Hyatt Regency Boston

We had an amazing stay at this hotel over the weekend! I let them know we were celebrating our Anniversary, as well as Mother's Day, and they made sure we were well taken care of. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was able to help us with any questions we had or requests. They were all so kind to my toddler. The location is fantastic - near the Boston Commons and we were able to easily navigate the city. I'd happily stay here again and again!

Good location. Nice huge tv. Comfortable mattress. Friendly staffs. But sound proof is not as good as expected. There was an instant weird noise in the early morning, sounding like from upstairs. Coffee machine is placed and plugged in the cupboard. That makes no sense! The water tank cannot be separated. And the wire was very short, it doesn’t allow you to use it in this original setting. I made the wire longer and put the machine on the cupboard in order to use it. One or two of the towels were not clean enough. These needs to be improved.

My travel plans fell through last minute and I had to book a room at the Hyatt same day for a 9 day stay. Charlie was so incredible to work with and helped me make a reservation. He went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and completely turned my day around with his kindness. The room was great and very comfortable.

Everything about this hotel was top notch! We spent two nights there and wished we had booked a longer stay. Our corner room was clean and everything was in perfect working order. Our room had a wonderful view of the city. The beds were very fluffy and very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with modern sliding doors. The location of this hotel was in the middle of it all. The restaurant had great clam chowder! Service is fast and I know they were operating with minimal staff the night we were there. The servers made sure each person had what they needed. You can quickly tell that every guest at this hotel is important to the staff. We needed extra towels and they were delivered within 5 minutes. I stayed in 6 different hotels while on holiday and this one was different from the rest. This hotel improved our holiday. I will definitely look for the Hyatt next time I go.

Sparkling Pure, elegant and truly an unforgettable experience. I would say that the hotel is quite conveniently located. The restaurant staff was AMAZING and seriously took care of everything you needed during your meal. The lobby was clean and easy to navigate. The room was smaller than I thought, they really know how to make it feel spacious which is always a plus. Would love to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Great staff

This hotel was pretty clean and housekeeping was great. It was a little worn/outdated. The location was excellent. I did encounter an issue during my stay and manager Molly McDonald was excellent. She listened to me, had empathy, worked on my issue, and followed up with me appropriately. I would stay here again!

Great hotel in central location, near Boston Common and Chinatown. We stayed here for 3 nights and very pleased with the service and room. Charlie at the front desk is great with interacting with kids. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was also great. The rooms are large, clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel and will return if in town.

I will definitely look to a Hyatt hotel the next time I travel.

Great staff. Amazing location, so much within walking distance. Very clean. Cable TV didn’t work till my second day but I didn’t make a big fuss as I had other stuff to keep me busy. Won’t take a star off as everything else was great.
