Residence Inn by Marriott Airport

Excellent spot for a layover. Hotel was clean, staff were very pleasant. Room was spacious enough for our family of 5. Our server in the lobby restaurant was outstanding! Beds were comfy, and check-in and out procedures were very easy.

Very welcoming staff. Pool was maintained, nice rocking chairs right out front, easy parking. Made my trip even better with the complimentary breakfast !

Little old, you could see the age of the paint while in the bathroom as its starting to peel, has smell of grease from people who've stayed before and cooked. Kitchen exhaust is not exhausting air rather just blowing it back into the room filling your room with smoke so its kind of pointless.

Great facility to stand around d the fire pit, cook out on the grill, or go for a swim. The gym was spacious and clean. The rooms were refreshed regularly on a consistent schedule. The staff was the best part. The Residence team was always respectful, friendly, and very easy to work with. The day I was leaving, I went to check out and asked for the shuttle, but I realized that it was something you should call ahead and scheduled. Despite not having a reservation, Ec (shuttle bus driver) squeezed in a ride for me between his route to help me get to the airport. This was probably a short break that he had, but instead, he was willing to help me out and never complained once. The final experience while leaving is why I'll be staying here on my next trip to Charlotte North Carolina

I travel to Charlotte every 3 months for work and stay at the Residence Inn. I love the room as it has a large desk to work on. It has all the comforts for staying a few days. It has a couch, a ful
l kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and sink. The bed is comfortable and it has a walk in shower. There are a couple of restaurants very close and my work is only a mile away. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful.

Writing this review to recognize the service of Topaz at the front desk. I called with a question concerning the airport shuttle. In addition to being informative and pleasant, she called other hotels in the area to check the cutoff times when their shuttles stopped running. Hopefully this review results in her being recognized by hotel management.

I just finished another fantastic stay at the Residence Inn Charlotte Airport. I’ve been coming to Charlotte on extended business trips for years, and l have stayed in several Marriott properties throughout the city. All delivered the high quality experience know l can expect from a Marriott, but RI Charlotte Airport rises head and shoulders above the rest, and here’s why you should choose it if you can. The hotel is clean and well maintained, in a convenient location, with a great firepit and patio. But the main reason is the people. All of the staff, housekeeping, breakfast service, support, front desk, back office and management, all project the highest in hospitality and customer service. I am always thrilled to be greeted like family by long time staff members, and l’m pleased to meet new employees who are being groomed to continue the traditions of pleasant professionalism and prompt service. Many of the staff deserve individual recognition for their outstanding performance, and l wish l could name them all. The list is by no means complete, but a some examples include Sue, Ashley, Laura and Danny. Extra special attention to Stacey for her cheerfulness, warmth and wit. I recommend staying at Residence Inn Charlotte Airport for all your business and leisure visits.

Absolutely loved my stay and my girl Coconut was the BEST. Very helpful and made my stay so much better. The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was all very friendly and the shuttle drivers were amazing. I definitely recommend people stay here. Nice little food places and not too far from Walmart and everything.
