The view was fantastic, and the bed was comfortable, but the room was not "nice" at all. Once I walked in, I was hit with the smell of mildew. The carpet was rippled and buckled all over, obviously moisture damage

Wallpaper in the bathrooms starting to peel. Taking a shower, I look up (I'm a tall man) and right at my face is the bathroom exhaust fan, with loads of lint and black grimey looking stuff

It wouldn't have bothered us if we only called once but three times! Other than that I would stay again

I didn't exactly have a bad time here, but I was very disappointed. I don't make a ton of money, and I saved for many months and took up many extra work hours for some extra cash

I actually liked the smell of it but I get migraines with intense smells and because I had to check in to get my keys it did give me a migraine. Again, I know that isn't everyone but I wanted to note it

I had a nice weekend planned alone, I recognized the Sheraton name and saw the room prices and thought it was a nice glamorous place to treat myself at. I opted for the more expensive lake view room

the elite lounge was well stocked and breakfast was very nice. The attendance were most attentive. We ate in the restaurant twice and both times had very good meals. Definitely will be a stop again when I come to Boston

I stayed at this hotel as a little kid around 1986 and had not returned since. When we see things as an adult that impressed us as children, we are often disappointed. This was not the case with the Boston Marriott

In my case, I could hear a young child close to midnight still refusing to go to bed, understandably excited to be in a room with a view overlooking the amazing city of Boston! (Prior to that tome you could hear her or him joyfully playing while the adults conversed

My last stay was the first time I encountered one and I recall buffing the snot of out my Reebok high top sneakers. I was anxious to repeat the process now that I had a proper pair of wingtips

It was a treat to see it again knowing it went on uninterrupted for the last 40 years. My only complaint: They no longer have electric shoe buffers in each guest room

Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch

There is a hallway one can take that connects the hotel to the conference center, so everything is quite smooth. The hotel also has a couple of limited-but-ok lunch eating options inside (with a bar) and a Starbucks

The surrounding area is going through a renovation and it is looking quite nice, with plenty of shops and restaurants. It is only a 15-min bus ride from the airport, so quite convenient

It was easy unloading the car and the gentlemen working were very pleasant. They didn't make me feel rushed or that I was in the way. I had the same terrific experience at check-out

They are FANTASTIC! Despite the fact it was a holiday weekend with a convention at the hotel and a boat show right next door, they had everything running smoothly and quickly

The hotel is on the expensive side, though. Overall, a good option (if you can afford it) when going to a conference in that center

Run down Hilton. Executive lounge closed on weekends. Restaurant very expensive; cup of coffee $5! Shuttle service fast. Good place to stay if you need to be airport close. Third star for very nice gym pool, and spa.

I decided to use the time for a Saturday working meeting with a colleague I was finally meeting in person after three years. When I arrived at the hotel, Josh was incredibly kind and attentive

Knowing I was only there for the night, he said, “I’m going to put you in a room with a view of the Boston skyline. ” And wow, did he deliver! When my colleague arrived, Josh made sure logistics were seamless

He helped us find affordable parking and referred us to a great spot for a working breakfast. He even guided us on how to access parking through the Sky Bridge, sparing us from the frigid temperatures

Thanks to Josh, my stay was both enjoyable and memorable

Excellent customer service, and prime location, very accessible. Rooms are small, including the bathroom and the bulky furniture doesn’t help with spacing. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers and couples

The room was immaculate and the bed super comfy. We've stayed in ultra-modern hotels around Boston and they just didn't feel the same, we felt like just another number. We truly felt at home at the Omni Parker House

If it were just my wife and I, we would not have upgraded. We had our 7-year old daughter with us, and the larger room was perfect. And kudos for the night delivery of a cookie and milk for our daughter

We were in town for the marathon, and could not have been happier with our choice. We did upgrade from the Deluxe room to Executive Suite. I could see where the Deluxe could be considered small

We had a lovely experience at the Renaissance Boston. Checking in was a breeze and the room we were staying in had a lovely view of the water. It's my second time staying there, and I would secondly stay there a third.

Although the hotel is currently undergoing a renovation it is still a very nice hotel. Although there may be some inconvenience, the rooms are very comfortable and clean

We came for a convention and they were very accommodating for our large group. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant options are decent. I appreciate the pool and fitness center availability as well.

The hotel is perfectly situated by the Seaport and they have plenty of dining options. The hotel staff have been excellent to work with

The hot tub was not working during this visit. Steakhouses such as Morton's, Eddie Merlots and Legal Seafoods are in close proximity. Also a great place to relax after a Blue Hills Pavilion concert

The staff were amazing, very attentive and polite. And knowledgeable, nice clean rooms. COVID-19 awareness and cleaning staff used precautions to protect themselves, my family and others

This website will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for years

Great view from Floor 24! Amazing gym! One of my favorite Marriotts. Lovely staff. The location is fantastic; you can walk, rent a bike and have lots of restaurant choices. (Picture taken from my hotel room window.)

The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern, but what really made our stay was Norma at the front desk. She treated me like a friend she'd known for years not a client to file in the appropriate room

This was the best hotel room I've stayed in yet. My husband and I were in town for a convention at BCEC and it was so easy to walk there and so easy to walk to a lot of places to eat

Further from downtown area then a lot of hotels, but is very conveniently located next to the World Trade Center subway station. A quick 5-minute ride and you're downtown

I was impressed at how quickly they handled the situation after I called. Everything worked out perfectly they did a great job overall. Also we spent time at the rooftop bar and it was fun and had beautiful views

Came here with my husband as a tag along while he was at a conference. This swanky hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The area has many great restaurants and theaters

The room had a balcony, which I loved. The wifi was pretty good, and i loved walking out the door and being within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, stores, and sights

The lobby and common areas are great but the rooms are outdated compared to others. My room had stained on the tub surround and burn holes in the furniture. The staff was great and friendly

The green line T train station stops at Prudential which is exactly at the front of the hotel. Roof top pool, weight room on the 5th floor, it's own restaurant and much more! Enjoy!

