Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte Airport

Very welcoming staff. Pool was maintained, nice rocking chairs right out front, easy parking. Made my trip even better with the complimentary breakfast !

Little old, you could see the age of the paint while in the bathroom as its starting to peel, has smell of grease from people who've stayed before and cooked. Kitchen exhaust is not exhausting air rather just blowing it back into the room filling your room with smoke so its kind of pointless.

Great facility to stand around d the fire pit, cook out on the grill, or go for a swim. The gym was spacious and clean. The rooms were refreshed regularly on a consistent schedule. The staff was the best part. The Residence team was always respectful, friendly, and very easy to work with. The day I was leaving, I went to check out and asked for the shuttle, but I realized that it was something you should call ahead and scheduled. Despite not having a reservation, Ec (shuttle bus driver) squeezed in a ride for me between his route to help me get to the airport. This was probably a short break that he had, but instead, he was willing to help me out and never complained once. The final experience while leaving is why I'll be staying here on my next trip to Charlotte North Carolina

I travel to Charlotte every 3 months for work and stay at the Residence Inn. I love the room as it has a large desk to work on. It has all the comforts for staying a few days. It has a couch, a ful
l kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and sink. The bed is comfortable and it has a walk in shower. There are a couple of restaurants very close and my work is only a mile away. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful.

Writing this review to recognize the service of Topaz at the front desk. I called with a question concerning the airport shuttle. In addition to being informative and pleasant, she called other hotels in the area to check the cutoff times when their shuttles stopped running. Hopefully this review results in her being recognized by hotel management.

I had a marvelous stay. The staff was accommodating as well as super helpful. I was there for training and we left the first week and the front desk guy held on to our food items for us and labeled them and when we got back returned them. Also, the cleaning staff did a wonderful job cleaning my room. I would recommend this place to anybody. It was wonderful. I forgot to get his name

Rooms were beautiful, studio mini apt. With stove, full refrigerator, king size bed, desk, tv, wifi, several chill spots in door and out door! Breakfast comes with the room. Stores are not far, the airport, shopping centers, restaurants. It was just beautiful! Fire place in the lobby, checkers, out door pool, fire pits!

New properly in nice little shopping center. Close to CLT airport. Energetic staff and loads of parking.

Great location , complimentary shuttle service.
Clean rooms and the a good hot complimentary continental breakfast.
A little pricey for one night but proximity to the airport is a perk you would want to pay up for specially if you have an early morning flight
