The Langham, Boston, Boston1 / 50

Boston, 250 Franklin Street 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool
The staff are warm and friendly throughout every interaction and truly wanted to make the stay a special one we wouldn't forget. The hotel itself is renovated to perfection and the beds are soft and cozy
Excellent Langham quality and attention to detail. Staff are wonderful from check-in to housekeeping. Furniture, amenities, and design elements should win an award
Amenities such as the pool, room service, and club room were luxurious, but not pretentious
The constraint is trying to fit the comfortable design in a space too small, at least for the king size bedroom. There is not enough space to set up suitcases
The room lighting in particular leaves no dark spots and uniquely placed night lighting was very much appreciated
For families with young children, it may feel a little constricted. Pool and exercise areas are nice, but have more of a corporate traveler vibe. The Grana restaurant is very nice with excellent service and food

Top notch room and accommodations with easy access to the best of Boston. Also, incredible clam chowder at the restaurant and good room service options. Will definitely stay as a guest again if the opportunity arrises.
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in Boston. The staff is extremely professional and polished. Exactly what anyone would expect out of a 5-star establishment. The rooms itself is a bit older
This is one of the most cohesive hotels I have ever been to! Each team of the hotel is perfection from housekeeping to food (better than many of the restaurants off site) service, they don't miss a beat! The location is great for walking around Boston and the view from the 16th floor is breathtaking
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel with our six-year-old. The service here is top-notch. We felt so welcomed and all of the extra little details they take care of made it feel special
The gym is brand new and has a nice sauna steamroom and golf screen. Food is amazing as well, best clam chowder Ive ever had in the north east. Would gladly recommend this place to friends n family
We will for sure stay here again the next time we’re in Boston. The location is also great with so many things to walk to and the area felt very clean and safe

Opening windows, automatic temperature control, soundproofing and beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows made this a great place! I loved the rooftop pool and the food/drinks were great
The green line T train station stops at Prudential which is exactly at the front of the hotel. Roof top pool, weight room on the 5th floor, it's own restaurant and much more! Enjoy!
The amenities at the Colonnade are great: K cups, water, tea. The toiletries are of very high quality. The sheets and towels are soft to touch
Nice hotel in Boston, right near the Prudential Center. Nice small rooftop pool, friendly staff and reasonably priced
I was not very pleased with check in at this hotel. I was also a little upset when check in had processed my payment twice. The accounting department helped me quickly, thankfully
The Colonnade was right across the Prudential Center and provided easy access to the convention center. The Duck Tours was near the hotel and allowed the group to do sight seeing

I didn't use pool or gym but did look at them and seemed clean and in good condition
Not in the best location, not much to walk too, kinda loud. However the shuttle will drive you places. The rooms are very nice my recently refurbished from the looks. Hotel restaurant food is so so
Breakfast is complimentary and has good option including fresh fruits. They also have a restaurant inside so that you can eat dinner till 11pm
Stayed here over night for a quick stay before visiting local colleges. Checked in past midnight and was still greeted by 2 people at the front desk that got me and my family checked in fast
I needed to mail something, and the UPS store was so close to one of the shuttle stops, the driver dropped me at the door, circled the block and picked me up
For a late night crew they were also very accomadating for a room that would sleep my family of 5. The free breakfast in the morning was good and the place was clean

Oh, and it has a pool! Be warned: it can be kind of a maze trying to find your room
nice and clean, pretty cool rooms and the heated pool is awesome during cold winter days
I would recommend they bring it to the next level and start to theme every room and make the records in that room relate to that theme and the decorations match
Right in the heart of baseball. This hotel offered a more unique experience then I'd expect for the price. You get to borrow records to play on a record player in the room
Drinks and beer at the bar were very good. The bartender provided excellent service. It was fun place to have a drink before or after the game.
Best part is bar and food and Fenway all within a 100 yards of the hotel front door. Anytime I got to Boston this is where I will be staying

Beautiful hotel! Great thing is that right outside the hotel there is something to do, such as the library, 2 churches, not far from new berry street. The hotel is very upscale and classy
The room is undoubtedly upscale, despite its age. The doors are a little sticky, but the furniture and bathroom are in excellent condition. You can still appreciate the hotel's history while enjoying modern amenities
Excellent, scenic location. Quick access to local and intercity transportation. Clean, comfortable. Bathroom was large and beautiful. The toiletries provided were outstanding.
Stayed here on a trip through New England and had a great time! We booked this place for a great price, but I would happily pay more to stay here again. The interior was beautiful and the rooms were very nice
We stayed here for a week and loved the whole experience! From spacious and clean rooms to friendly staff, it was a great stay. The exquisite gold lounge was definitely one of the highlights of this property
We had an evenining meal in the Oak restaurant and everything was so perfect. The staff serving could not be more friendly. I was with my wife and son And daughter and son in law and our two grand children