The amenities at the Colonnade are great: K cups, water, tea. The toiletries are of very high quality. The sheets and towels are soft to touch

I was not very pleased with check in at this hotel. I was also a little upset when check in had processed my payment twice. The accounting department helped me quickly, thankfully

The Colonnade was right across the Prudential Center and provided easy access to the convention center. The Duck Tours was near the hotel and allowed the group to do sight seeing

There is a Starbucks on premise which is nice. For me though, the highlight was the views and getting to watch the sweep rowing teams from the balcony

Careful with the river view room upgrades, the room I was in only had a partial river view which doesn't look like what the website offers

Location is great and if you get a balcony view, it's a great overlook of the river. There were some nice touches and the bed was pretty comfy. No actual complaints over my short one night stay

In the lobby there is a Starbucks for breakfast etc but take a short walk to Cafe Luna nearby and you'll find much better food!

This review is only for the restaurant. It was quiet and had gorgeous views on a Friday night which was great! It was also decorated nicely and the chairs weren't terrible. Unfortunately, the food was just eh

The AC unit leaked onto my bed during the night. Maintenance fixed it, but no one changed the sheets. I think this could be a great hotel, but they might have some hiring issues right now

The T is nearby and parking is self-park on-site or hotel valet. Unfortunately, parking is expensive ($43/night). I received a complimentary upgrade to a King Executive Suite for my stay and thoroughly enjoyed the room

The Hilton in Back Bay is conveniently located near the Prudential Center, the Hynes Convention Center and Copley Square. It's close to the Green Line, and the Orange Line/Amtrak is a short walk away

The hotel itself is pretty nice, with clean and comfortable rooms. The service is typically excellent, with staff willing to help out with luggage and other needs

I ended up ordering a few things (toothbrush, menus for take out) and the staff was friendly and very quick. The diamond lounge for honors members is well stocked and spacious. Id definitely stay here again

This hotel was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect proximity to Newbury, the Prudential Center and the Berkeley School of Music. More importantly, the staff was wonderful and helpful

My husband and I had the opportunity to attend the wedding of friends (who happen to be a gay, interracial couple) at the Hyatt in Cambridge this past weekend

I stayed here on a business trip. I was here for an early check in and, unfortunately was not able to be accommodated due to full booking the night before

Bed is comfortable, room is spacious, tv is massive. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and outdoor area with loungers. Fitness room is off of the swimming pool area

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the views of the river from the rooms are immaculate. The restaurants are very good, and the service and staff at the front desk and restaurant are cordial and attentive

Aside from that, when we finally got to the first floor there was a whole line of hotel guests also waiting but the staff told them they have to wait for the next one because the one was being “reserved” for the wedding guest

You can easily find free parking on Vassar street and it’s free for the whole weekend. The only down side is when there is a wedding going on, the elevator wait can get very long even there are 4 elevators

The hotel amenities were great (particularly the gym and pool). We have stayed at many four seasons properties but this one truly stands out for exceptional service and attention to detail

What an experience!! Absolutely amazing stay! We came to Boston for our anniversary and this place made our weekend very special! From the moment we arrived to the tiniest detail everything was great! The spa at this place is amazing with superb customer service!! Literally, I have nothing even slighly negative to speak of

The staff who work at the front door were so friendly and always helped us with our bags and strollers getting in and out of the car (special shout out to Joseph who always took extra time to chat)

There is also a pool and gym and the hotel itself is located right next to the financial district and China Town so there is so much to walk around and see

The rooms are beautiful, the views from the rooms look out over Boston Harbor and there are multiple restaurants inside which serve first class food along with first class service. I always get a massage when I stay

The constraint is trying to fit the comfortable design in a space too small, at least for the king size bedroom. There is not enough space to set up suitcases

The room lighting in particular leaves no dark spots and uniquely placed night lighting was very much appreciated

For families with young children, it may feel a little constricted. Pool and exercise areas are nice, but have more of a corporate traveler vibe. The Grana restaurant is very nice with excellent service and food

Comfy bed and nice pillows made for well needed & restful sleep. Also it was nice to have access to a gym and a pool. Mornings were helped with a local kitchen for small breakfast sandwiches and free drip coffee

Nice place to stay! Service was good and breakfast was awesome! The only thing that’s not really satisfied was we requested for a room with one bed but they gave us a two-bed-room. The photo is taken by me at the lounge

Attended a musical performance here on a Thursday night, such a great atmosphere here! Drinks and food were fabulous, staff friendly, and musical performances SO good. Plenty of street and garage parking here

Exactly what you would expect from the Starwood/Aloft brands. The Aloft is also in a great neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants and I would strongly recommend this hotel for your trip to Boston

I absolutely love staying at the Liberty! I just stayed for the second time and there is nothing like the welcome committee out front and coming up that escalator!! I told the other people in my group that riding up the escalator gives me such joy! Every interaction I’ve had there has been wonderful

Beautiful hotel that used to be a jail (ironic I know). Great place for functions where they have a main area with multiple floors that have rooms off them with the large middle area open from the top to the bottom floor

If you are entertaining guests, they will be shocked as they ride the small escalator from the entrance up to the main lobby. It's a great spot to relax with premium cocktails and prompt service

Check in with champagne, the bartenders and serving staff, the food and wine, coming down for a cup of coffee in the morning…. All SO lovely! And the rooms! So cool and cozy at the same time

We were given a gift certificate for this hotel. Lots of places to walk to from here. Where else are you greeted with a glass of proseco upon walking in. The history is amazing as well
