious, but not pretentious.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
I love this place! I stayed here twice with my family. I have also been to their chocolate bar. It is definitely worth the money as a once in a lifetime thing! The food served at the langham is great, the facilities are great, and I love the customer service and atmosphere...

Great stay in good location. Night life vibrant yet rooms remain quiet. Will stay again.
This was the most fantastic hotel;, the history, the atmosphere and the dining were exceptional!
Great location, everything is walkable from here. It is directly next to the Mass General Hospital, so you will hear constant sirens.
This venue has come down a bit in quality between my visits. If you purchase an extra amenity like breakfast or valet parking make sure to mention it because the staff won't. The room was average at best outside of the huge bathroom. The hotel was gorgeous and unique however valet is required at a hefty additional fee. It's just not as special as it should be.
Very good and worth recommending.
Considering the price of the hotel, I am not satisfied with my stay. The room I got was in the old part where there was a lot of noise. On the first night, a DJ who played in the lobby from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. didn't let me sleep well. The rooms in the old part of the hotel are dark and not pleasant to stay in. When choosing a hotel, I was guided by the photos on the website, but they show a new part...

Overall it's good, but the room this hotel gives is not facing the view room, and there is no bottled water. You have to ask the front desk for one bottle a day.
The room is comfortable, clean and the service is friendly. I took my two children to spend spring break. The location is good and it is convenient to go to museums and universities. Both adults and children are very satisfied and happy.
The hotel is located in the Back Bay area of downtown Boston, with a good and safe location. The subway (Green Line Kenmore Station) is next to the hotel, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the core area of Newbury Street in the commercial district. It is close to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and other places, and it takes seven or eight minutes by taxi. The hotel is clean and tidy, the...
The lobby on the first floor is under renovation, and the lobby on the second floor is quite small. The dark-skinned young man at the front desk had a so-so attitude when checking in, so the first impression of staying here was average, not a five-star impression! After checking in, toothbrushes and slippers need to be requested, so there is a little gap... Fortunately, the location is excellent and...
THANK YOU for making our visit to Boston a memorable one. This hotel is great - location, staff, service... Our Fenway Park view from the window made it extra special. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed. Hotel has access to bar, restaurants and train. We cannot stop talking about our stay and how awesome it was. I wish I remembered the names of every single staff member so...
Great location just a short walk from Fenway. You may even run into a ball player in the hallway like we did!
Helpful staff and a nice contemporary feel with clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Will definitely keep The Commonwealth on my list for future trips to Boston

This hotel has a very good location and a great view. I am very satisfied with it. Breakfast is ordered and it is quite satisfactory. The only small regret is that the door lock broke on the last night, which almost delayed my return home, hahahaha
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in Boston.
The staff is extremely professional and polished. Exactly what anyone would expect out of a 5-star establishment.
The rooms itself is a bit older. But amazing views.
The gym is brand new and has a nice sauna steamroom and golf screen. Only the gym itself is 24hrs.
Food is amazing as well, best clam chowder Ive ever had in the north east.
Would gladly...
Not only does the hotel look, feel, and smell wonderful - but the staff genuinely make you feel like you're family. I loved everything about my stay. Special thanks to Leo and the entire wait staff for making my solo dining experience so special!
This is one of the most cohesive hotels I have ever been to! Each team of the hotel is perfection from housekeeping to food (better than many of the restaurants off site) service, they don't miss a beat!
The location is great for walking around Boston and the view from the 16th floor is breathtaking. Worth every dollar!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel with our six-year-old. The service here is top-notch. We felt so welcomed and all of the extra little details they take care of made it feel special. We will for sure stay here again the next time we’re in Boston.
The location is also great with so many things to walk to and the area felt very clean and safe.
Staff is exceptional. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Hotel altogether is great, but the staff is what sets this hotel as exceptional.

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. The service staff is very friendly and professional. It is one of the few hotels in the United States with such a strong sense of service. There are many restaurants, shopping malls, parks and other places within walking distance.
Four Seasons Boston was the most satisfying hotel in Boston during our trip. It has elegant decoration and a magical room with unlimited meals for children. Except for the high room rate, everything else received 5 stars.
The front office team & customer experience team was cooperative and supportive, even for last minute requests.
I have stayed here several times. It is indeed a good choice. I prefer the old Four Seasons to the new Four Seasons. The room is clean, the breakfast is good, and there is a girl at the front desk who can speak Chinese, which is great.
Opposite Boston Park. Close to Chinatown. The hotel is low-key, but low-key luxury. The snack room on each floor is super considerate, but there is no kettle, so you can't make tea. You can buy some hot tea in the coffee shop in the lobby, but there is a time limit and the room is relatively small. It is also expensive in this season

