I absolutely loved everything about my stay in this hotel! The room & amenities were top notch, the fitness center was amazing and the customer service was impeccable. Kelly the bartender was the best, along with Becca & Neida being fantastic servers too. This will definitely be my preferred choice of hotels to stay in next time I visit Charleston! Thank you for an amazing experience 💜

My daughter and I had an incredible experience at this hotel, huge thanks to Maria, the front desk associate. She was very friendly, accommodating, and offered different options. She went above and beyond to make our stay special and it truly is an experience. She asked what was my daughter's favorite color and later at evening asked her to look outside, the whole hotel was glowing pink! My daughter truly felt like a little princess. Little things like that made our experience superb. Also, we couldn't turn on TV and Maria sent out a technician within few minutes. He realized it was broken, and they moved us to a different room, even though we didn't ask for it. These things made a big impact on our stay, we will definitely choose Marriott for all our stays. I hope you realize that people like Maria is a true gem for your hotel, She didn't have to be so friendly with us, but she chose to. I appreciate it a lot.

Our stay here at the North Charleston Marriott was amazing! Shannon made sure we were well taken care of. We stopped in for a same day reservation and Shannon not only greeted us but made sure we felt at ease that they had room for us. Her hospitality was second to none and I can't say enough how she made our stay here in Charleston that much more pleasant. We recommend anyone stay here!

This is a top-tier Marriott! Latricia at the front desk is a gem and gave us the warmest of welcomes. The property is freshly-renovated and the rooms were smartly designed, comfortable and quiet. In particular the beds and showers were sublime and as we were here for a concert, the blackout curtains and comfortable accommodations ensured we could rest up. The rooms were also spotlessly clean and housekeepers super friendly. Daily maid service was a pleasant surprise in this day and age.
We never got up early enough to enjoy the breakfast buffet but I did a quick twirl of the offerings right around close. They looked pretty typical, nothing standout, but a nice ($17) option.
We enjoyed the pool area. Even on a weekend we pretty much had the place to ourselves and sprawled out on the cabana beds.
Overall, it was a perfect stay for our needs and was an ideal location about 10min north of downtown and 15min to Credit One arena where our show was. All the staff we encountered are kind and engaged and the facilities are modern and well-kept. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The customer service at this hotel is amazing!! I had reached out via chat for random requests and my questions were answered quickly and kindly. When we arrived to the airport Troy picked us up-along with a TON of luggage. He was super friendly and loaded us all in the shuttle. He gave tons of recommendations for things to do and was really kind. The ladies checking us in were awesome. Shannon, Maria, and Nicole all greeted us and gave us details to help us get settled. We felt like royalty with how nice everyone is! Our room is awesome and clean. Thanks to the team for helping welcome us to SC!

Modern style rooms. Rather small, tight rooms. There was mildew in the corners of the sink. The A/C noise level is acceptable. The refrigerator is so small I couldn't fit everything from my small cooler bag in it - it only holds a few small items and has no freezer section to re-freezer ice packs as far as I can tell - either that or the panel to it was frozen shut. Bathroom is very modern and it has sliding glass doors on the shower instead of a tub with a curtain,and it has hand-held shower heads! Room seems clean and the beds are comfortable. Food is expensive but that's no surprise considering the nightly rate to stay here (which is expensive). Haven't tried the bar, the pool, or the restaurant here yet.

This is a very stylish hotel! The rooms are very clean and nice and the staff is very attentive. But not everything is great. The lobby has perfume that's frankly overwhelming, breakfast is expensive, and I hated how close the king bed was to the desk. You got maybe 2 feet but I kept hitting my legs on the corners. Still, it's a good hotel that if stay at again.

UPDATED REVIEW 4/18/2018: Since I stay at this hotel for corporate reasons, I have 2 credit cards that are put on file. One being the corporate card, which gets charged, and for some reason, they need my personal card. I have had a charge on my personal credit card for 2 weeks now where they accidentally charged my account. I have been directed to account/accounts receivable where I have left Hedi multiple messages to help me solve this issue, and I have yet to hear back. This is getting ridiculous.

The front desk staff is very friendly and has helped me in every way. My only complaint is that the air conditioning units are very loud AND the "nightlight" that is in the bathroom is very bright. You can't turn that light off, which I'm sure is there for safety reasons if you have to get up in the middle of the night, but for someone who likes their room very dark when they go to sleep, that bathroom light is very inconvenient. Otherwise, this hotel is great. Hopefully next time I will actually make it to the gym and lounge area

Convenient location for getting around Charleston. Renovation is well done and the rooms are nice. My only complaint is that they needed more insulation. You could here every conversation in the adjoining rooms and the halls.