" She then asked "When do you think you will be checking out? I need to clean that room" Which we responded we weren't exactly sure but we would be out by noon for sure. She didn't seem super satisfied with that answer
The view was fantastic, and the bed was comfortable, but the room was not "nice" at all. Once I walked in, I was hit with the smell of mildew. The carpet was rippled and buckled all over, obviously moisture damage
We went to leave the room and from all the way down the hall a housekeeper yelled "Hello! Are you leaving?" And we responded "Not yet, we will be right back after breakfast!" She then asked again "Are you checking out?" and we responded "Not yet
Felt like I was being pushed out. - The room itself was pretty spacious and even though our room was overlooking a roof partly you could also see the city. Beds were comfy and pillows were good
Convenient to transit and walking distance from lots of interesting places. Some were very friendly and helpful. Others seemed annoyed with our requests
I actually liked the smell of it but I get migraines with intense smells and because I had to check in to get my keys it did give me a migraine. Again, I know that isn't everyone but I wanted to note it

the elite lounge was well stocked and breakfast was very nice. The attendance were most attentive. We ate in the restaurant twice and both times had very good meals. Definitely will be a stop again when I come to Boston
I stayed at this hotel as a little kid around 1986 and had not returned since. When we see things as an adult that impressed us as children, we are often disappointed. This was not the case with the Boston Marriott
In my case, I could hear a young child close to midnight still refusing to go to bed, understandably excited to be in a room with a view overlooking the amazing city of Boston! (Prior to that tome you could hear her or him joyfully playing while the adults conversed
My last stay was the first time I encountered one and I recall buffing the snot of out my Reebok high top sneakers. I was anxious to repeat the process now that I had a proper pair of wingtips
It was a treat to see it again knowing it went on uninterrupted for the last 40 years. My only complaint: They no longer have electric shoe buffers in each guest room
As a child, I remember being in awe of the team of custodians carefully polishing all the brass railings when I was allowed to stay up late one night

Needed an early check-in after a morning discharge from a hospital. They were very accommodating and the room was ready 5 hours before their standard check-in time. Neat, tidy. Just what was needed to recover.
Small, slightly dingy rooms. But a good location and price was solid. If you need a no frills hotel room with easy acces to transit, this is it. Oh, and they have parking, but it's extra. At least they have it...
Looks a bit run down from the outside (as everything in Boston does) but inside looks maintained nicely. Location is kind of a pain, parking is pricey, and complementary breakfast was non-existent
Our other hotel had no power and we had to scramble to find a new room. Hotel Boston accommodated us right away and even let us check in early. The friendly service was a major plus
Stayed here for a convention at BCEC. All other hotels in the area had crazy inflated prices except here. Very good price and very well kept
Nice neighborhood and good value hotel in the Boston area. Really convenient to the T train. Nice breakfast and helpful front deak staff.

I always enjoy Mandarin Oriental properties, and this one happens to be around the corner from where I live! The spa is hands down the best in Boston, and the restaurant, Bar Boulud is quite tasty as well.
Only visited the spa for a massage on a girls day with my mom and sister - Did not stay overnight. The spa is very clean and relaxing. The blankets in the waiting room are so nice
But, the SERVICE is remarkable! The entire staff gets an A+! The Concierge Team were unbelievably professional, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and perfect! Corey Lopez and the whole team behind the front desk to the staff we encountered just passing through the hallways were so friendly and professional
Excellent service with the perfect location. Big comfortable rooms. However I do miss the welcome cookies. They used to serve tea/coffee and a delicious cookie when you first check into your room.
The Concierge Team was the best I've ever encountered throughout our worldwide travels! Can't wait to come back!
The food and drinks were fantastic. Service was great, decor was also brand new. Excellent experience overall.

Nice hotel, good rooms and nice river view if you get river view rooms. I wasn't a fan of the pillows. They fold up nice and fluffy and then flatten out when you rest your head on them for a little while
Wow! Can't wait to go back! Got this hotel for a great price in. ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and am so happy I stayed at my favorite hotel for much less than I usually pay. Great stay over Labor Day weekend
so many great people truly unable to remember names, but they were all so amazingly summed up, if you're ever in Boston and want to feel at home, be sure to visit the Westin
really nice hotel but what attracted me was the servants and doormen, they really made a southern girl feel at home. Chuck was so good to my son that he cried when we left
Dwayne gave us great ideas on where to eat and enjoy Boston. Oral made sure we got the car on time and always held the door
It was a lot of fun at the bar and the bar trades were awesome. Close to shopping center and close to other attractions

Great hotel located 7 minutes walk from Terminal A, connected from inside their hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious with great views. There is a restaurant on site with excellent food and drinks
If you can you have to get a room that you can see Boston Harbor. They also have some good restaurants there. The only thing that was wrong was after dinner they said they were out of Boston Cream pie
We had planned to walk to the terminal, but decided to take the shuttle instead, which dropped us off promptly at 4:30 am. Will definitely stay here again
I saw some of the Delta planes coming in and out, and I was an aviation enthusiast, which was really cool. The room was clean and very comfortable
They also have a breakfast cafe that serves a variety of food and drinks, as well as Starbucks coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful
It’s a cool airport, of course, but the Liberty Prime that was coming out of there almost stepped on me.

