The hotel staff was generally friendly, and we were especially impressed by one front desk officer with long hair who went above and beyond to assist us. She was exceptionally helpful and eager to support us in any way possible. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with convenient access to the Red Line subway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston!

Pool was being renovated and sauna room was not turned on. Good location. Concierge was very helpful. Make sure you have a credit card or you can't check in (even though I prepaid online)

Checked me in early which was really nice. Good location. Comfortable room. Not much of a view that I paid for. It takes forever to get in and out of the hotel the way it’s set up with the two elevators.

Amazing location!
Walking distance to Boston Common, the Freedom Trail paths and attractions as well as Chinatown.

For a brand as Regency that represents more of a premium product, the amenities offered were really below par. Even lower priced hotels offer more basic amenities. Very disappointing.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel over the weekend! I let them know we were celebrating our Anniversary, as well as Mother's Day, and they made sure we were well taken care of. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was able to help us with any questions we had or requests. They were all so kind to my toddler. The location is fantastic - near the Boston Commons and we were able to easily navigate the city. I'd happily stay here again and again!

Good location. Nice huge tv. Comfortable mattress. Friendly staffs. But sound proof is not as good as expected. There was an instant weird noise in the early morning, sounding like from upstairs. Coffee machine is placed and plugged in the cupboard. That makes no sense! The water tank cannot be separated. And the wire was very short, it doesn’t allow you to use it in this original setting. I made the wire longer and put the machine on the cupboard in order to use it. One or two of the towels were not clean enough. These needs to be improved.
