Hyatt Place Charlotte Downtown

Staff personable and friendly. Check in/out a breeze. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. Breakfast is a lovely section. Well stocked with great choices for everyone. Kids too! Bonus supplying take out trays and bags. We enjoyed our stay and will look for Hyatt on our future trips!

Steven was a real gem to give us such outstanding valet service. He went the extra mile to make it a great time for our band.

Additionally I wanted to say that the mgr Jafar and the ladies working the check-in desk Angel (and maybe Katrina) and many other staff members gave us outstanding service. Really excellent.

The rooms were nice and spacious. The hotel did not have a pool, which was very disappointing. The area where we checked in was hot. The receptionist was great. I'm sorry she had to endure the heat due to air conditioning issues. No where to park your car on the street. Everything in the area came with a price, and the valey parking was $38.00 a night. They also had a restaurant on the premises called Fahrenheit.

We initially had trouble finding how to access the parking garage, but received prompt and excellent customer service upon checking in. Staff was attentive and friendly. Not only did they get us checked in early on a busy day, they significantly upgraded our room at no extra cost. The room was clean and well kept with a nice view of downtown. I would stay here again if I planned on staying the weekend in Charlotte.

Nice room the stay was amazing as well as the breakfast the view was very beautiful I like that you could go on the roof top. Very nice, definitely recommend. Now only one little thing that I didn't like that's the valet parking.? When we gave the valet the car, the gas was at a half tank and the next morning, when we call the valet to get out our vehicle, the gas was on e so I don't know about that, but I just I just don't like the valet parking there. And unfortunately the only option you have so other than that it was very very nice and I would recommend staying there on a higher floor so you can get a very beautiful view.

We came for the one block walk to the spectrum center and loved it - we will be back....From the easy freeway access you land in the most exciting place to begin some fun. The building is mixed use with the hotel rooms up high so you have the nicest city views from your room and the 10th floor lobby. Room was gorgeous, late night snack bar was so handy. ... and great for night sky views. Breakfast was super great - every single staff was genuine, nice and helpful. Since it was January we didn't get to play in the rooftop pool. .... see you in the summer Hyatt Place