Excellent customer service, and prime location, very accessible. Rooms are small, including the bathroom and the bulky furniture doesn’t help with spacing. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers and couples
The room was immaculate and the bed super comfy. We've stayed in ultra-modern hotels around Boston and they just didn't feel the same, we felt like just another number. We truly felt at home at the Omni Parker House
If it were just my wife and I, we would not have upgraded. We had our 7-year old daughter with us, and the larger room was perfect. And kudos for the night delivery of a cookie and milk for our daughter
We were in town for the marathon, and could not have been happier with our choice. We did upgrade from the Deluxe room to Executive Suite. I could see where the Deluxe could be considered small
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel after reading some other reviews. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. We got in at 3 AM and there was someone there waiting to check us in
Wonderfully warm and inviting hotel. Great location in the center of Boston within walking distance to everything. The staff was so amazing, especially Richard at the front desk

I absolutely love staying at the Liberty! I just stayed for the second time and there is nothing like the welcome committee out front and coming up that escalator!! I told the other people in my group that riding up the escalator gives me such joy! Every interaction I’ve had there has been wonderful
Beautiful hotel that used to be a jail (ironic I know). Great place for functions where they have a main area with multiple floors that have rooms off them with the large middle area open from the top to the bottom floor
If you are entertaining guests, they will be shocked as they ride the small escalator from the entrance up to the main lobby. It's a great spot to relax with premium cocktails and prompt service
Check in with champagne, the bartenders and serving staff, the food and wine, coming down for a cup of coffee in the morning…. All SO lovely! And the rooms! So cool and cozy at the same time
:) Also, was so pleased to see Molton Brown bath products! And glad that the shower items are in bulk but also sad I couldn’t take them home!! Seriously, I really really love staying there
We were given a gift certificate for this hotel. Lots of places to walk to from here. Where else are you greeted with a glass of proseco upon walking in. The history is amazing as well

Five stars all the way! Immaculate, comfy rooms! Superb customer service. Great breakfast, and relaxing pool & spa! I cant thank the staff enough for making my stay so memorable
The indoor pool was a huge hit with our children, and we loved unwinding in the relaxing hotel atmosphere after a day of exploring Boston
Will be coming back for special occasions! Our room view was amazing as well, bed was very comfortable and everything you need was at your finger tips!! Room service is outstanding, we came back from the city and our room was clean and everything was arranged nicely in the bathroom! On another note, I was doing my hair for our dinner and realized I didn't have hairspray to make aure the style would...
What an experience!! Absolutely amazing stay! We came to Boston for our anniversary and this place made our weekend very special! From the moment we arrived to the tiniest detail everything was great! The spa at this place is amazing with superb customer service!! Literally, I have nothing even slighly negative to speak of
We loved having breakfast at one + one in the hotel every morning, the menu was great and the staff were beyond kind and on top of our orders (Cindy, Victor, Morgan, Blake, etc) truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed every morning
The staff who work at the front door were so friendly and always helped us with our bags and strollers getting in and out of the car (special shout out to Joseph who always took extra time to chat)

We were able to get the luxury waterfront suite with a private balcony. Since we were traveling to celebrate our 25th anniversary we decided to do the upgrade
Boston Marriott Long Wharf hotel is amazing. My brother got married there this weekend July 17th 2021 and The Wedding Planner did an amazing job on his wedding
We just spent 5 days at this exceptional hotel. I called and emailed previous to our arrival because we had a large vehicle that we needed to park
They assured me they would take care of it out front with the valet and they did just what they said they would. While emailing with the manager I asked about availability of any upgrades

This website will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for years
My wife was greeted warmly and efficiently by Employee#32(forgive us, we lost her name) and checkout was also well done by Arasia. We attended a wedding and stayed overnight. The room was clean and spacious
If you choose this place you for sure won't be let down. Nice hotel with a cool retro feel to it. I particularly loved the corner windows in my room. NIce, elegant touch that only added to the vintage vibe
Great view from Floor 24! Amazing gym! One of my favorite Marriotts. Lovely staff. The location is fantastic; you can walk, rent a bike and have lots of restaurant choices. (Picture taken from my hotel room window.)
I like the layout - easy to work and plenty of storage. Some of the cool features like the under cabinet lights with a motion sensor are great if you need to get up at night. The AC worked well and was very quiet
The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern, but what really made our stay was Norma at the front desk. She treated me like a friend she'd known for years not a client to file in the appropriate room

Located very close to the Boston seaport world trade center. Nightly rate which was nonrefundable (my choice) was very reasonable. Room was good and the bad was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful
The hot tub was not working during this visit. Steakhouses such as Morton's, Eddie Merlots and Legal Seafoods are in close proximity. Also a great place to relax after a Blue Hills Pavilion concert
The staff were amazing, very attentive and polite. And knowledgeable, nice clean rooms. COVID-19 awareness and cleaning staff used precautions to protect themselves, my family and others