The location is great. Up to luxury hotel standard in the US. But not comparable to the other Ritz Carlton especially in Asia.
We celebrated our 44th anniversary with an overnight stay in Boston, and for the third year in a row, The Ritz-Carlton, Boston was our top choice—and once again, it did not disappoint. April is such a lovely time to visit the city: the flowering trees and spring bulbs are in full bloom, and the location is ideal for walking through Boston Common, the Theatre District, Newbury Street, and the Copley...
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, while visiting for almost a week.
I'd like to call out specifically Brian Peatfield, the front desk manager, and Ryan McDonnell, the concierge.
Each of them consistently went out of their way to behave in a fashion that made the trip ever so much more memorable.
Kudos to the hotel and to the staff as well!!!
Fantastic hotel experience for Boston Marathon weekend.
My family had booked the Hilton Park Plaza nearby but was unable to get a room as the staff couldn’t seem to clean the rooms for many runners preparing for marathon weekend.
We booked the Ritz-Carlton last minute and they couldn’t have done Marriott more proud. The check in process was flawless, the baby’s crib was up in the room within minutes...
The environment is good, in a very downtown location, next door to Chinatown, the service is very good, far beyond expectations, it can be regarded as top service in American hotels, there are many Asian staff

What could I possibly say?! This was my second visit to The Whitney and it is undoubtedly my favorite hotel in Boston. The staff and the service are above and beyond - Kamil seeks out opportunities to make guests feel so welcome and provides a superb guest experience. Amazing stay and great location! The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, we had to make a last minute change to our booking which they had no problems with! From checking in to checking out, its been a wonderful stay! Big shout out to Joyce and rest of the hotel staff, when in Boston, will definitely stay there again!
I absolutely love this hotel - and have just stayed for the second time in as many months.
Everything is honestly perfect, the rooms are perfectly clean and spacious and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The staff...
We were thrilled with our experience! Considered the Four Seasons and so glad we went with the Whitney instead. Very nice rooms, truly excellent service. Understated and lovely. Great location for all of Beacon Hill and an easy walk to the Museum of Science or Back Bay. Loads of great restaurants in walking distance. Steps from the T. Only downside would be that there is some street/T noise due to...
Our stay at The Whitney was wonderful. We were traveling with our one year old, and the staff made all the effort to ensure we had a great stay. Additionally, the room itself had great products and nice touches like high quality linens and towels. The service was also...
We had a staycation here the night we came back from our honeymoon in Portugal. We live in Beacon Hill, so always passed by the Whitney. It was a spectacular stay. XV Beacon Hotel

An amazing hotel in a great location. Guest services couldn't have been more helpful and the house car is available at all times to ferry guests to dinner etc. Rooms super stylish (esp. the suit that we got upgraded to). It is right by the Freedom trail too in case that's your thing.
There is simply no comparison to the attention to detail that Amy Finsilver and her team put forth for their guests. I have stayed at the XV Beacon several times now, and they truly are a remarkable team. They take the guest experience up from all other hotels in and around Boston. I just stayed there 2 weeks ago with my 9 year old son as we were in town to (once again ) enjoy another Patriots win...
This is one of the sexiest hotels i have ever stayed in. Small, quiet with all the amenities you need. Fireplace in the room along with sweet treats for our arrival. Gorgeous rooftop view. Great location.
This is a boutique hotel with very high-touch service. The staff is outstanding and attentive to the guests in every way. Car service was available to take us to various nearby destinations when we were unable to walk. The rooms are small but nicely appointed. The location is very convenient to the Boston Commons, the North End, Quincy Market, and TD Garden.
This 5 star hotel lives up to its rating. The service is excellent. Staff is very friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the concierge, to the doormen. The rooms are small but appear to be recently remodeled. There is a fireplace and refrigerator. Bathroom has shower only. The room is quiet. There is a workout room and a rooftop garden area. A hotel car is provided for short trips. The location...
Just stayed at the XV Beacon and their attention to detail was phenomenal. The room felt like home down to the personalized photo they had waiting on my nightstand.

Very nice ambience with good atmosphere. The place is cozy and the place wasn't too packed for celebrating new year. The drinks were good but expensive. The server also didn't mention they charged an extra 18$ fee when my friend ordered a special drink. Other than that the place was not overcrowded but still lively and fun.
Only visited the spa for a massage on a girls day with my mom and sister - Did not stay overnight. The spa is very clean and relaxing. The blankets in the waiting room are so nice. I don't recommend going as a couple though since there are no coed amenities.
Amazing staff! Beautiful hotel! Delicious food. But, the SERVICE is remarkable! The entire staff gets an A+! The Concierge Team were unbelievably professional, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and perfect! Everything is top notch at the hotels. The staff, amenities, rooms, and selection of restaurants are all amazing! The casino is actually bigger than it may seem at first, and has two floors to it.
